Versatile Hub for Research and Personal Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for its versatility and how I can customize everything to my needs. It's super easy to set up, and the pricing is appealing for our lab. I specifically value the AI Search feature for quickly searching all my knowledge, the filtering databases, and the quick interface. Notion's ability to centralize my data and let me access it everywhere, even in the lab, is a huge benefit for me. I also appreciate that I can use it on my phone, which is really handy when I need to check a protocol step quickly. I've used Notion for such a wide range of things, from academic research and personal knowledge management to planning my bioengineering experiments and even creating my wedding website.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"I wish automations for listening to incoming emails wouldn't rely on 3rd party apps.","I would like that the writing assistant in page would behave like an agent and have access to my knowledge and also the internet and that it had prompt instructions."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes my data, letting me easily access it anywhere, like in the lab. With AI, I can quickly search all my meeting notes.
Essential Tool for Organizing and Scaling Business
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Notion allows me to use different views like the Kanban board, calendar, and list views. I love the Notion AI and how it incorporates different AI models. I like how the AI can be consistent with tasks, which is great for my SOPs. Using the calendar view helps me, as a visual learner, to lay out everything and preplan. I am really excited to make Notion more integral to my business, as I love everything that it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love Notion to be more incorporated with Google Workspace, as I use it as my main thing. It would be awesome if the AI could somehow organize my tasks with priority. I'm not too sure of how to link the different variables that I have in Notion yet, but I did find some YouTube videos to learn from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves my problem of keeping everything in my brain by storing workflows, templates, SOPs, task management, and more. It provides a clear view of tasks for client accountability and holds all necessary information in one place.
Flexible Organization Tool with AI and Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion primarily for personal organization, note-keeping, and organizing various aspects of my life. Notion keeps functionality simple while offering a lot of flexibility. I like that the same system lets me build a database for job applications and create a personal journal in the same place. It's also great for keeping notes and recordings from online classes. I really appreciate how the AI can quickly search through my notes and find what I need, and I have the flexibility to choose which language model I want to use for searches. I also like that I pay a single fee for both productivity tools and access to multiple AI models. The minimalist UI combined with the flexibility is fantastic, and I love the many integrations it offers. I can embed videos, images, and recordings with minimal effort, and the meeting AI feature is super helpful for recording, transcribing, summarizing, and taking notes during meetings or lectures. The setup was super easy too—registering gives you immediate access to the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement in the overall integration of their AI in all of their products. I wish I could use the AI assistant more freely in Notion Mail and Notion calendar. Currently, it seems these two products are siloed away from the core Notion product, which has frustrated me a couple times. I'd also like to see them roll out a deeper Google integration for non-business accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for personal organization, integrating easily with other tools, which avoids migrating everything. It keeps everything connected and lets AI quickly find notes. The meeting feature eliminates the need for a scribe, helping everyone focus in meetings.

I use Notion for university, and it really helps me in getting my courses organized. I love the transcribing tool which tells me the important insights from meetings. I like that there's an option to ask questions, and the AI tool in Notion explains things to me when I have difficulty. I also find it super easy to set up, thanks to guidance from my boyfriend and the ability to ask the AI tool if I have questions. I appreciate how Notion regroups a bunch of stuff in one single app for my studying, planning, transcribed meetings, and vacation planning.

Ultimate Tool for Daily Workflow Management

I use Notion daily to create information pages, store interview preparation guides, and share facts about my company with candidates externally. I almost use it like a dictionary to find anything I need, and it's part of my daily workstream. The fact-finding, ease of information, and storage capabilities are excellent, providing a more professional capacity for sharing information than Google Docs, for example. I like the ease of use and the UI, which are always at the forefront of my mind. I also appreciate the ability to create subpages and use Notion for both personal and professional purposes. The initial setup was very user-friendly.

Effortless Knowledge Management with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's ease of use and user interface. The customizable organizational layout is a big plus for me. The agent feature is fantastic because it's able to quickly search our workspace and provide lightning-fast answers to questions that we used to discuss verbally or manually search for in servers or physical guidebooks. Setting up Notion was very easy for me, and I enjoyed learning by experimenting and watching YouTube tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the meetings integration is still new to me, so I may be underutilizing it, but that is one feature I wish were more automated - if it could quickly generate summaries and action items and distribute to staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for staff to quickly access policies, procedures, contacts, and training info. It also helps us with a marketing library for prospecting. The agent feature quickly searches our workspace for answers, saving time on manual searches or discussions.
