Innovative AI Agent with Unique Page Interaction, Setup Can Be Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI agent feature that can interact with pages and edit columns and rows... there is nothing like it out there today. It's like projects in Claude but wayyyyy better.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is helpful is that you can direct an agent to edit things based on a custom set of instructions and consistent behaviors... the hard part is designing and setting all of it up, but their ai can also help you do that which is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing dozens of meetings and follow ups... benefiting me as it is able to parse a transcript and pull out relevant details and properties and put them into a CRM...

What do you like best about the product?
I was so intimidated by Notion at first but after a month of using it, it's the best money I've ever spent. It helps me work faster and easier, and helps me share with my team members. The AI meeting notes is a total game changer. WAY better than any other tool I've tried to use. I LOVE That Notion is available across my work computer, personal computer, and my phone - I can use it anytime from anywhere. The wiki-style pages are incredibly flexible - I can do whatever I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of writing this review, the AI agent is just ok. It automatically utilizes the context from only the page you're currently on, so I often have to update the context to be generalized so it pulls information from other sources/pages. I have no doubt this will continue to be iterated on and improved over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all my notes in one place, I can ask AI agents to chat within context of my notes.
Still the best all-in-one workspace—now supercharged with AI.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Notion since the early days. It's maintained a minimalist philosophy even as it has grown robust with features. The integration of AI agents is especially impressive, and has saved me a huge amount of time—especially for analyzing large volumes of survey data for UX research.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some recent bloat with new features has concerned me, and I've run into a few AI glitches where it says "something went wrong." Still, overall the experience remains focused and efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is our hub for documents, surveys, data analysis, and knowledge management of all kinds. The ability to centralize docs, collaborate in real time, and now leverage AI for research and writing has multiplied our team's capabilities. We also use Notion for business and team-wide project notes. We rely on Linear for our issue tracking, but nearly everything else is managed in Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that notion helps me be a better student by letting me divert my attention fully to my classwork and not worry that I’m either not writing down the lecture fully or I’m missing something. I use it as an AI writing assistant to help me write out my lecture notes, and as a project management tool to stay on top of all of my assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. It’s extremely user friendly, has great tutorials if you ever get stuck, and can be used in so many different creative ways. My only tip is for the mobile version, it would be great if I could access Notion and Notion calendar in the same app as opposed to different ones!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write and type pretty slow, and can never fully write down the full lecture before my professor has moved on to the next topic. Notion makes sure I don’t miss anything, and also will help me generate class notes based on what information is valuable or not. This helps me be a better student and helps me be able to fully give my professor my attention during class.

What I like best about Notion is its incredible flexibility and all-in-one workspace. It allows me to take notes, manage projects, build databases, and collaborate with others seamlessly—all in one place. The interface is clean and highly customizable, so I can structure pages exactly how I want without feeling limited by rigid templates. I also love how easy it is to link pages together, turning information into a connected knowledge base. Whether for personal organization or team collaboration, Notion adapts to almost any workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can feel a bit slow and heavy at times, especially with large databases or complex pages. Offline functionality is also limited, which can be frustrating when working without a stable internet connection. Additionally, while the flexibility is a huge strength, it can be overwhelming for new users who may struggle to find the best way to structure their workspace at first.

Notion helps me organize all my learning materials in one structured and easily accessible place. I can create pages for different topics, link related content, and store notes, videos, and references together, which saves me a lot of time searching for information. Its flexible layout lets me build a personalized learning hub that fits my study style, helping me stay focused, consistent, and more productive.

A great site for digital content workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's clear interface and customisable pages, which we have used to create great workflows for digital content, encompassing links, media, text and comments. It's very user friendly, and we use it every day. It can be set up to be highly collaborate, and have handy bookmarks for notetaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only small issue I can think is that I would like to upload more than one media file at a time.

Creating a clear and collaborate work flow for delegating, gathering material, and review contenting. It also acts as a place to store notes and ideas for generating content.
