Notion is the best!!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows you to connect the various components of life and business clearly and succinctly. The additional ability to utilize different database views, filter and sort your information, and use self-referencing filters so information emerges when and where it's needed are game-changing productivity enhancers I so desperately craved before using this fantastic tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to utilizing the technology, leading to frustration when the need to execute is high. While the speed has improved tremendously, it can be slow at times. Lastly, the lack of a native calendar integration has me bouncing back and forth between my notion system and my google calendar, so I'm looking forward to that addition.

Through utilizing August Bradley's Pillars, Pipelines and Vaults system, I have created a clear and cohesive plan for my life and my business. Before this, I had been functioning through memory, emails, meetings, and thinking through the list daily. I feel a much better sense of clarity and control since I've not only systematized my execution, note-taking, and knowledge management, but also connected them within an overall operating system.
The best app ever
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a versatile and powerful tool that is great for organization and productivity. One of the best things about Notion is its flexibility. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, from project management to personal note-taking. The customization options are also impressive, allowing users to create their own unique templates and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are still few people who use notion, I would like more people to know
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to create and manage everything in my life. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and find what I need. I like the way I can organize my days
Just imagine it and do it in Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is more than a note-taking app, it's all-in-one product that you can use for everything you can imagine - from daily habits tracking to project management to reminder-setting system. Although complex at first sight, it's quite intuitive and with the help of pre-built templates everything is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is a startup product, meaning not everything is pitch perfect. Their mobile app was quite slow a year ago, it improved tremendously in the meantime, and there are more opportunities for optimization. There are also some UX tweaks that can be made to improve its awesomeness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have everything in one place, track and control all aspects of your life in one app, solve all the problems you can imagine.
Notion helps me to establish and improve my habits, not forget about certain things, digitize whatever needed, etc.

A total gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
it is so powerful and versatile. I've been organizing my whole life with it for 3 years now and the more I learn how to use it, the more I understand its power. Another important aspect is that they continue to improve it day after day by introducing new things, and their assistance is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slightly difficult to understand and use at first, has a slightly steep learning curve. But like all things of this type, once you learn the necessary you have a very powerful tool in hand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really solves a lot for me. Just with a tool like databases, which allows me to store, catalog and display data in many different ways. Also in the management of university courses it allows you to have a clear and orderly vision of everything
Notion is completely useful for every aspect of your life
What do you like best about the product?
The way in which you can use it for absolutely everything and that Notion is so clean and aestethic
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more tools for editing text

Organize my tasks, my notes from university, all the information about the books, films and TV series I watch, my budget...
Best way to keep my life balanced

What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it takes a little while to setup a perfect layout or get something to do exactly what you qant, but with a couple tries or a video or two you eventually get there!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all of my life problems, specially with organization, i have everything so perfectly put into different pages and folders and then all connected at the same time its amazing
Notion is the all-in-one Swiss army knife (or legos for adults)
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and integration of other tools now with its API technologies, as well as the advancement of integrated A.I. I've been using Notion for over 3 years and it's completely transformed the way I've worked and process information. Notion stands out against all others with their ability to use relational databases, something that's become extremely useful for sifting through information and seeing how connections are made. Also the ability to customize formulas has been a game changer in terms of my abilities to personalize all of my personal and business practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion has some quirks, it's also sometimes "fragile" as they have some things I'd really like to see. Like being able to lock pages but still create new entries. Notion also has some page loading issues and other glitches where I'll see older related pages showing up in the customize this page that there is no way to remove. Most of all, it really needs an offline mode... something I hope happens one day soon.

It helps me with my day job in performing tasks, such as social media management and website updates. The integration of AI has helped me write better posts and think about information in a new way. For my business and personal life, it maintains all of my connections, transactions, notes, and references that help me become better at what I do.
The all in one simple database solution for life admining.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used notes on my iPhone alongside Notion for a few years now because Notes is just a bit simpler and quicker than getting into Notion. Recently, however, I had an issue with my Notes app where I couldn't sync it to another family member's account. Right then, I decided to bite the bullet and transfer everything over to Notion. I requested my data download from iCloud, and I'm waiting for the data to come through so I can put it on a Notion Subpage.
One simple sub-page is enough for ALL of my iPhone notes.
I once used Nontion as project management software to host an 80-person virtual retreat over the pandemic, which supplied our organization with a free multi-user pro account.
I use Notion to host a recipe blog.
I use Notion to write my substack blog.
I use Notion as a contact tracker to keep in touch with people in my spiritual community.
When I have information I want to share with people, I can organize it in Notion tables and show people graphically/visually what I want them to see.
I don't need to code anything to make all of this happen; I've stopped using my Elementor and WordPress because Notion, in combination with my Substack blog, is all I need to publish my content.
I even use Notion for E-commerce, whereby I put a list of ingredients and offer customers an opportunity to buy my recipes and then make slick little callout links for people to click on to purchase either the recipe or buy my teaching. The links go to a stripe site, and BAM I now have a Notion-based e-commerce site.

What do you dislike about the product?
Please make it so that I can share portions of tables/databases without the person I'm sharing the part of the database with able to see the entire database. This is the only thing that bothers me about Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have designed websites in wordpress with Elementor; I don't need to do that anymore. Notion, in combination with a Substack Blog, has eliminated my need to design a website for a recent business I've started. I every time I think about designing a new website for this business I ask myself, could Notion do that? And while not every solution has been perfect, it has worked and is much simpler than designing something for WordPress.
I fell in love with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is extremely flexible and provides the needed features to adjust your workspace to your needs within your individual workflows.
I tested plenty of other tools like Trello, Asana and other. But I always ended spending more time switching between tools than actually working on my tasks.
Notion helped me to organize my projects in an effective way. So I started to implement it with my clients as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are just few minor features missing. However, I see that the team is constantly working on fulfilling user needs and keeps on listening to their growing and engaged user community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps to organize all the information that I am co fronted with during the day. Very useful are the Webbrowser extensions and integrations. These are helping me to import and categorize the information and link it within my projects.
From "what a convenient tool" to "this is indispensable for my job" in two months.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the perfect framework to build the precise tool you need, whatever your level of skill. And whatever you build now, you can improve and omptimise later on. I literally couldn't do my job if I didn't have the ability to reference any and every material I've created -- and it's all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion has its own learning curve -- nothing too scary. If anything, once you learn the basics you're more likely to overcomplicate things. So, remember: just becase you can do it doesn't mean you should!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a freelance teacher. I need to keep my books, create lesson plans, create homework materials (which should be reusable and thus referenceable), organise schedules, keep track of student information, etc. Notion allows me to focus on work, rather than juggling 5+ pieces of software.
