Life changing tool for our company
What do you like best about the product?
We had a lot of trouble finding the right tool to document our company guidelines. We are a very small team. First we started with a wiki page, but that quickly became a mess or incomplete after a while. Then we found Notion which is so easy to use and became our main portal for all company related information like meeting reports, coding guidelines and information about our clients.
It is so easy to learn and everybody in our team can collaborate very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This tool is really perfect for us. Can't come up with anything that I dislike about Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everybody in our team feels like they can collaborate in an easy way, that makes it fun to use and that is a benefit for everybody. All the information about our company is now stored in one place... Notion. Instead of spread in all different kids of apps (Word, Google, Excel, our e-mails etc...)

What do you like best about the product?
I use the free version for students, so I will discuss that.
What I like about Notion is the ease of organization (there is the possibility of making tables, to-do tasks, inserting calendars, inserting other pdfs and documents of all kinds, etc.), the tools it offers to be as efficient as possible (such as the interactive legend, the fact that it can connect to multiple devices, the interactive pdfs - meaning that you click on a point in the legend to get to the chosen chapter or the sites you press immediately refer to the site on the Internet, etc.) and its aesthetics (there are colors, you can easily add images, you can choose three main fonts). ) and its aesthetics (there are colors, you can easily add pictures, and you can choose from three main fonts).
I also find it friendly and kind that it offers students a free version!

What do you dislike about the product?
Of Notion, I wouldn't say I like that if it's not connected to a wifi network, it might not work, and there is no (maybe it's a thing with my version) auto-corrector option when writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me above all in organisation, in keeping my school material in order, also knowing that it will not be lost. Since it is also connected to my phone, when I am out and about I can always revise. By the way, the advisory service is very attentive: they respond quickly and do everything to solve the problem, always with kindness.
You can create every possibility of managment you want!
What do you like best about the product?
Databases oriented, you can create databases that have the same behavior of a programing database. And it has N:N relation, what improove very smart possibilities to the user!
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of charts, so you have all that data and you need to get out of Notion to see the data in some sort of integration with Google with sheets charts or Data Studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me with content managment in digital marketing, and lauch managment, team managment, students managment, product, project and srategic manegment, and financial and personal managment;
I don't know what I would do without Notion!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the most amazing tool I've ever used. Studying medicine has become so much easier since I've been using Notion to organize my notes. I can't imagine a life without Notion anymore. It's useful in every possible way - and so much fun as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
A few times I had problems with one of my pages. I think it was a bug, but I wasn't able to solve the problem so I had to delete & recreate the page. The Notion support team was still very supportive!

I use Notion mainly to organize my notes and lectures. I am a medical student and being organized is so important when it comes to the huge amount of things you have to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
Versatility. Notion is a highly versatile tool that can be used for various purposes. It allows the creation of highly customizable pages, databases, templates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the desktop version can be slow or laggy, mainly when working with large databases or complex templates. Also, the learning curve can be quite steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing and organizing information in one place. Streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks and reports. Also, Notion facilitates effective collaboration.

Only no scrolling pages in full page view.

I used multiple apps for my note taking but Notion database layout is best.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that Notion promotes the organization and formatting of documentation in such a manner that contributes to the actionability/usefulness of the information contained within it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the styling of page mentions (they're often in a gray text color which makes them less bold and doesn't draw the readers' eyes toward them. I'm sure this is preventable or editable in some way, but it hasn't been readily apparent to me. It's a tiny thing, but all which comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion assists with creating, storing, and indexing a large portion of our company's documentation (i.e., business logic, project management, employee docs, help articles, etc.) . Having this all-in-one, searchable, place is invaluable to saving time while not sacrificing collaboration and access to relevant information.
Notion is my second brain 🧠 !
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking all of life's notes, projects , deadlines , goals in one place. It's customizable and has many templates. Most serious people use Notion as I have noticed on Twitter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well it's definitely a learning curve with Notion. Can seem overwhelming at first. Maybe a non pro mode somehow with less customization. I wish there was more integration with IOS notes, calendar, and reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well it's unifying all of my work, personal stuff. It's lao making our team Uber efficient and we can communicate better about deadlines , goals , milestones. We all use it every day!

What do you like best about the product?
The product is so flexible that you can create every types of documentation. It connects databases and pages together so you don't write twice the same thing. This is perfect for a consistent knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too flexible. It's hard to enforce rules of updates and form. You often end up with old pages here and there. Also the search is getting better but the noise makes it useless.

Asynchronous communication and evergreen team documentation.

The variety of templates and the easy of modifying them to your needs

Sometimes it can be confusing if the templates are really complex, there's so much to learn and sometimes its overwhelming
