Very good, but there is still room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is super simple to make and saves a lot of time. It is also very easy to make references between pages, which facilitates the creation of a wiki.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to share a database view in read-only mode. Users with whom the information is shared can remove the filters and access the entire database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion to centralize the company's knowledge and procedures. AI is used to facilitate the writing of procedures.
Notion Ai - Efficient and Optimized!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has increased my writing efficiency astronomically. It allows me to brainstorm ideas in a structured format and all within one platform (i.e., my preferred note-taking application)!!!)
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, Notion Ai generates inaccurate responses, which requires the user to double-check/fact-check the information provided. Similarly, the "improve writing" feature will occasionally shift the intended meaning of my text - again requiring the user to double-check one's work - as a diligent Ai user should!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significantly improving my writing efficiently. Generating and brainstorming ideas in a structured format. I am significantly more productive because of Notion Ai.
Notion is the best for school!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is super easy to use and delivers amazing results. It can create tables and lists, and honestly helped with a huge variety of assignments. Cuts down on the time it takes to do busy work, and can even explain text books and passages in simple terms. Notion as a whole is a great organizational tool and it very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Notion AI had a little more power and was easier to use in conjunction with Office 365. I also wish there had been instructions on AI when I started using it. But I figured it out quickly!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps me get through school work faster, and helps speed up reading without losing comprehension. It also makes collaborating on things easy and organized. Notion AI even helped me and my travel partner plan a vacation

What do you like best about the product?
Notion allowed me to work in the way that fits me. I had been looking for a project management platform that would allow me to get as creative as I wanted. Notion was exactly that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything! But if I could improve one thing I would ask for free pages without the columns and boundaries. Like a brainstorming page option! As sometimes you don't want to be restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to be more creative with my workspace. As a graphic designer it isn't easy to engage with platforms if I can't make it uniquely mine. I wish I could show you my notion because I'm sure you'd be surprised at how amazing it looks.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is one of the most useful apps I've ever used. I used to admire the capabilities for personal use years ago, but when I made it a part of my business, it became revolutionary. I can send out proposals, collect signed agreements (through integrations), map out pricing, and even get Notion AI to help write things like SEO blog posts confidentiality agreements. A one stop shop for everything I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile and iPad apps are extremely useful, but there are some limitations that force me to use the desktop version. Ideally I would have complete functionality across all devices.

What do you like best about the product?
The best features are the related blocks, which prevent duplicate work & promote collaboration.

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version leaves something to be desired, but the tablet view is surprisingly responsive! Looking forward to updates on the Notion application.
Also, I think that there should be a setting to automatically tag the originator of the content when someone comments on it. That's because people don't always tag users & sometimes the commentary gets lost.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion houses are employee systems, SOPs & project templates, CRM, media library, & more. I have also even used it to create a client-facing portal, so not only are we collaborating internally with Notion but also externally.

I love its flexibility and the freedom it gives me with designing how my materials will look and get organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found anything I dislike yet. I reckon users who are not as adventurous when it comes to technology would find use of the Notion cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a teacher, Notion gives me more time to focus on more important tasks such as grading, and providing support for students and the AI feature really helps with getting a super tedious task like creating a lesson plan super easy. With very simple and flexibility for customization, I can easily reuse and adapt current materials and use new ideas from AI with my actual needs for specific lessons.

Notion is filled with to-do lists and calendars that are very helpful for keeping your life organized

How is lacks how to use it in different ways.I would like for the app to display many ways to use it instead of being vague.

Notion is providing me with marketing help, managing my daily schedule, keeping up with bookkeeping and subscriptions, organizing my sheets, and so much more.
Powerful Productivity Tool
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like best about Notion is its versatility. It can be used for so many different purposes, from project management to note-taking to personal wikis. Additionally, it is highly customizable and can be tailored to fit individual workflows and preferences.

Being such a powerful tool means that you can do so many things with Notion.
Getting started is overwhelming, and documentation appears to be very generic.

With Notion, we can create a common place for all of our notes, private or not. Our tasks, our templates, our product plans etc... We can communicate within one doc in real-time making it much easier to get feedback and to stya organized.
Efficient & Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Notion is and how easy it is to navigate the platform. It's quite intuitive too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pre-filled templates are a bit overdone. I also wish it wasn't so expensive for the whole team to utilize.

It's solving my writing ruts and helps inspire me through the AI feature. This is benefitting me by giving me a faster document-creation turnaround time
