Simple UX and Great Visibility Across Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Simple UX, xfn visibility, ability to pull information in from various platforms/tools
What do you dislike about the product?
While our company migrates, a lot of things seem duplicative at the moment (need to dupe docs, lost notes from old 1:1s when starting fresh meeting notes in Notion, etc)

Ease of use, connecting to other applications and giving me the answers that would take me a long time to find otherwise

Im new to notion and so far find the spaces and organisation of items difficult to follow but could also be just how its been set up

All of my problems! from understanding the code to finding history of a problem to educating me on everything and fixing my SQL query.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for work to hold important information on topics and notes, and it provides a central place for my team and me to reference, which helps everyone stay on track and reduces any confusion. I like the organizational features and the search features. The initial setup is also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the editing features when creating a page could be more user-friendly and accommodating. It's challenging to scale pictures and text proportionately, making it hard to add more images or text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a central place for my team to reference, which helps us stay on track, reducing confusion. The organizational and search features are valuable for holding important information on topics and notes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sleek UI of Notion. I've never encountered any sort of bug, and I think it has just the right amount of features. It's not too simple and not too complicated. It's a great tool.

I use Notion to track projects when collaborating with other teams. My company also uses it as a knowledge base.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its organization capabilities, which help speed up everything by allowing me to effortlessly throw in tasks, random notes, and ideas from Slack. The AI feature is great too, as it helps to summarize information and turn it into actionable plans or tasks. I enjoy the customizable dashboards that can be built from scratch for tracking performance and projects. The customization aspect is different from any other tool I've used, and I appreciate that everything is interconnected, from databases to templates and recurrent checklists. I can build and reuse different workflows, which I find super useful. Overall, I really like Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's just the pricing. It's getting a bit too expensive, especially for me as I am a solo or freelance marketing person. So if it could be cheaper, or maybe a reasonable price, it would be better. Because I am in Canada, the price increases a lot. And also, when you work with other person teams, it increases a lot.

When juggling multiple projects, Notion helps me work faster and smarter, especially with its AI tools. It organizes everything in one place, from managing projects and content calendars to tracking performance and influencers. I can work live with my team, manage client deliverables, and even keep personal to-do lists.

I need something like GoodNotes for handwritten notes in Notion. I should be able to take handwritten notes, convert them to text, and summarize when needed. There's a bit of a learning curve, and I'm still learning.

Easy to use and possibility to expand the program a ton. You can have it as basic or as complex as you want.
It's really easy to onboard new user and get used to the program, even if you have never used it before.
