  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Notion interface and its ease of use. It's easy for me to customize to my needs. I really appreciate linking to different pages as well as the database functionality. Having all of my notes organized and being able to manage a lot of information is super helpful for me. The initial setup was simple, and even without prior experience, it's easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like finding the right kind of format for my notes is a struggle, but for the most part I feel like that's a user issue not an app issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me manage and organize a lot of information, notes, and client requests efficiently. It's super helpful for recalling and storing resources and links for my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its easy UI, clear navigation paths, and easy access. The ability to transcribe meetings into text PDFs stands out to me. I also value how easily I can integrate it with other tools like my Google Calendar and Slack. Setting up Notion was very easy and accessible, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some forms of UI can be enhanced. One example is probably when used in task assigning, the Kanban board method can be followed, like drag and drop method. Also, it could be more colorful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves my storage problems, allows easy tracking, and offers easy integration.

Easy Setup, Boosts Team Collaboration

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy Notion is to use—it's very user-friendly and not rocket science. I love that it's visual, making it simple to get the needed information at a glance without having to dig into things. The collaborative nature of the platform is fantastic, allowing us to work together in the same place with real-time updates, so there's no need to find different documents or ask each other for updates. It really helps my team work transparently and in parallel, which is a big improvement over working in silos. We also found the setup process to be very easy because we used templates that were readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really love Notion AI, but it's a bit annoying that you have to buy credits for it. It would be amazing if that just comes sort of included in the package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of team visibility, reducing siloed work and enhancing collaboration. It provides a single place for project planning and document storage, helping us work collaboratively and efficiently.

Versatile Tool with Strong AI, Needs Better Task Templates

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion AI very good for technical RFCs, and I especially like how quick it is to summarize or create flowcharts and other diagrams. The calendar is also helpful in organizing my tasks. Switching from Confluence, I appreciate Notion's ease of use. The initial setup for my team was pretty quick and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Notion's task management isn't as mature or organized as tools like Linear, especially in terms of simplicity and how it handles epics, tasks, subtasks, and milestones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project management and meeting notes. It helps with sprint planning and ticketing. Notion AI quickly summarizes and creates diagrams, and the calendar organizes tasks effectively.

Effortless Organization with Collaborative Power

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion helps me stay organized, and it's super user-friendly. I appreciate being able to access a lot of features quickly without needing to be super technical. I enjoy the backslash feature for easily typing in anything I want. The collaborative space in Notion is great, allowing me to work with others and make things happen. The duplicating feature for templates is something I really love. Also, the initial setup was really easy and straightforward, without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more colors; I think that'd be nice. I think in some ways, it could make things a little unorganized. Like, I like the idea of the blank sheet, but sometimes, I want that consolidated just to one space. I think just, like, some more AI stuff, AI automation would be good. Notion doesn't have a ton of AI built-in features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to stay organized and monitor clients easily. It's user-friendly, quick, and helps with collaboration. I like the backslash feature to access functions quickly and having templates to manage different clients efficiently.

Efficient Knowledge Base with User-Friendly Features

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion's crisp and easy-to-use interface really helpful. Formatting documents is quite easy, which makes things quicker compared to writing in Word, where you end up spending more time formatting than actually writing. Additionally, the databases in Notion are great, offering a lot of nice use cases like managing a product backlog.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the navigation in Notion app for Mac could be a bit more fluid. Also on Notion Calendar, there's some bugs when blocking calendars. I have already raised this before with support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion as a knowledge base. It's crisp, easy to use, and makes document formatting faster. The databases have a lot of nice use cases, like handling product backlogs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can occasionally be laggy, but overall is strong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlined Doc Writing, Needs Better Integration

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to build pages and track roadmap management in Notion. I also appreciate the database feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to link databases to each other so I could split out sub-team roadmaps easier but still have them connected to one source of truth. I also faced pain points today with the Notion <> Slack integration. I want to be able to connect a Slack form to Notion and have it create a new entry in a database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a central source of truth, making it easy to build pages and manage roadmaps with its database feature.

Unlimited Possibilities in a Single Platform

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Notion, you can literally build anything you can think of. If you've got a SaaS product in mind, you could probably handle it all directly within Notion without having to get something else. We're trying to make the entire team use it now. The ability to create databases for literally anything and have them cross-reference additional databases is fantastic. I also like how you can have pages customized exactly the way you want them. There's an infinite possibility, and the templates in the community really help make that happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is one of those things that is easy to get to grips with but very difficult to master. Like, there is so much under the hood that you can do. So, like, an academy or some kind of real deep lessons would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize all our docs, eliminating the need for multiple repositories like Google Drive. I love that I can build anything in Notion, from managing a SaaS product to creative databases, with infinite possibilities and community templates supporting my needs.
