It's my life saver
What do you like best about the product?
I can have all my info in one place. I thought I needed to write down everything but with Notion I stopped using notebooks. Also I find it super easy to use, and have been storing not only Work stuff but also personal projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets slow when I'm handling too many databases or tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to create copy for landing pages, emails and even for my own portfolio. I have found it's "Improve writing" super useful since english is not my main language and I don't want to have any grammar mistakes in my interactions and job stuff.
Can’t live without Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Upscale my writing, ability to review notes ,articles and organize resources. I like to use Notion for collaboration to make sure the project meets the timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating excel form is not easy to use, adding emoji in the writing section is limited, I wish I can organize my file by the date it's created, sore by projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of file management and establish process for the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the formatting and colour scheme. It helps me to organise my thoughts easily. The addition of Notion AI has meant I can quickly summarise large streams of information too, which I personally find very difficult being Neurodivergent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love if the to do lists/boards had better functionality. The lists show too little and are difficult to rearrange/order, but the board view is too much and spread out it's difficult to see all your tasks in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking, for sure! Also, keeping track of information. I have several work devices but I can have Notion on all of them so I never lose key information when I need it.

What do you like best about the product?
-"Improve your Writing" and "Make Shorter" AI features are great for streamlining and editing academic writing!
What do you dislike about the product?
-It doesn't like quotes (removes these first when shortening or tries to remove words in quotes under "improve your writing")
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me edit segments of academic writing, with the benefits of privacy in not capturing the data for retraining the AI. It still requires "supervision" of the edits suggested, but hugely impactful and efficient!

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI provides benefits to my life daily, enriching my experiences and enhancing my workflow. One of the most important features to me is its ability to not only take notes but format them in a clean and concise way.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to choose one thing, in particular, to dislike about Notion AI, it would certainly be the limitations regarding the language model itself. However, I am certain that it will improve and evolve as it progresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often face the issue of not having enough time to make the sheer quantity of meeting notes that I desire. Prior to the discovery of Notion AI I was often relying on recording then returning later to take notes. This method, however was flawed as I would often forget to revisit the notes. Notion AI allows me to take notes faster and not worry about formatting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of Notion. It is very clean and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dont like about notion is that when using the Ai, it doesn't follow my prompt very well.

Just normal stuff, like drafting letters or organzing my thoughts and ideas

What do you like best about the product?
Notion provides me with the perfect amount of flexibility & organization to speed up my document writing time. With the help of Ai I am now lighting-fast with my professional documentation and notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of the basic templates and helpful document setups you should be good-to-go. Ive been using the platform for years and im still finding moments where I say "oh wow, didnt even know Notion did that..." which is great, but also a sign of unintuitiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to institute an amazing project management template style to be used across my company. This supported our entire organization as we are now all following the exact same template when writing new features and development roadmaps.
Better than Jasper at a lot of things
What do you like best about the product?
I am a longtime Jasper user but Notion AI is so good, I gave it up almost immediately. The interface for using Notion AI is a bit different than anything like Jasper or ChatGPT but in my opinion it is a lot more versatile and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning how to best organize my documents for various projects

Notion makes it very easy and fast to generate high quality AI writing
Notion AI has made my job as a graphic and web designer so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
A new feature I have been utilizing is creating client portals with all project related info including brand questionnaires. So seamless to have it all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yes I still think it would be cool to have a premium feature where you could customize fonts and colors.

What do you like best about the product?
Minimalist approach making it easy to organize and workflow fast with custom templates. Still getting used to the Shortcuts, but recently, the best feature is the AI tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the sidebar function; I think finding pages and constantly popping up and switching my page length is weird. It's also hard to expand the size of the page horizontally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my organization and finding those faster than what I was using before the benefits of it is that it's easy to put pages together and make it make sense in a way that helps my brain.
