Not just easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Very. Can be extended with templates with no effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Viewing tables with many fields is not so easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized place to hold all documentation for the company.
Absolutely splendid product. Our organisation runs on Notion.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customise any page based on your need. We use boards, timelines, list and so many templates to get work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Notion is that it might get complicated for simple needs like a todo list. But, that's something I'm not worried about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaces multiple tools and brings all the work under one roof. Instills a great deal clarity and alignment which is super critical to get things done in an efficient and meaningful way.

What do you like best about the product?
I can almost do everything I want, I can access to it from any type of device and I can organize, invite people and create multiple workspace for different purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great app, but sometimes it can be hard to access to it. And I said in the title that I'm managing my life with it. So it should be great if I could access to my data when I'm offline.
Also opening the app from my phone take times, if you can work on this, so that we can type notes faster.

Notion helps me to stay productive and organized. I have multiple accounts for my different jobs and different workspaces for my personal projects.
So for my jobs, Notion helps me express exactly my plans and my progress.

I like the ability to create a documents and be able to add different types of data from tables, paragraphs to piece of codes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the teammates struggle to get on board with it. It has a learning curve to it.

Documentation. It has became the single source of truth for all the documentation necessary for us to operate

The versatility of Notion is amazing! I'm using it for everything that needs to be organized, from school, to work and hobbies.
I love the way you can customize and organize everything on the page. The possibility to attach files, images, and links is so useful!

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found the desktop app very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps me keep documents and notes organized. Being able to link different pages together is a lifesaver when making connections between different topics.
Notion really did make my productivity skyrocket.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Notion integrates notetaking with spreadsheets with data management, making it equivalent to Word + Excel, but in one app!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how Notion calendars don't allow repeating events. Other than that, the only problem I have with it is the inability to run vanilla JS scripts instead of using the customized JS that Notion natively offers.

Notion helps me organize assignments for school, as well as gives me easy access to notes and other necessary tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of the information I need is centralized and organized like a blog. Notion is fun and easily navigable. I use Notion all of the time to find what I need about my company.

I honestly don't have any complaints about Notion, which is really good for me 😂.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of my company's info in one place, in a fun way. I can actually remember which pages certain info was on based on my photographic memory of how the page was set up. Notion makes it very easy for me to customize this page based on the info that I need and I can personalize the page to fit my needs as opposed to a website.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows us to organize our content, plan projects, and collaborate cross-functionally in ways we never thought possible. The time to value for this tool was nearly immediate - we have been able to conquer so many use cases across our GTM teams in such a short time after launching. I receive daily pings now unsolicited from users about how much they love this app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have more enablement and templates organized by use case vs. having to hunt for the right training content. Overall, the training resources are very helpful.

We use Notion for a variety of use cases, including project management, cross-functional collaboration, content management, workflow automation, and process documentation.

There have been a few occasions where it has been glitchy, but nothing major.

Making a one stop solution for our knowledge database, a in-house CRM and aligning the whole organization through one system.
