Flexible and Efficient but Needs Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility that Notion allows, along with the ability to automate a lot of things and define workflows for myself and others. It lets me implement best practices of working, where knowledge is presented as needed. The customization options make it easy for me to report to stakeholders and management. As someone with systems architecture knowledge, I appreciate how Notion lets me build something quickly, efficiently, and in a way that meets my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is terrible. Also, their go-to-market strategy is pathetic because they force you to use licenses if you use multiple guests in your account, even though there is no such policy that you can't use it. I've had a terrible experience with customer service in the past. And there is also a lack of control of who gets to edit relations and database properties. We can't lock properties as we could probably in a more sophisticated system, but I think that's a trade-off of the flexibility that Notion provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for its flexibility in customizing workflows, allowing me to report easily to stakeholders. It also automates tasks, defines workflows, and implements best practices to present knowledge as required, enabling efficient and fast system building.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple and clean. It’s easy to drag and drop when adding tasks and assigning them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sidebar navigation for multiple boards and other utilities can be organized into categories based on the groups they belong to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprint planning and managing task progress.
Dynamic Collaboration Tool with Some Lag
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as my product team's central source of truth, and it works really well for tracking ongoing projects and documenting everything about our products. I like that it's simple, intuitive, and it works. I'm really happy about its dynamic interfaces, which serve as an accessible repository of information. I like the Notion AI for building things and the way pages work, allowing for pages inside pages. It's pretty much an organizer's dream, and I love the fact that you can make databases, Gantt charts, timelines, and task boards out of nowhere. It's a great app with a lot of integrations, connections, and possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it's a bit laggy sometimes. Maybe we can have more AI integrations. I just wish it was easy to access features like transforming spoken ideas into templated pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as my product team's central source of truth. It solves the problem of having an accessible and dynamic repository of information, which works really well for tracking ongoing projects and product ideas. I'm happy with its effectiveness.
Exceptional Visual Consistency for a Unified Internal Wiki with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion provides exceptional visual consistency. Unlike fragmented tools where every dashboard looks different, Notion's block-based system allows us to create a unified "Brand Language" for our internal wiki that is both aesthetic and functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the desktop app is a10/10, the mobile experience needs improvement, especially for complex Kanban boards of multi-column layouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion to solve "Tool Fatigue". Before Notion, our SOPs were in Google Docs, our tasks were in Asana, and our product roadmap was in a spreadsheet.
Centralized Dashboards, Easy Setup, But Lacks in Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface of Notion and how easy it is to embed links from other platforms. The integrations between different tools are great; we were able to create a landing page from a Notion project. It keeps information organized and centralized, so we don't need to bounce between Google Drive links. The initial setup was really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We moved away from Notion for our project management capabilities, I think it could be stronger in that aspect. We can assign roles and set dates for tasks, but it isn't like another tool like Monday or Asana that shows all the outstanding tasks you have to work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps information organized and centralized, eliminating the need to bounce between Google Drive links.
Flexible Workspace that Centralizes and Streamlines
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible Notion is. We can customize pages and build databases for candidate tracking, create templates for interviews, and make necessary adjustments as our process evolves. It feels like a tool that adapts to how we work, instead of forcing us into a fixed structure. The customization stands out for me the most; we can build databases, create reusable templates, and organize information exactly the way we need it. The drag-and-drop layout and the ability to link pages together make everything feel connected and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion can feel overwhelming, especially for new team members because there are so many customization options. It can also slow down when pages get too heavy with databases and embeds. A more structured onboarding guide and stronger offline functionality could make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves our organization problems by consolidating files, notes, and trackers into one central hub. It keeps our hiring process structured and makes collaboration easier, helping our team stay aligned without relying on endless emails or multiple folders.
Jira and Confluence for the rest of us.
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly simple yet powerful way to organize everything. The AI integration is a standout feature and the ability to manage on the go makes it seamless. Team management is also refreshingly easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Voice mode stops transcribing when WiFi is interrupted, which feels like a bug. The AI can also be inconsistent – sometimes it moves content between teamspaces, other times it can’t. Paying per person for Notion AI also feels steep even if it makes financial sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes true organization actually achievable. Google Drive technically can do it but feels clunky in practice. Notion is essentially Jira and Confluence combined but built for everyone, not just enterprise teams.
Top-Notch Databases and Collaboration in a Flexible Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Notion's database capabilities and collaborative features are top-notch. It allows our team to centralize all documentation and project tracking in one highly flexible and customizable workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile performance can be quite sluggish at times, especially when loading complex pages with multiple databases. It would be great to see more optimization for smoother usage on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of information fragmentation by bringing our notes, tasks, and documentation into a single searchable source of truth. This has significantly improved our team's alignment and reduced the time spent looking for information.
Highly customizable and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is my favorite organization tool, I love how customizable it is, it makes my workspace look nice, and I can easily access information about my clients, courses, and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be able to connect directly with Google Calendar to better organize my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep all my spaces organized and nice, I usually use it to leave the information of all my personal projects as a freelancer.
