Extremely like the AI
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Notion pages is that they can be organized anytime I want. Each block is a Notion object and I can drag and drop them anywhere on the page to change page structure. Notion does not restrict the structure of a page, so I can customize it in any way you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish I could customize the workspace a bit more, but it seems like Notion wants to keep things simple and provide a distraction free work and collaboration space. - I do wish there were more options for customizing and formatting text. - I do wish there were some alternate views for projects like tiles, gantt charts and calendar view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me save a lot of notes from my class. It is organized my stuff very well and I feel I can find my note is easily. ..................................

What do you like best about the product?
I love how fast Notion AI is at creating content. I love how you can input almost anything, and there's a thorough, in-depth response if you ask for it or a short, simple answer if you ask for that. It feels like human ideas and is more human than most AI responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The glitching when I use the ai, sometimes the content will disappear if I don't remember to insert it below, or if I'm making a new page, it doesn't keep the page content once I launch it to full screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the brainstorming process completely! It's so in tune with matching my personality; when I describe exactly what I'm looking for, I hardly need to tweak it because it responds so similarly to my thoughts. On a few occasions, it's even generated ideas I've had, which confirmed that it knows how to take the information I give it and reply with what I need. It helps me to trust in its capabilities! I save time on the brainstorming and copywriting process. I feel confident I'll complete my work at least 3x faster through this.

What do you like best about the product?
What I've found most helpful about Notion is the versatility. I can build it just the way I like it, can get templates from other creators to make my work flow even better and with the help form Notion AI, I can work faster than in any other project management tool. It's so handy to have it working inside the app. I've never worked as fast. My texts, marketing copy, instant calculations, translations and graphs... possibilities are really endless...
What do you dislike about the product?
It took my some time to get familiar with it! Also sometimes I feel like there is too many options - but really you can built it how you like it.

Getting my projects structured and clear and working towards my goals, milestones. As a startup tasks can be overwhelming but this littlest helped me built my company from the ground up.
Early Adopter of Notion, currently my primary driver of productivity; moreover, with Notion AI I have been able to automate plenty of my day to day tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is a game changer for me. I am using it to automate my data around the knowledge bases. Moreover the Agentic Assistance is really helpful. I have been using the authoring features a lot. Making my dot points into actual explanatory sentences which can be effectively used in academic writings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yup. Pdf editing. There is no pdf editing feature in Notion yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my day-to-day tasks in Notion; moreover, it is used as my project management tool for personal and smaller team projects. I have also created project wikis in Notion to capture project artefacts and knowledge. I've yet to experience the full potential of an AI writing assistant. In most of the examples I have tried, assisted AI is applied to improve the provided text. The suggested text is mostly similar to the original. In some cases, the context of the sentence was not picked correctly by the AI.

As a high school principal, I absolutely love Notion AI's integration features! The AI-powered productivity tools have been most helpful in saving time and streamlining tasks. I have been able to create clear and concise responses to emails, letters to parents, and teacher memos with ease. Not only that, but it has also been an invaluable tool for educational research. With Notion AI, I can focus on what's relevant and important with a topic and not get distracted by the vast 'general' information that is returned to me from a web search engine. It is a huge time saver and has helped to broaden my scope of knowledge in many areas of the profession. Overall, I highly recommend Notion AI to anyone looking to boost their productivity and streamline their workflow.

"I absolutely love Notion's AI integration! Although there are many features that I already appreciate, I am excited to see how AI will develop even more with Notion in the coming months and years. I honestly can't say that I have any true dislikes at this time, as I am blown away by how efficient my work has been since using the AI features. Notion without AI is good, but with AI, it's a game-changer!"

I have been using Notion AI for a while now and I must say it has really boosted my job productivity! It has helped me speed up my daily workflow to a point where I have more time in my day to tackle larger, more time-consuming projects. With the assistance of AI, the larger projects are now less daunting as I can enlist its help to accomplish a variety of subtasks.
One of the busiest times of the year is the staff and teacher evaluation end-of-the-year reports. Gathering specific information on each staff member is a task that only I can do, and I actually enjoy doing it! However, the task I dislike is taking all the information, organizing it and turning it into a coherent document that captures the essence of a person's value to an organization. That part is the most time-consuming facet of the project!
Thanks to Notion AI, once I input the information into a good prompt, AI generates what I need almost instantly. However, I don't want AI to do my job for me, so I usually read through and make some changes before publishing the document.
Overall, I would say that Notion AI has been a great asset to my work, and I look forward to continuing to use it to increase my productivity and streamline my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Notion is how customisable it is. You can create your own templates, customise the layout of your pages, and even create your own databases. I am happy with their BETA version of AI and this has improved my grammar and dictionary and helped me create contents.

None. All of the features in Notion are the best!

Notion's array of templates and the fast execution on things like Notion AI are what have me most excited about the product and the company behind the product.

So far, I'm happy with it in terms of plugin availability and the built-in templates that assist with organization.

The recent integration of Notion AI is an asset, even in these early stages where refinement is still in the works. I think that the ability of the tool to invoke creativity is what benefits me the most.
