Slick looking note taking application
What do you like best about the product?
The notion can be best described as a smooth note-taking application. It offers a great set of templates for not taking the different needs. I use Notion personally and professionally. It is used primarily to dump ideas during the brainstorming sessions and create a rough sketch before we need to work on any project, and it does a great job on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some issues maintaining the correct formatting while pasting a massive amount of data. One more thing is I love to dump items in the notion, but it seems to struggle a bit when there is a lot of data. It might be the reason that they restrict the pasting of massive data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, Notion's UI is smooth. It feels premium. Hence brainstorming ideas here make more sense before moving everything to the confluence page. We do a lot of thought driving during the brainstorming sessions, and Notions help us organize thoughts by having multiple pages and subpages for each idea.

Great Design
What do you like best about the product?
It's a user-friendly taking note app. You can either choose one of the beutiful templates it offers for you or you can create your own. The biggest pro for me is that, it ables me to organize my programming codes as well as the mathematical notions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could have dark mode added on the options. Besides, Notion has everything I need to take notes on my personal computer. I can not find anything I dislike about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During pandemic people have started to work home office or participate in online classes. The app is extremely useful to stay focused on the screen and take notes simultaneously.

What do you dislike about the product?
- It is hard to understand when to create a new block (by using the "enter" key) versus when to go to the following line (by using the "shift + enter" key).
It has consequences when you need to reorganize your blocks or turn them into synced blocks.

Simple knowledge database

Very simple UI, giving you the ability to build a massive database for an entire team and able to update it as the days go. Very easy to use and accessible to anyone without installing anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really no downside to using Notion. It's miles better than using a shared Google Drive for Knowledge Database.

Eliminating unecessary Google Drive or other cloud storage option for our documents, that everyone should have access to.

The copy/paste functionality when it comes to copy text with links. For example, I same my email templates on Notion, but when I copy it and paste into an email, it appears as example@mail.com , which constantly requires editing.
