What do you like best about the product?
Notion is easy to use and simple to setup. we use it daily for documentation, planning and tracking work. it offers a wide range of useful features and integrate well with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints till now. its working well for me and does what i required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps reduce confusion by keeping all task notes and planning for the health checkup website in one place. This makes it easier for the team to collaborate smoothly, stay aligned, and remain organised throughout the work.
All-in-One Workspace with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything I do, pretty much administrative tasks, is in one area, so I don't have to go back and try to find out where I put a certain item. As I'm working on a project, I can keep everything in one consolidated place, which I find very convenient and helpful. I also appreciate that I can easily access Notion not only on my desktop but on other devices as well. It allows me to easily pull out my notes, write within Notion, and then file it away with the project I have, keeping everything organized and together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I kinda struggled with learning and understanding what everything does in Notion. There should be more explanation and training, especially initially, like step-by-step instructions or descriptions of what each feature does. It can be tough for someone unfamiliar with Notion, like figuring out when to use databases, forms, and templates. More instruction for newbies would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps me on track with reminders and integrates with my calendar. It's where I organize projects, track tasks, store documents, and link articles, all in one place.
Highly Customizable One-Stop Shop for Company Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customizability of it. How it can be a one stop shop for all of your companies needs whether you work more on the development or business side.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customizability with the pages that you build in terms of adding elements like header images/footers etc. Also recommended image sizes would be extremely useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me balance all of our product use cases/implementations. We have up to 8 separate platforms under the same umbrella we are building so keeping all the details tracked and organized is extremely important.
Simple, Clean, and a Huge Productivity Boost in Daily Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is simple, clean, easy to learn, has a variety of ways that it can be implemented to be able to be useful. It is a daily use application that integrates easily into your workflow. I implemented this and immediately was saving time, completing all tasks, and clarifying direction. I haven't had to use customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small learning curve, especially if you are new to project management, or creating in depth tables. Once you learn these it is a huge win in your production level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in an environment that would benefit from a project management software, but I am the only one that views it as project management. Using Notion allows me to keep all my projects streamlined, lets me view project status, calendar views for workload and more. It also allows me to easily transition to a different type of workflow with my supervisors.
Great Tool, Needs a More Intuitive Start
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for work, and I find that once you get the hang of it, it's intuitive and simple. It allows me to create databases that help with my social media and marketing campaigns. I like that it's sort of a set it and forget it approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface could be more intuitive. As it stands, it's confusing. The initial setup wasn't easy for me. I just don't think the whole process is very intuitive for a new user.

I create databases with Notion that help manage my social media and marketing campaigns.
Visually Appealing and User-Friendly CRM Builder
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to make a CRM for my contacts, which is way better than Google Sheets. It's visually appealing and lets me update status just through clicks. I also use Notion to track my schoolwork and GPA. I really like the AI chatbot feature because it can implement features for me just through a simple prompt without needing any coding knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say more free credits for free users could be appreciated. Or perhaps a refreshing credit for free users maybe once every twenty-four hours could refresh.

I use Notion to build tools without coding, create a CRM, and track schoolwork and GPA. It's more visually appealing and easier to update than Google Sheets. Notion AI helps deliver features through prompts, boosting productivity.
Highly Customizable, A Must-Have for Life and Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Notion is. It's very customizable, which means I can make it fit exactly what I need. For example, when I read books, I use it to take notes and my Notion dashboard helps me synthesize those notes and keep things clean. It's also great when I need to copy and paste from cloud services or ChatGPT, as it lets me do this easily without breaking the structure. The initial setup was very simple and easy, and it had an integrated approach. I was able to find exactly what I needed, making it straightforward for me to upload boards and various files. The ability to integrate with other tools like monday.com, Google Drive, and Pipedrive is a big plus as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yeah. So I would say that right now, what isn't working as well, I would like the AI functionality to be included in some of the more base packages. Right now, when I try and use Notion and AI to help me with formulating different equations to code. Maybe I'm trying to build something custom from scratch, and it doesn't quite let me do that without upgrading to a higher tier plan. And I would like that AI functionality to be integrated on more of the base plans.

Notion helps me keep track of everything, from my family's growth to my personal development, and manages my company workflow.
AI-Powered, Versatile Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion for organizing my projects, tasks, and ideas, both personal and business. My favorite feature is definitely the AI option.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too plain, I wish there were better templates that were free - colorful and modern. They also charged me for the team members, I did not know this was an extra charge per seat.

Streamlined Real Estate Management with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion offers integrations with calendar and mail, which is useful for managing my schedule and communications. The AI feature is my favorite new addition; it helps sort emails as they come in, keeping my inbox organized. Notion Mail is very nice and easy to use, and the calendar feature is similarly user-friendly. I particularly appreciate the scheduling links and how it allows me to link calendar appointments with specific clients in my pipeline. Using the Kanban board for pipeline management is my favorite feature as it helps me see what stage each real estate transaction is in. I can also keep detailed notes and logs for client interactions, which is quite handy. Creating a team space with account management, projects, and a goals tracker was very nice and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to record meetings, gather transcripts, manage pipelines with a Kanban board, track stages of each transaction, and keep detailed logs of client interactions.
