My all-time favorite software – used to manage every area of my business & life
What do you like best about the product?
LOTS! I can customize my entire business (& life) operating system exactly the way I want it. Other "project management" software confine you to work THEIR way, not yours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. The only thing I can see being a downside is that because you can create your systems in any way you want, a blank canvas essentially, you need to have a strong framework upon which to build. Otherwise, you'll end up with a messy workspace. In short, there's a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Systems. Basically any recurring activity in my business has a custom system built around it to make the task as quick & efficient as possible. Notion makes creating these systems super easy.
Wish I had it sooner
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to fully customize it, the different views for databases, being able to share pages to collaborate with your colleagues, being able to search your entire workspace!!! For me personally the biggest game changer is the relation property. Being able to link tasks to projects is really amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
literally nothing. It would be nice if I could search under specific pages intead of under all of the workspace, but without losing the ability to search the workspace, which is one of the most powerful tools in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making all of my notes and literature review fully searchable and allows me to work in the same platform. Also useful to work in the cloud and be able to collaborate with others in such a customizable environment, very much outdos any other platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great for organizing your days, weeks, and even years. Not to mention taking notes. It offers so much freedom to its users. You can use Notion for everything. So flexibility is the best and what differentiates Notion from other note-taking softwares.

Sometimes it can be slow to open pages, but most of the time, this is not a problem.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize my notes and schedule. It allows creating a dashboard for notes, projects, and all other stuff. Basically, It is up to users how to use it. I have also access to Notion AI so, sometimes I use it to brainstorm ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best thing of Notion is that it is completely customizable. You can organize everything you want, the way you prefer.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment I have not found something negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps you organizing your life, your business and your projects. You can use text, tables, images, various types of files and link to external website, all in the same tool.
I have found in Notion what - I think - it's left in other apps.

I like the simplicity of the dashboard and the ability to take notes and keep tasks on track.
Sometimes I stop using these tools because I get tired and bored. But Notes has been working pretty neatly for me so far.
I am not that organized, but I like Notion is there for me, helping me to remember things and warning me about others. For the moment, this is what I need.

I feel that the browser extension lacks some functionalities, or at least it doesn't work correctly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my time more efficiently. Helps me organize my days but primarily for taking notes about my day-to-day activities. It also helps me to manage my calendar events in a better way. I can insert a variety of elements that I show/share them with my team.

* The flexibility to create workflows that confirm to your own business needs is outstanding. You have so many options to customize the structure, views, and relationships, while at the same time being guided to smart default choices.
* Notion's interface is intuitive for beginners and experts alike. You can get started with smart defaults and even learning how to customize the UI to an advanced degree is relatively self-documenting within the app.

Notion is our complete tool for managing our business. We use Notion to manage our clients, deals, projects, tasks, calendar, ledger, digital inventory, as well as our ideas, links, and notes.
Everything, everywhere all at once
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion for over a year now and I'm completely hooked. I can manage my personal and professional life so efficiently. Among Notion's highlights are the wide variety of templates available and the ease of integrating the account into different operating systems and browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot identify negative points in Notion. Tecently I had to contact customer support and the response was quick and accurate. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.

Notion is helping me keep my personal and professional life organized. I can create and manage my projects anytime from anywhere in the world just using my cell phone. Notion helps me conquer time and freedom.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an endless space for ideas, people, projects, and everything in between. Making independent decisions regarding the content of every page and database allows me to keep up and share and create a better team, delegating and pushing others to gain ownership of their responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being too flexible and offering every single way to manage your info could be a curse. Still, it pushes me always to be one step ahead and to design every detail of our everyday Notion life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility and collaboration in every way. Before, every decision was based on assumptions, past experiences, or maybe even guessing. With Notion, I have accurate data, tracking and real-time visibility of every detail in every direction.
Minimal and a robust tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick, minimal, intuitive and clutter free as a tool. Therefore which, you tend to focus on "the core purpose" of the task at hand rather than questioning the functionalities of the options around. The intuitive platform just guides you and assists in doing the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest downsides of using Notion for me would be the customisation of the platform -- the possibilities are endless with Notion. If you want to use all the potentialities that the platform has to offer, one could get distracted from the end goal. This very con, was averted with the integration of AI into notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving and benefiting me by pulling in all my thoughts together, in the right format whether it be, text, bulletins, images, snippets, et cetera on a blank canvas and also allowing me to seamlessly manage and share across platforms or publishing it on the internet.
