Revolutionized My Business Management

  • October 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's flexibility in task management, allowing me to build a personalized structure tailored to my needs. The ability to synthesize information across platforms into one place has significantly improved my life, especially managing tasks with ADHD. I find the ability to link, filter, and retain high-quality data incredibly useful, and the publishing feature, akin to a website, is exciting. I greatly appreciate the Notion team's responsiveness to user needs and feel they anticipate important features I didn't even realize I needed. This has made using Notion an exceptional experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup process of Notion somewhat challenging. It was quite a task to deep dive with tutorials on YouTube to understand how to use it effectively. Without these resources, learning to navigate and utilize Notion would have been significantly more difficult. Additionally, the ease of sharing specific parts of my Notion setup with others while keeping some information private is an issue. I wish there was a more straightforward way to grant access to a filtered view of a database without giving permission to access the entire contents of the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes all my information, enhancing organization for my business and assisting with my ADHD. It transforms planning and operations, saving money and providing a flexible platform that's customized to my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the AI option; it helps a lot. I find myself using it almost every time I log in to work on my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the product could be improved by adding a help link that features interactive videos to guide users through frequently asked questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m not very familiar with how to use Notion, but the AI really makes things much easier for me. Even though I don’t know a lot, having the AI Assistant there to handle tasks when I ask is incredible. I just tell it what I need and how I want it, make edits if necessary, and the rest feels like magic.

Notion has completely streamlined how I manage my business. What I appreciate most is having everything organized within a single app, eliminating the need to juggle multiple tools. It’s efficient, intuitive, and makes running my business much smoother.

One challenge I’ve found with Notion is the learning curve. With so many features and customization options, it can feel overwhelming at first. It takes time to fully understand and utilize everything the platform offers.

I'm a convert thanks to Notion AI

  • October 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’m a natural skeptic when it comes to new tools, but Notion actually earned its keep.

It’s become the single source of truth for my small (but mighty) agency: brand guidelines, project pipelines, client deliverables, internal SOPs, all living under one roof and – more importantly – easily discoverable thanks to Notion AI. I LOVE that the AI assistant can instantly find the right page/database, succinctly summarize insights/updates from diverse data sources (Drive, Gmail, etc).

What surprised me tho was how quickly it replaced GPT for me. I was a die hard GPT fan and avid custom GPT builder, but OpenAI's policy changes made it difficult for me to rely on their tools. Now I transfered all my custom GPT instructions to Notion pages and instruct Notion's AI to follow specific page instructions as needed (or even edit those instructions based on my feedback). I love that I can link directly to pages and Google docs for context, and even instruct the AI to update those context docs after our conversation. I didn't realize how much time I was wasting uploading/downloading knowledge base docs and searching old conversations for prompts with other LLMs.

I'm excited for the release of custom agents so I can build in triggers and automations that make my work even more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database views and relations can be confusing. I HATE clutter and I seem to have lots of duplicate pages/views. When I delete a version something breaks.

I plan to take Notion's courses and work with a certified consultant to get everything buttoned up soon. Considering I built my entire business dashboard on free templates, I'm ok with that. Because in the process of using those templates, I've tailored my workspace to me and my preferred ways of working. I haven't experienced this degree of ease (at least, with Notion AI to help onboard me) & depth of customization in any software tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Notion solves is that it renders all of my organizational intelligence (my SOPs, templates, meeting notes, etc) accessible and actionable. It doesn't just live in my head anymore. It is structured in a way that both AI and humans can easily find the tools/resources they need and work more independently.

AI-Powered, Customizable Workflows Make Notion Indispensable

  • October 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for its robust and flexible platform. The AI capabilities, like auto summarizing and creating action items, save me a lot of time. The platform's ability to create customizable workflows and templates is incredibly valuable, making it adaptable to my personal and work needs. I enjoy how Notion integrates easily with tools like the Notion calendar and email, adding to its functionality. The WebClipper feature is a standout, allowing me to efficiently clip and save information. Its search ability is straightforward, making it easy to locate specific data. Seeing information in different views like Kanban boards or tables enhances its usability for me. Overall, Notion is a visually appealing, powerful assistant that's essential in my daily routine, easily managing my projects and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the initial learning curve with Notion can be challenging. Understanding how things interact initially required some effort, and although the website and available resources are helpful, more inline help, like tooltips or toggles, could make a big difference. Another area where I see room for improvement is in the abundance of features. While it's great to have so many options, the overwhelming number of powerful features can be daunting. Having more in-line help or guidance, especially for newcomers or when exploring new features, would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track meetings, ideas, and projects, ensuring nothing is lost. Its AI capabilities save time by summarizing information, while templates and workflows allow customization to suit my workflow, making it a versatile tool for both personal and professional use.

Great productivity software

  • October 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is its versatility—it can be used for a wide range of purposes. I also appreciate how it organizes content using Blocks, which makes managing items straightforward and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion occasionally feels limited in its capabilities. Lately, I've also noticed some delays with recurring creations. For instance, when I set a page to recur at a specific time each day, it often gets created later than the scheduled time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes it simple to organize projects and take notes, which is especially helpful for classes. It handles to-do lists and project boards with ease, making it a convenient tool for staying on top of tasks and assignments.

The Ultimate Life OS - Notion Has Completely Rewired My Productivity

  • October 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has completely transformed how I organize my life. I’m managing everything from personal health records and workout tracking to financial planning, family health, and business development — all within one interconnected system. The flexibility to design databases that talk to each other makes it feel like a true operating system for life. It’s eliminated my mental clutter and given me a sense of control and calm I didn’t think was possible. Notion adapts to the way I think, not the other way around — it’s the perfect blend of structure and creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that its flexibility can feel overwhelming at first — there’s a learning curve while setting up systems the way you want. But once you understand its logic and start building, that initial effort pays off tenfold. A few native automation improvements and smoother AI integrations would make it even more unstoppable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of fragmented information. Before Notion, my life was scattered across dozens of apps, notes, and spreadsheets. Now everything — my health tracking, finances, personal goals, creative projects, and even family management — lives in one integrated system.
It’s allowed me to centralize all aspects of my personal and professional life into a single hub that’s easy to navigate and customize. The biggest benefit has been mental clarity — I no longer rely on memory to juggle responsibilities or track progress. Notion acts as my second brain, giving me total control and peace of mind across every area of my life.
