It helps me record my notes for a future career transition or a new skill. It helps me keep track and set reminders for activities and tasks.
Notion has changed my work life.
What do you like best about the product?
The way Notion approaches data and databases is a game changer. I can solve a problem very quickly when it comes to tracking and managing information—and best of all—I can link related information together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is super powerful and it's easy to get lost in perfecting your workflow and your dashboard. I do wish there were a few more styling options, as I'm very visually oriented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has replaced the industry-specific software I was using by being more flexible and more customizable. I've been able to onboard my agents super quickly and for far less of a financial investment.
Great for managing Customer Success team
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful about Notion for a startup like ours, where Customer Success is at the core of our business, is that it enables us to note everything about our CS operations and more importantly everything about our customers, and to structure all the information so we can pull it quickly when we need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see a better task management system, especially in terms of task-subtask relationships so we would be able to break down tasks into subtasks and assign them to a specific person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping us solve the knowledge management problem and with that we can note, structure and find information much quicker which eventually enables us to respond to our customers much quicker and with the right information.
Anyway, it's easy to start writing.

You can write down the information in your head in a messy way and organize it later.

Creating project dashboards and consolidating information to reduce the need for sharing and searching.
Notion is my undisputed second brain
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly powerful to adapt to the different ways you wish to document and share information. The ability to connect notes and information to other information provides a rich context for your notes, wiki, directory, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
With that flexibility, there can be an investment in time to get everything set up to achieve the full efficiency that Notion can provide in your productivity workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I capture everything in Notion. Tasks, notes, receipts, sketches, articles - anything that I need to potentially recall or reference later. Notion's true strength is in the databases. Capturing information in a database allows me to associate data with other data which provides the ability to present and consume data in a variety of ways. For example, I can organize the same data in a traditional table format, a card format as a timeline, a list or a kanban and easily have all views saved, and sorted depending on the way I need to share or reference.
Notion is a great place to make sure all knowledge is centralised and easily accessible
What do you like best about the product?
The flexible nature of Notion makes it a great tool for our diverse team within the company. We use it for internal documentation, product roadmaps, and office information - and we can rely on the fact that everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility of Notion is sometimes a problem as well. It'd be great if they offered a bit more built-in structure you can optionally rely on to make sure things are organised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing many different tools and sources of information, so employees don't have to worry where they should. The only thing is knowing where to look within Notion.
Notion is our one-stop shop for internal documentation.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that multiple users can use Notion and work on the same document at the same time seeing changes in real-time. I like that you can design nice documents only with your keyboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be happy if there was an option to change the color and size and font of headings and other elements so that it matches our corporate identity. Also, I once had an issue where a deleted,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing us to document all our internal and client meetings and keep them safe and easily accessible for everyone. Also it ensures that there are not two versions of the same document.
You NEED Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is one of those tools that you can do so much with. You can use tables, calendars, columns...the sky is the limit! I used Notion at my previous company and when I interviewed for my current role I asked "Could we get Notion?"
It really is a tool that is so versatile and allows you to build up a space for SOPs - refraining from tribal knowledge becoming a problem.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any dislikes during my two years using Notion. Sometimes I run into hangups when navigating around/trying to create a beautiful page, but I attribute most of that to user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving a huge problem in the workplace: poor organization. It allows our company to have google sheets, miro boards, google dogs, google slides, and SOPs all in one place.
The most amazing all in one app I´ve ever used
What do you like best about the product?
For several years I was using a bunch of tools to do different personal and work-related stuff such as project management, to-do list, keeping notes, etc. I used evernote, trello, Monday, one Note, you name it and I probably used it. That´s when I casually discover Notion while browsing a Q&A site for another app. Its simplicity made me curious and force me to dive deeper.
I felt in love with Notion because all of a sudden I was able to do all the things in just one app, so I immediately changed and started to learn more and more about it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I really miss and would love to have in Notion is Mind Mapping. I can use some tricks and twists to achieve something similar, but I still prefer the look and feel of traditional mind mapping tools. If they can think of a way to make mind mapping efficient in Notion without losing its simplicity, that would be awesome!! 🤩
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It became my center of command for all my personal and work related stuff. It is my note taking tool, my project management tool, my processes and procedures repository. It is everything.
A joy to use, for either personal or professional stuff
What do you like best about the product?
Ease to use and extremely customizable - can be used for simple things like writing a note or creating a to-do list, but also for creating complex systems such as Agile / Kanban boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet - still searching :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work using Agile / Scrum and I set up an Agile board in Notion - where we keep all our tasks (product backlog, sprint backlog - for both design & dev). We also use Notion to store important info relevant to everybody.
