Time-Saving and Customizable, but Phone App Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for scheduling tasks, keeping track of resources, and managing my calendar. It's like a second brain for me, providing clarity in my days so I can efficiently move from one task to the next. I really appreciate the customization options in Notion that let me tailor it to my needs and connect with external sources. This feature is great for integrating it into our system, making my workflow time-efficient and saving me the hassle of visiting multiple sites. Additionally, setting up Notion was smooth with the help of AI, which made it a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the phone app, compared to my computer, the display can show too many things. It's not very transferable for me. If there was direction or a template that actually helps set up the phone, that would help a lot.

Versatile and User-Friendly with Room for AI Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion can be extremely simple and visually appealing yet also super complex. It's amazing that you can just create a page that holds all kinds of content or have a simple page for notes. Switching from Google Docs to Notion was super amazing because it's like an all-in-one platform. Everything's in one spot but separate enough that it doesn't get confusing. The free tier of the pricing plan is amazing, offering so many different types of features, and the paid plan gets even more amazing. The initial setup of Notion was extremely simple for us; it was super easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the AI features were a little bit more integrated into the work, and I guess you were made more aware of what AI can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track habits, tasks, and projects, enabling us to comment and collaborate on work. Switching from Google Suite made everything centralized and less confusing.
Customizable and Efficient, AI Feature is a Game-Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion primarily for organizing my personal projects and collaborating with my team on work-related tasks. It helps me keep track of notes, tasks, and documents all in one place, which is really convenient, and sharing information with clients as well. I find it easy to use, with formatting that's customizable and easy to share. Their new AI feature rolls out information quickly, allowing me to search for and summarize meeting notes, which is really useful. The AI feature is especially good at summarizing different pages in Notion from my teammates, delivering the answers to my questions without requiring me to read through all the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little bit easier and intuitive in terms of different buttons that I can press for text specific formatting. As it is not necessarily the most natural UI usage.

I like that it helps keep everything in one place and allows you to collaborate with other team members easily. I appreciate the comment features and the ability to have private or company-wide pages, as well as the option to publish online to share with clients. Versatile Tool with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion fairly easy to use, and even though it has a steep learning curve, once I apply myself, I can figure out most things. There's a lot of help online and a lot of support for it. I like the fact that I can store and organize many different types of information, build tables, and search that information. This helps me organize a lot of my life. It's also valuable because it allows me to use one tool for a lot of different types of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's got a steep learning curve to take advantage of some of the advanced features and capabilities. But other than that, not much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Database Mastery with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for task management and planning, meeting notes, lesson planning, and content organization. What really stands out for me is how Notion lets me structure information in a database, which was a big reason for moving away from OneNote. I enjoy the markdown editor's simplified text editor over Microsoft Office's. I find that it's a more intuitive writing experience, and I just like the aesthetic. The database organization is Notion's real strength: it allows me to sort and filter notes, for instance, automatically hiding meeting agendas for past events. I appreciate that everything is a block, making it easy to move things around, and each block has its own unique link. I find that the setup process is straightforward, though leveraging Notion's database structure took some time to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not keen on Notion AI. I had customer support turn it off across my entire account, but I still see occasional prompts for it. On the other hand, the one way I would use AI is for Notion AI meeting notes, but that is only available on the highest plans. So to me, AI is a distraction from the value of the app. I really like Notion Calendar, but until it connects to Outlook it's of limited value to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me structure information in a database and organize content for tasks like meeting notes and lesson planning. The markdown editor streamlines writing, and the database organization allows me to sort and filter notes efficiently.
