I really appreciate how Notion helps me keep everything in one place for my business. The organization offered by Notion is outstanding, and I love how easy it is to use. The AI tool is a fantastic feature that makes tasks simpler compared to using Chat GPT separately. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, and overall, these features enhance my experience significantly.

Powerful for Project Management, Needs Smoother Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion mainly for work and project management. I really like the database feature and the ability to add different views to organize my projects. It makes it super easy to keep everything in one place, which is incredibly useful for managing projects. Notion is a lot better than using Google Docs or Numbers, which I found to be really inconvenient. Although setting it up was initially difficult and I even deleted it a few times, once I understood it, I realized I couldn't live without Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think reoccurring tasks could be improved. They should be much easier to set up; right now, it's not ideal. It's just limited. I also want to add that there should be a monthly view on the Notion calendar, it's so needed, especially on mobile. The initial setup of Notion was difficult. I deleted Notion three times because I didn't understand how it works, so it took me a while to get it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes my projects with ease, using databases and different views to keep everything in one place. It's very useful for product and project management.
Highly Versatile Hub for Personal and Professional Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for both my professional and personal life management, tracking everything from my monthly expenses to my design portfolio. I love how modular it is and appreciate that I can add so much to it, storing all of my work in one place. I've integrated it with tools like Linear, Slack, and Google Drives. After switching from Google Sheets to Notion for our status sheets, my team stopped using Google Docs entirely to store project briefs and ideas. We now use Notion as an active CMS for our WordPress website case studies. Notion helps us scale, managing an increasing number of employees as we grow from six to twenty. I also reached out to Notion's Brand Ambassadors and Community Leads in NYC to advocate for using Notion in the creative scene, especially among freelancers for various uses like portfolios, client portals, project questionnaires, and testimonials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things that don't work as well for me are the database tables when it comes to calculations. I wish there were more options to fully customize my layouts, especially since I'm a user interface designer. The calculations or what they call formulas can be improved upon when it comes to the horizontals of the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for professional and personal life management, like tracking monthly expenses and my design portfolio. It solves project tracking and client portal needs by serving as a CRM, CMS, and platform to present work.
The Best Productivity Tool for Organising Everything
What do you like best about the product?
It's the best productivity tool I have used in my life. It has almost everything I need in terms of organising things in my life
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost all the AI features are paid. So, a few daily or monthly credits would have been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in organising things and that's how it helps our organisation as well
A Versatile Powerhouse for Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its flexibility, allowing me to build and integrate it with multiple systems. The Slack integration is particularly useful because we can easily send Slack posts, like internal requests or custom workflow posts, into a Notion Database and automate the alerts. The initial setup of Notion was really easy because of the way the system was built and the helpful training videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Slack - Send to Notion feature is still manually triggered and I need to build Notion Database logic to fill some of the properties. Would love to have those automatically handled via Slack Workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides scalability for a remote team, serving as a single source of truth for documentation and delivering cost savings. It integrates with Slack to automate alerts and manage internal requests efficiently.
Effortlessly Organized, Instantly Accessible
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion for its layout possibilities. The tables and pages you can create are easy to do and easy to consult. It helps me stay organized, and I can find and store the information I need quickly. It's intuitive enough that I could use it without knowing the tool beforehand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralize and Simplify your Work with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion has a quite easy and intuitive user experience. I like how the pages look and all the different ways to write texts. Also, it was super easy to start using it and I could simply upload all the information I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the AI part doesn't work that well or I don't know how to use it that much, and it could also improve some accessibility features that are not so easy or intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it solves having everything centralized in one place, allowing me to track all my tasks and have different sheets with different topics centralized. It makes my work easier.
Seamless Ticket Management with Quick Edits
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can edit any document very quickly in Notion without needing to go to a separate page. It's useful for saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if I like that I can or anybody can just start editing any document that I worry about. Like, the documents maybe should be locked by default and only allowed access if somebody requests access. Maybe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to handle support tickets efficiently by accessing information from Jira, Slack, and company docs, saving response time.
