Great for Streamlining Structural Work, but Limited Accessibility for Students
What do you like best about the product?
It streamlines manual structural work to a huge extent

It’s not as accessible for students with the plus plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving the problem of replacing manual work with quick AI generated work which leaves more time for the creative strategic work

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, sleek, minimalistic, functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly? No complaints. Only thing? More functionality with tables - Excel within Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student, one of my classes is team-based with numerous deliverables. Tracking these deliverables is a challenge, and I've used Notion and its incredible AI to help me direct my group.
Flexible and Powerful, but Needs Better Organization Options
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to start, infinitely complex. Notion allows you to start simple and build out exactly what you need as you discover what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a bit more of a folder structure. My list of files to the side gets too big and organizing is complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The knowledge base helps me keep my different pieces of information organized and makes it easy to access them whenever I need. I also appreciate that I can integrate this information directly into my projects.
Effortless to Use and Great Spotlight Search Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and pulling up items from spotlight search.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can think. We use Notion quite regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping navigate our library of internal policies that are needed by customers.
Notion is Simple and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is simple enough to want to use but powerful enough to match any use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Notion pages are disconnected. They should have a slick search that allows you to instantly find and connect pages and data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has access to my content and works directly in Notion. That is a big deal. I don't have to take my content elsewhere (to another tab) to summarize, rewrite, or sharpen it.
All-In-One Tool with a Personal Touch
What do you like best about the product?
I love the databases and the ability to use email and calendar all in one place, which has been wonderful. It's been great for organizing all my study notes and calendar. I've enjoyed watching the updates; it's becoming very personable, and the AI integration has been awesome.

I use Notion to centralize my email, calendar, and study notes, allowing me to customize and manage everything in one place efficiently.
Amazing tool for knowledge management
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely customizable. I can use it for my day job, side hustle and my personal life and it handles it all. It is an amazing tool for knowledge management across all domains

It can be difficult to lean. Because it is customizable it’s up to you to build out what you need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing employee schedules is difficult but I can build out Exactly what I need. I can couple that with task management and meeting notes to run my whole business in one place.
Fantastic Tool for IT Playbooks
What do you like best about the product?
I think Notion is a great tool for knowledge management. I am using Notion to document a playbook for my future team and it is so wonderful to have all the information easily accessible and notion also makes things very easy to navigate. I also like the that I can share notion docs with others and collaborate. The application is very easy to use and set and allows me to better support my customers more quickly and effectively. I document new things in notion everyday and always find " one" more thing that will be of benefit to store and access

My only issue is the formatting can be difficult to manage but overall not bad

My favorite feature is project search and being able to quickly bring up documents

Project search can be a bit slow Organizing the directory can be clunky
