Versatile and User-Friendly, Perfect for Multi-Tasking
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion so far because it really helps me manage my projects efficiently. I can create workspaces to brain dump and time block, breaking it up by different clients and having project sheets. I especially like the toggle option for not seeing too much information at once. Notion is mobile and desktop friendly, and I find the interface very easy to navigate. I really like being able to create and organize as many pages as I need. The AI feature helps me navigate easily, and it solves a lot of problems I used to have with using different apps for different features. Notion has a better interface and more features that work better for my brain. The initial setup was very easy, and I found it pretty straightforward to get the hang of things quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm time blocking and I want to add the time to my database, it can be a bit glitchy. It doesn't always record the time I put, and I have to go back and do it more than once. And it doesn't work as well on phone or iPad as it does on desktop at times.

Versatile, User-Friendly, and AI-Powered Note-Taking
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's AI assistant bot because it helps fill in gaps when I miss points during lectures. I also really like the simple layout of Notion, making it easier to use and navigate. I appreciate Notion's design layout and ability to create notebooks within folders and pages within pages, allowing for a very structured organization. Notion's versatility impresses me as I can also track my expenses and have a to-do list. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something small that bothers me is that I cannot change the text AND highlight color at the same time with one key command. I like to annotate my notes and add color, and I wish there was an easier way to do both commands. I'm aware command, shift, h is a command to highlight OR change the text color, but I would like a function where I can use this command to perform both at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion's AI assistant bot fills gaps in my lecture notes, and its simple layout makes navigation easy. I use it to organize notes and track expenses. It supports a structured organization with notebooks and pages.
Streamlined Project Management and Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's flexibility and all-in-one workspace, which combines notes, databases, task management, and wikis. It lets teams customize workflows and keep everything organized on a single platform. The initial setup was smooth, creating workspaces, pages, and databases quickly. It solves problems of scattered documentation, disorganized tasks, and lack of a central knowledge hub by consolidating notes, projects, and workflows in one place, improving team organization and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can be slow with large databases, offline functionality is limited, and complex setups may have a learning curve. Improved performance, better offline access, and more intuitive templates could make it even more efficient.

Notion solves scattered documentation, disorganized tasks, and lack of a central knowledge hub by consolidating notes, projects, and workflows into one platform, improving team organization and collaboration.
Incredibly Flexible and Centralized Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion's insane flexibility; it feels like the brain behind the digital structure I create. I can use it as a personal hub or a full CRM, which is crazy powerful. It turns into a centralized home for everything that matters, gathering scattered thoughts, goals, and routines in one place. It's also valuable as a project tracker and team operations hub. I love the central point of truth it provides, with documents easily accessible and understandable through AI. The initial setup was flawless. Switching from Google Drive was a decision I don't regret.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I am part of different Notion workspaces but I am unable to use connectors from both of them with tools that I use such as LLM connectors and MCPs. This would be much better experience on my end but again, this could be user error and not a problem of Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion serves as a central point of truth with all documents in one place, offering quick context understanding. Its flexibility lets me build any digital structure, from personal hubs to full CRMs, unifying scattered thoughts, goals, and team operations in a single space.
