Great Experience with Docs, Database, and AI
What do you like best about the product?
Docs, database, and AI. The agent is very smooth and I can't wait for custom agents
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tough to get going with it since it's kind of a blank workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing all of my information so I have the equivalent of a second brain across Meeetings, Docs, and Data - and speeding up my workflows with AI. It's becoming easier. The more I use it, the easier it is to find what I need and accomplish tasks, whether it's writing an email to somebody, researching and storing notes on someone to reconnect with them, or writing content or emails.
An all-in-one workspace that keeps my projects perfectly organized
What do you like best about the product?
Notion brings all my work together in a single, organized space—whether it’s projects, notes, or tasks. I appreciate its flexibility, especially when creating templates tailored to various workflows, such as academic planning or content creation. The interface is clean and responsive, and making updates is simple, which makes it ideal for handling several projects simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find it confusing to use, and it can also become somewhat slow when working with large databases. The mobile app still feels limited in comparison to the desktop version, which offers a more complete experience. Improving the offline mode would make it even more dependable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to keep all aspects of my work organized, from projects and academic tasks to coordinating with my team, all within a single platform. I’m able to plan classes, handle documents, and monitor progress without the hassle of moving between different applications. This not only saves me time but also ensures my work remains structured and simple to share.

Consolidation & provisioning of powerful team tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything in notion needing to be a unique page.

Project collaboration
Bundle of features, more tutorials
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Notion because it is so easy to use for the tasks I want to accomplish. As I work on creating my own business, I mainly rely on Notion for its simple navigation and intuitive system. I also appreciate features like AI, coding, and other useful tools, which truly help me get the most out of Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe one improvement would be the addition of more tutorials on how to use the many features of Notion. While I did receive a brief introduction at the start, I soon found myself unsure about how to make the most of the available tools. It would be helpful if Notion provided a more comprehensive tutorial page that explains their features in detail and shows users how to fully utilize them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion assists me with punctuation, grammar, and spelling. It truly is an excellent tool for these tasks, and it has helped me a great deal in turning the ideas in my head into actual notes that others can review. Another area where it supports me is organisation. Notion is very effective for organising and compartmentalising my work. With so much happening at once, it can be challenging to keep track of everything, but Notion helps ease that burden and allows me to stay organised.
Great for Organizing, but Beware of Over-Complicating Your Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of organisation and finding things when it is all disorganised. I've spent time getting the team into shape on notion and then used the search when it has gotten too convoluted
What do you dislike about the product?
How the over organisation could lead into disorganisation sometimes. I think it may be a me thing as well, but you know when you've organised too much and your directory is getting deeeeeeppppp - yea leads to random documents being siloed in different parts that maybe relevant.
Ticketing into git hasn't worked out for older project.

Recently, I’ve been using the new AI features in notion, they are awesome & make organizing and writing so much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lag is the only issue, while collaborating or loading big database also realtime editing feels laggy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to switch between multiple tools for tasks, notes, client info, and ideas . It’s made planning and organizing way easier.
Notion's Flexibility and AI Features Have Transformed Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility of the system. It allows you to store documents or even build an entire setup to manage your business operations. The addition of Notion AI has made it much simpler to add new elements to an existing system or to start a new one from the ground up. We use Notion every day, and it has definitely improved our workflows. We are in the process of creating client dashboards, so all of our clients can request work, see where we are with a project and keep all communication in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to believe that approaching Notion without a technical background could make the learning curve feel quite steep. However, with the wide range of templates and support now available, and especially with Notion AI’s ability to create databases and more simply by following your instructions, I feel that the learning curve has become much more manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have developed templates for our services that outline every step of a project, including time estimates and other important details. Now, whenever we begin a new project for a client, we have a clear, step-by-step process to follow, ensuring that nothing is overlooked. Additionally, the new Notion AI has been very helpful for scheduling and rescheduling tasks. For example, if something unexpected comes up, we can use the AI to add the new task and automatically adjust the schedule for all other tasks accordingly.
Notion Boosts Team Organisation Despite Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
We have absolutely loved moving into Notion with the team, it helps with daily standups, documentation and just organising things. The AI feature is very smooth as well and actually much more helpful that I thought it would be and doesn't compete with other LLMs but just bring another touch of usefulness to Notion. We have particularly been enjoying the option of publishing microsites which is particularly helpful when teams are not using Notion but still need to access things somehow. We had a lovely call with a customer manager, unfortunately our team being quite small we couldn't get a customer support representative but instead got shared a whole bunch of resources and videos to watch which was perfect. We use Notion on a daily basis and love it now. Integration was also easy with links to Miro and Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was really steep, we overcomplicated our structure which means people were struggling to find where things were and what to do add/do but we eventually got around the initial struggles. It was hard to implement at first but we got around it and it became much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising things, having a one place for all documentation and finding everything and just organising the way we work between teams in general.
Notion Simplifies Project Management and Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Rather than relying on several different apps to manage tasks like project tracking and document organization, we can use Notion. It makes it much easier to keep all our work in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything about Notion that I dislike. It really helps me organize all my work and manage team collaborations effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to keep all my work organized in one place, whether it's meeting notes, project tracking, documents, task lists, or knowledge bases. It really helps me stay on top of everything efficiently.
