everything I didn't know I needed in my life.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion allows me to organize in a way that replicates how my brain works. i love the ability to relate database to database all while it's laid out in a customized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike how unfriendly it is with automation integration within other systems that Notion doesn't do - emails, crms, G Suites. Embedding links and all is fine but allowing a deeper integration is important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a perfect setup to let me lay out my thoughts, to-dos, projects, notes & every other miscellaneous notion (lol see what I did there) - all in a way that actually makes sense.
Do it all program
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the most flexible project management/note taking do it all program i have used. It combines note taking with ability to assign tasks, build out project management, use some excel format formulas all in one application. It is truly a well thought out flexible platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of it is a little light on integrations with other prgrams. Other than that it is great and would recommend it to anyone who asks about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other note taking programs have limited flexibility in what you can add/use in terms of cells or imbedding other items like images and help change the formatting. Other programs do not have that flexibility.
Notion is very good and beautiful tool for project management, personal notes, etc
What do you like best about the product?
I like the best databases that can be linked in several pages.
Also the possibility to filter the databases, and make different kind of view with the same data.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it lacks (for my needs) the possibly to do a planning (kind of Gantt chart). Timeline is approaching to what I need but what I would is to have a line per person with several cards in the line, spread out through days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having some notes (either for a project's task at work, or some learning on personal side) well organized. Have different views about it. And be able to share it !

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very simple to use and visually appealing.

The system still has minor glitches that need to be worked out.

Notion has helped me stay organized and on track with my daily tasks and long-term goals.
It is a great and very helpful in terms of documentation, todo, tracking tasks, personal notes.

Helpful in terms of creating documents, personal tasks, track project progress, personal notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we are adding details inside columns of the table we are not able to add numbering or bulletins.

It's helping me to create product requirement documents (prd) and also to keep track of my daily tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely flexible. It's all interconnected, so databases can be sliced and diced in any way you see fit. Keeps teams, individuals, stakeholders, and yourself in lockstep.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more advanced templates are paid. Takes time to learn and configure. Could use some more guardrails. Don't understand the new side window. Otherwise, not much!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Literally everything my team needs to stay organized - personal task lists, research repository, team resourcing, organization, project overviews, templates, and as a manager, a high-level view of everything under my purview.
Notion is a very powerful tool to build any kind of tool adapted to every business.
What do you like best about the product?
Consistency in the visuals, in the usage of databases and collaboration features ! I love how every page or database have a professionnal look and feel, with tons of visual and useful tools to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very hard to set a workspace with ton of information where everything can be easily found. But that's a more general problem in my opinion, not related to notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us build tracking and requesting tools. It is the best compromise between effectiveness and cost. It helps us set up quickly helpful tools without having to develop any new feature in our internal tools.
The most customisable CRM there is!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a fully customisable platform, like a spreadsheet & Word Doc combined, with additional functionality. My agency runs in different ways between project-based tasks, and retainer-based repeatable tasks and finding a Project Management system that works for both has always been difficult. Notion is by far the best system to suit all ways of operating. It is also a great CRM, so I have been able to move everything into 1 platform, streamlining everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont dislike anything about Notion. I suppose the hard part is the fact that there is so much freedom, you really need to think about what you want when building it out, which can be a bit time-consuming, but still well worth it for the flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of multiple different working methodologies, with its flexibility, you can set it up to suit any workflow. It is now easier to manage the workflow from every department and every management level.
The most adaptable e functional tool for your team
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very good tool, you can create workflows with many automations, is possible to make an integration with others tools, set a incredible internal wiki and functional. And still a lot of possibilities, because notion is incredible tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
A problem for me, is this part of integration to generate notification in other tools (example: discord). Because today, its only possible create a external notification when a new card create in database, if i can generate notification when card is moved on the board, that would be very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main solutions for me, are possible to management tasks of team and to create a centralized knowledge base of enterprise. And internal notifications is very good too, because that help team with comunication.
Notion has become an essential organizational tool in my personal and professional life.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the format of the personalization widgets. The coding-style features allow me to create any kind of page I might need for work or for school.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subpages can become disorganized pretty quickly if you aren't careful. It can get slightly confusing when a subpage is linked on a main page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to add media from various sources in one place so that I can access it all on the same page. I have been able to improve my productivity and expand my creative ideas thanks to Notion!
