Good but not perfect, needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I think the ai is good but I think it's getting too complex. It's not as easy on the eyes to use.

I think the look and organization could use some work.

Rephrasing things more professionally, coming up with ideas, quick problem solving. Makes everything more time efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I love how endlessly customizable it is. I'm a person who enjoys making things look aesthetically pleasing so I love that I can customize pages to look exactly the way I want them to! I also enjoy how user friendly it is, so much so that if I use another note taking app I'm surprised that I can't drag around blocks with ease. I've been using Notion for less than 2 years but it has completely changed my life. I use it to organize every single aspect of my life: my personal life, my schoolwork and my business. It's truly a phenomenal product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot I would change about Notion overall. The only thing I find sort of inconvenient is exporting pages to send to other people. I feel like the formatting sometimes gets messed up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI Writing Assistant has been a game changer in all aspects of my life. It has helped me cut down on so much time spent on what I call "busy work" tasks. It has also helped us generate ideas or guidelines when we were struggling as a team. I find it incredibly convenient to have AI directly in Notion. Not only does it save time but it also builds upon the information that already exists on the page.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is not only the prettiest way of keeping track of your life, but the option with the most useful functions. I love it so much, it helped us organise our move and I use it daily for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the AI function and would love to see it expanded further.

Helps run quick tasks and organises all my notes. Very reasonably priced

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion AI daily to optimize my note and use it as a primary editor to fix my grammar and spelling. But some trivial problem still needs to be fixed, like the translate function only supports simplified Chinese, but I always use traditional Chinese. And "improving writing" function, sometime GPT treats my word like it needs to be explained. But I only want it to be better written. However, nothing can replace Notion on the market right now, IMO. Fully recommended!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy configuration, intuitive and integration with most of other apps im using. The new AI function just makes it even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even better if there is voice recognition through siri type AI and hand writing recognition. and AI pricing is quite expensive

Doing the summary for my meeting notes. And try to abstract summary for a very long article
AI is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI feature allows me to brainstorm or correct language in a flash. I estimate it saved me 20 to 30% of my time. It's extremely a powerful and I learned something new about it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some limiting commenting features, particularly when it comes to databases. It's very hard to collaborate on the contents of the database when you can't select something for a comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to capture high level details when discussing a product or plan. Ability to make something customizable and add as many sub-documents as needed has been really important.

Well, notion runs my entire life and helps me do so many things but I love the calendar and lists views and how easy they are to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how easy it is to erase something and not beable to get it back especially through the app.

Notion is helping me digitality visualize and organize my thoughts and communicate my ideas effectively

I enjoy Notion's functionality and organizational features. Notion's AI tools make it incredibly easy to keep track of notes and project ideas.

From a project management & note-taking perspective, Notion aids me in staying organized and creating concise notes to refer back to.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's AI tool has been fantastic for summarizing documents in an executive summary. The best thing is how quickly it works and how easy it is to use. I use Notion much more fequently than ChatGPT.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's very difficult to find something that I don't like about Notion's current implementation. I don't have much else to say!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is an upgraded version of Google Drive. My co-founder describes this as "having good handwriting digitally". We use it to take notes, manage projects, and more. The AI writing assistant makes this all happen infinitely faster.
Notion for Everything!
What do you like best about the product?
I am a special education teacher, and I use Notion to organize and streamline my duties. I use AI to create IEP goals, respond to emails, and create social stories. Other AI programs are blocked through my district's security internet portal, but I am able to access Notion AI seamlessly. I also use the product to adapt and simplify texts so that my higher-needs students are able to access and participate in the general education curriculum. I've even got one of my students with ASD and ADHD using the program to organize his homework, and classes, and plan for upcoming projects and tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some things about Notion that was frustrating in the past, but they seem to have been resolved recently, like being able to change the title of a PDF as you are exporting it from Notion. In the past, if I exported a PDF, I could only change the title after it was already saved. Thank you for fixing that. I know some people on Reddit complain about it not being fast enough, but I've never had a problem with that. I'm always learning new things about how to use Notion, and I always look forward to new updates and added capabilities. It is genuinely exciting when I receive emails about new updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time when writing IEP documents, such as producing IEP goals through AI features. It helps keep my ideas, notes, and documents organized. I have multiple roles at my school, and the only way I've been able to keep things organized is by using Notion to hold important information until I am able and need to access it. The templates feature has been a game changer. As a special education teacher and case manager, the procedures for working through a single IEP meeting are wildly extensive. By creating a template checklist for the procedures, I am able to effortlessly create a new checklist for each IEP, and move through at my own pace while also maintaining notes about where I am in the process. Uploading documents as evidence of where I am in the IEP process is also extremely helpful.
