What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly useful for building custom workflows and databases - whether you are a student, business owner, project manager, or lifelong learner, and whether you have any coding knowledge or not!
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can be difficult to learn at first as there are so many features and database views to try out. However, starting out with templates can be a fantastic way to learn about the platform and figure out what works for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a student and researcher, I often have to manage multiple, complicated tasks that relate to one another or have to do with large amounts of data. Notion's relational databases make it easy to connect related databases and build efficient workflows. Additionally, project management features like the Calendar and Kanban views make it easy to see what needs to be done at a glance.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to keep things tidy and clear for everyone. And the templates are amazingly well-built for their purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind. We've been using it for almost two months now, but enough to assess whether it works or not. And it does work well for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to be organised and efficient. The user interface is also a plus, as it is simple and visually a pleasure to look at.
Amazing, sleek and modern
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a platform I find personally amazing — it significantly helps me at work and it also helps my company. I use notion for thinks like job boards and OKRs while personally using it to track tasks, todos and use notes. It's sleek and easy to use, taking up not much space on my PC too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about notion. It's amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving problems such as losing paper notes, portable notes on my phone and more.
Great for team meeting agendas
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to keep track of KPIs and ongoing to-do's. The overall ease of use makes organizing notes and agendas much easier. Previously we were using Google sheets which did not have the carryover feature, requiring manual entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to paste text into a table from an excel spreadsheet. Instead of having to individually paste each cell, it would be great if it recognized they are separated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Weekly meeting agendas and notes. Keeping track of weekly, monthly and quarterly deliverables. This has lead to a more consistent view for leadership within my organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. the mobile navigation for the "board view" is not practical.
2.I would like to have more events detectable in the Notion API like for example a category change ( in progress -> in review )
I coded my own python bot that every 5 seconds scans the notion page and see if a ticket has changed category to send a notification to all concerned employees.

in Notion, project tracking, documentation and meeting notes are centralized in the same application.
My team got used to Notion very easily.

A one stop shop source of truth
What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows all relevant information to be grouped together on one page. The information can be interactive, wether it is by embedding existing links and documents or even images and videos and highly personalized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, we cannot embed a specific Google slide. This means that when you embed a document, you will have to instruct the viewer to go to that specific slide or else, they could click on the hyperlink. This is probably my only pain point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my opinion, Notion is wonderful for standardizing access to information in certain workplaces like mine. In addition, the search tool simplifies the time spent searching for said information.

What do you like best about the product?
Developing a playbook; Peer Review. Setting deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Messages get lost. I need better instant messaging notifications.

Succession. What happens if we lose an employee? How do we know how his job got done?
The most helpful planning app
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion contains different ways to visualize the information you want to organize inside of it. This allows me to create lists, budgets, and information warehouses that help me organize my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion uses "blocks", which means everything is square. I'd like for at least images to be able to be made circular or rounded. Also, being able to change text positions would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for both work and personal life. I'm a very messy person with a busy life, so I love using Notion to keep track of tasks and events, as well as budgeting.
Super App for notes/conversations/self-help
What do you like best about the product?
Left nav bar which allows you to move into different pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Professional writing takes a bit of longer time than google docs.

Help me make notes, write my plans, plan my day and everything related to day to day business needs.
Notion so - intelligent notepad

Intuitive interface, nice appearance, quick search of notes.

Table appearance. Importing is problematic and doesn't work well
