Intuitive Writing Assistant & Robust Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's user interface and its AI writing assistant. The knowledge management and project management features are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could draw on Notion, like, so I can edit or, like, draw visuals or draw my maps. And I wish Notion was more accessible, like, on my desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps organize my lectures easily, track tasks, and manage patient notes effectively. It also allows me to discuss cases on the go.
Notion: A Flexible, All-in-One Workspace That Adapts to Any Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion: an all-in-one, flexible workspace—notes, databases, kanban, docs, templates and real-time collaboration—highly customizable for any workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its mobile app is sluggish, the "everything is a block", reorganization through dragging feels off on mobile app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion kills the "app-switching tax" by unifying docs, tasks, and data. This boosts focus, centralizes your thoughts and lets you build custom tools that fit your unique mental workflow.
Intuitive and Versatile, Needs AI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion easy to use and intuitive, especially when learning new tools and understanding the basic commands. I also like how the templates are easy to personalize and there's generally one for everything. The initial setup was very easy, despite there being a learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe the AI agent understands what to build even with very detailed directions. Also, the explanation of the AI logic and why it did something could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with customer organization, managing different project phases, and tracking progress.
Flexible, All-in-One Project Management That Scales With You
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how flexible it is for project management. I can customize everything, including databases, views, templates, and workflows, to fit exactly how I think and work instead of forcing myself into a rigid system.
I especially love being able to see the same information in multiple ways, such as Kanban boards, timelines, calendars, and simple lists, without duplicating work. It makes it easy to manage tasks, track progress, and keep notes all in one place. Having projects, documentation, and action items connected in a single workspace keeps everything organized and reduces the need for multiple tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can sometimes feel a little too flexible. While customization is a strength, it also means there is a learning curve, and it takes time to set up systems that work well long term.
Performance can occasionally slow down with larger databases, especially when using complex filters, relations, and rollups. I also wish some features were more intuitive out of the box, like recurring tasks and advanced reporting, without needing workarounds.
Overall, it is powerful, but it requires intention and maintenance to keep everything clean and efficient.

Notion solves the problem of scattered information and tool overload. Before using it, projects, notes, task lists, and documentation were spread across multiple platforms, which made it harder to stay organized and see the bigger picture.
By centralizing everything into one workspace, it helps me connect projects, tasks, and reference materials in a structured way. The ability to link databases and create custom views means I can track progress, manage deadlines, and keep documentation aligned without duplicating information.
The biggest benefit for me is clarity. I can see priorities at a glance, maintain consistency across projects, and reduce mental clutter. Instead of switching between tools, I have one system that supports planning, execution, and long-term organization.

Simple and Efficient Organization with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I like to create database tables in Notion, where I can create pages with content and organize them in a single view. I like the option to add columns with different statuses to help visualize the material. Additionally, I think the initial setup of Notion was simple, and I have been using the tool for years and really like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it makes sense, but something that happens a lot is different people working on the same things and we have no way of knowing if some material already exists many times. Something that would be useful would be to receive recommendations when starting a document, in case there is already similar content. For example: I am writing a document about internal projects and I receive a pop-up that there is already a similar document written, and it suggests reviewing, maybe merging, or continuing the new document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize my day-to-day and prioritize tasks. I like to create tables with pages organized in a single view, using status columns to facilitate the visualization of the material.
Notion AI Delivers When You Ask Clearly—Imagination Is the Limit
What do you like best about the product?
It’s all about how you phrase your request: if you have an idea, be clear about what you need and simply ask Notion AI and he will do it your imagination is the limit
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have anything negative to say. Whenever something wasn’t okay or wasn’t to my satisfaction, I just rephrased it, and the AI found a way to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started with everything that is followed by my orders in my company, see if it could be beneficial and advantageous for me, and if everything is conclusive I could set it up for another department, it is beneficial for me because it brings me a visual aspect, it happens something not correct the Notion warned me, it allows me to better see the orders in progress, better manage my orders.
Intuitive Interface and Practical Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion for its interface and integration with other tools like Google Maps. The ability to visualize a workflow in different ways, according to what is simpler for each person, allows the tool to be adapted to the person and not the other way around. The initial setup of Notion was super smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an integration with the pins from Google Maps lists and not just with My Maps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track projects and share information efficiently. Thanks to its adaptable interface and integration with Google Maps, I can visualize workflows flexibly, making the tool adaptable to individual needs.

Streamlined Workload Organization, Needs Better AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion because it's super easy to use. Everything is neatly organized, and I can create different sections for different categories of work. It's like creating a filing cabinet for different projects at work, and I enjoy organizing my workload in this way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI features aren't very good when you ask AI to suggest things. It's nowhere near as good as other AI tools in the market. So I don't use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organization, task management, and prioritization.
Highly Customizable Tool That Keeps Me Organized and Consistent
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how I can set it up in a way that actually makes sense for me. I use it for school, personal goals, and just keeping my life organized, and it helps me stay consistent. I love that I can customize everything. It makes it easier for me to stay on track and not feel all over the place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don’t like is that it can be a little slow sometimes and it takes a minute to figure out how to set things up. Once I understand it, it’s fine, it just took me some time in the beginning. Also, I don’t own a business so the pricing model for individual use and A.I. features is geared for business and very expensive. If there was a more equitable personal use pricing model. I would very much appreciate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep track of my classes, assignments, habits, and personal stuff without feeling overwhelmed. Instead of using a bunch of different apps, everything is right there. It helps me stay organized, plan ahead, and keep myself grounded, especially with school and the other things I’m working on.
