Very Convenient tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps us to coordinate and work efficiently. It helps us keep track of the effort put in to complete each task and the status of the tasks, all in one place

Notion helps us track the estimated effort, effort remaining, and status of different tasks.
Notion is a great place to make documents in an aesthetically pleasing way.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, many options, modern blogging style. Ability to organize information in a visually pleasing way for the end viewer.
What do you dislike about the product?
When shared publicly, Notion does not have the option to password protect. A bit of a learning curve and takes getting used to. Could tell that it was designed for those who have familiarity with coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is using Notion for an online user manual for our product. Before, our user manual was a static document, but Notion makes it easy to edit. These edits are instantly viewable to users who have the link to our user manual.
Excellent method to share knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. It's better than most wiki software I've ever used, it's simple to get pages created and the base formatting looks good, and it's nice to see edit history inline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor can be finicky. Sometimes, when I try to select a single word it will select the entire paragraph and then won't let me unselect anything, so I have to refresh the whole page. That's the big one that drives me nuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Notion, my teams and I would have to write things in Google Docs or in markdown files in the repo, both of which were deeply annoying. Now we have a single source of truth.
Notion is AMAZING for Startups!
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing provides a lot of flexibility to create dynamic pages for both tracking information and managing business processes. Notion is a bit more user-friendly than other note-taking tools, especially when collaborating with others. Their support is also very responsive and available to help with any issues and problems youhave.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can be expensive for small businesses that are not utilizing the full suite of functionality. Startups can take advantage of the Notion Startup program to alleviate the cost. There is also a lot of nested functionality in Notion that can take some time to learn & understand. This can slow individual user adoption, unless time is spent learning all of the pieces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps my startup track information and automate the management of business processes. This provides helps us save time and provide transparency into the overall status.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has allowed us to put all of our information into one place. We can build pages for whatever purpose we want, adapting it as our company needs. It's made remote working really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part of Notion is exporting information in a format you want. Database CSV exports don't include the value if it is linked to another database, so we can't always export things in a way that is useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep track of press coverage for clients, all task management, staff training, Human Resources, client notes, and have built. knowledgebase to share without clients that is updated in real time. And it looks good so we don't need to spend time formatting it for clients.

Being able to create pages & tables with backlinks + to share & exchange across the company & across entities.

Not much honestly. Some changes needed to be made, I've contacted the product team and they were reactive to correct / improve.

Communication across the company / creation of templates / centralisation of information

Notion is one of the best productivity tools out there!

They are pushing out new updates at a decent pace. The new database features has been a game changer for how my teams work.
