Using Notion professionally and personally, its so good!
What do you like best about the product?
I am using notion for about a year now and best part of it is the UI, how easily we can any thing may it be todo list, may it be kanban board to strategise the tasks.
It has so much of featurrs to add image/videos embedding and many more rich text options to add code and any type of data.
Loved the features and everyday i found a new feature..

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing go dislike in notion. Its so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Taking notes in effective manner
2. Making todo lists.
3. Making board for todo, completed, in-testing tasks for me and my team.
4. I plan all my tasks in notion.

Notion is the only game in town
What do you like best about the product?
I used to use Evernote but it became so clunky to use I could never find anything. I like Notion because of its key commands, flexibility, and lightweight structure. My favorite thing about it are the templates and the creativity behind those who share templates and processes within in the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could turn on some live-recording, like you could with Evernote. That is probably the best feature Evernote has. If i am in a lecture or conference session, I like to record the session audio and go back to enhance my notes. It would be great not to have to leave Notion to do that. Right now, I'll use a third party recording app and attach it to the Notion entry. But it would be awesome to have that built in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a place to keep an arsenal of information, and I needed it to be easily searchable. I still do use the Notes app on my phone quite a bit, but Notion is where I organize those things I want to save and access in the long term.

What do you dislike about the product?
No acrimony.
Notion offers a wide range of project templates so you don't have to do the hard work yourself. you can have a meeting note document, a new hire onboarding template, a task management template, and more.
Can be accessed on any platform including iOS, Android, Desktop, and Chrome extensions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have to open multiple tabs and switch windows every time. Everything is placed under one rook which saves a lot of time.

Best tool for freelance project and time management
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is unmatched in both its simplicity and capability. Being able to create workspaces with customized structure and functionality helps me manage projects both in detail and in the big picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike here. The sidebar could be more customizable (create own sections, reorderd pages between sections, ...) but that's hardly a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelance digital designer, I use Notion as my go-to tool for project management. I need something simple, but powerful — what I've been looking for is a way to log my ongoing/idle/completed projects while being able to attach any information and data. Notion allows me to add Kanban boards, timelines, or just quick raw text notes to any project, any task within the project, and more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a bit of effort to set up your workplace at first, but immediately afterward it's an immense time-save.

What do you like best about the product?
Customize the hero with beautiful images. Click anywhere. Not as straight-laced as Airtable. Soothing landing place for creatives who need to customize the font for different events/tasks. Why? Because we are creatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Notion. I don't like the "hidden" task feature though- likely because I'm afraid I'll hide something from myself. Maybe a welcome to Notion hidden task feature box at start
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daylite is too stuffy CRM. Trello is fun but clunky. Honeybook is too cheesy. Google Calendar and Apple Notes are good but a mess. Notion is perfect.

Stop fighting with Trello.

I love the simplicity of the interface and it's easy to teach yourself.

I'm not sure what I dislike yet - it's been pretty straightforward so far.

I love Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great way to centralize information in a company. It is very easy to use and easy to customize. Anyone can easily use it so it increases the amount of information that people document which is extremely important when all the company is working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is drag and drop, it can be easy to mis-manipulate something and delete it. It is not that easy to use at first, it takes a couple of months to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing and sharing information. I also used Notion as a board during my meeting where anyone can also participate and take notes. Also a good project management tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how there are so many different ways to leave notes whether it is in toggles, bullet points, or even pages of its own based on topics. As a designer, I also love the customization of the emoji header favicon and the display banner to just make the overall experience feel more fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is sometimes using Notion on mobile, it is not so easy to delete big chunks of text, it goes more one by one especially with the bullet points. However, that is such a small detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am way more organized and it helps me plan my days and week inadvance. I also am a hug fun of the boxes to check off once I have accomplished something, which I know is also a detail in Apple notes, however, the way Notion does it is so much more satisfying.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend everyone to use Notion, especially for all those people with Type A personalities like myself. I think it is such a fun way to have all your notes and thoughts in one organized space. It is also great since it is both on desktop and mobile (as an app) which I love being able to update on both ends.

What do you like best about the product?
The notion has lot's of notable features, but I usually use a pre-made template for managing my works and the best thing is that this tool has everything I need. A full fledge rich text editor, calendar, to-do list, collaboration with teams, managing a team and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any features that I should dislike about it. Perhaps, mastering the notion in a single day would be hard for anyone. I am using it since 2019 and still learning about the amazing features and other chrome extensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing works and times are very hard, but using Notion I can manage everything consistent way. I do content creation and I have a little team, after using Notion, managing team and content become smooth.

Notion is a complete management tool, support across the devices and also can be used in online mode. If you looking for the perfect tool then Notion is the best choice.
