Notion has helped our company scale
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is so incredibly easy for people to use, but I can create powerful features in databases like relations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion had better support for embedded pdf documents and potentially supported recurring reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is incredibly useful when tracking multiple complex projects with different deadlines.
I use Notion to organise everything in my life and work.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very easy to use and very flexible in layout. You can put all your notes, ideas, and tasks to Notion and get organised. You can also share your Notion content with your family members and colleagues easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes too much time to open Notion, you cannot take quick notes to it. There is no Chinese version and some of my Chinese colleagues find it difficult to use, especially when it comes to databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to organise my work and manage our team projects. It really saves a lot of time from sending emails and making changes to various documents, also it helps a lot in collecting information and making notes for a small team.
There is literally no other alternative. Notion is in a league of its own
What do you like best about the product?
Notion organises pretty much anything you can imagine. I can sync all my highlights from Kindle to collect all the best parts of books I read. I can organise multiple workflows, both personally and for my team.

It is complex mind — or it can be. You need to properly dive head first into learning all the features and how best to use them, otherwise I think you can get a bit lost and not fully grasp the full capabilities of the programme.

I'm not really that much of a fan of how notifications work — I often get a bit lost with what I'm being tagged in and changes within documents

Organisation — Workflow — Systems.
Systems are the best way to optimise a business and give it stability, we have so many systems: Paid media, content creation, creative process, onboarding, invoices, working with freelancers.. a lot.
Notion orgnaises everything and you are able to link docs together to help people get a full picture of everything.
As I've said, literally found no other alternative for this

Can be used for personal use as well as work projects, roadmaps, customer project plans etc.

It takes a while to really get the hang of it, but lots of content out there.

Personal and team documentation. More compact and flexible to create.
Practical, complex and intuitive way to manage projects
What do you like best about the product?
The software is complex while easy and intuitive to use. No matter if I need some simple to-do list or complex databases, it can do it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some use cases, the setup can take time. Also, the mobile app used to be quite clunky but seeing some positive improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily manage everything in one place to get more stuff done for personal matters an business. Notion really helps our team thrive with wiki's and internal documents as it is an easy to use application for web. Support is very helpful but could be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be complicated to use and not very user friendly as some people like it to be. SSO can be complex to setup however support helped us with this. Support could be a lot faster as it takes very long for them to respond to their highest plan customers.

It helps us collaborate on docs company documents. Notion really helps our team thrive with wiki's and internal documents as it is an easy to use application for web. Support is very helpful but could be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to share information with everyone around our business, which means in my operational role, people don't come to me all the time with questions. They can find out the answers for themselves! It also makes running projects very simple – the one-stop shop for all information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that moving different modules around the page can be quite tricky and that the number of options for customisation are quite limited. However, this may be my naievity.

Knowledge hub and project management.
It means that people aren't coming to me with lots of questions anymore, and they can all find all the information that they need. It also means we can more easily keep all of our policies up to date.

Excellent tool for knowledge hubs, collaboration and task tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I love the freedom of Notion. You always start with a blank page and create whatever you want. Whatever you want to do, there is always a way to achieve it, and there is such a huge community of creators you can tap into to learn more about how you could use Notion to solve the problem you're thinking about.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blank page can be a little daunting when you start, and there's a lot to learn to fully utilise everything Notion's capable of. But there are loads of tools and helpbooks to help you learn if you're willing to have a go!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is our knowledge hub for our whole-company documents, including news, policies and employee directory. It's also a tool teams use to build their own collaborative working spaces and document storage, as well as individuals using it to structure their own tasks and documents.
Best All in one solution for managing your study and life
What do you like best about the product?
That I can create databases in seconds which contain all the necessary information. And that I can filter and sort the whole data set with just a click. This is an incredible way of managing my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are, that the app is not as fast as I expect it to be. It also does not support 2 factor authentication. This reduces the usability and security of notion.

Notion is a place where I contribute together with a few other students to a whole set of studying information. Whe share our solutions make comments and try to summarize every lecture to be able to learn all of it with ease.
