A Little Time Learning Opens a World of Possibilities with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Databases are amazingly flexible. It's not full SQL, but miles ahead of using spreadsheets and tables.
The search is quite good.

What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks an offline mode, which has been a recurring complaint for ages.
It has very little for page design - everything is managed through blocks of various types. This is both a strength AND a liability.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anything that I used to do in Evernote is much better and easier in Notion.

Excellent thought and process organising app
What do you like best about the product?
Lovely writing experience. There are lots of features to present pages beautifully and logically. Relational databases are very helpful for keeping track of links between many projects, people and thoughts. Couldn't recommend more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a little more customisation options for the presentation of pages. Things missing: centre alignment, more than 3 header options. These are mostly aesthetic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My relational databases help me track my connections, meetings I've had with those connections, and the organisations they work at. I can feel safe that more of my thoughts are captured and out of my head
Notion has completely organised my life
What do you like best about the product?
You can create databases, put everything that pops up in your head on an online plateform, where yo u can always come back and check for it. Also the unlimited online cloud is meravelous.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is there something that I really don't like? It is pretty hard to dislike something in Notion. If there must be someting it may be the lagging that sometimes happens when there is a lot of database updates. But I won't bother that much as it is not really a serious issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have noticed that Notion modifed the windows opening modes , as now it permits to open a side peek window, which I found super helpful and spares me a lot of time while checking for 2 stuffs in one look.

-There are so many formats to choose from! You can get really creative with how you present information.
-The navigation bar is great cause at a glance you can see all the information that is available.
-The option to restrict access as needed is super useful when handling confidential topics.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very intuitive to use, so there's a lot of trial and error to figure things out (or guides and tutorials to go through). But once you get the hang of it it's great.

It helps with project management because we can plan everything centrally and keep track of progress.
My Mind, Very Much Organized: Thanks to Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I am a fan of notion for their clean, minimalistic and user friendly nature that it offers. But now with their new ai features it got powerful (wanna see how their build feature will evolve). Also the way i can integrate my google calendar data, managing some of my clients meeting got super simplified. Also while making plans, the use of ai in the same platform makes it easier to write content and get data from. Also a few shortcuts that i can create using their automation tool simplified my boring and time consuming simple tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion's new AI features have amazed me, i regularly use the ask feature and it works flawlessly. But i would ask Notion to work on their research and build AI features as the are not on to the point. Also would ask Notion to integrate Microsoft teams to manage effectively the meetings along with already integrated google calendar. Also a few more ai features focusing on simplifying techies life and improving productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping by organizing my work on to a single platform. Now with their ai features, I'm able to ideate, plan, gather data, manage my meetings, design databases and finally create simple automation to put my life on auto pilot and improve myt productivity. Also i can see improved effectiveness in my work because of these new features from Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
I love its flexibility and that they are constantly improving it, it feels like Xmas every time they add a new feature! And their team is awesome helping you solve any problem
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the main (and probably only) downside is not having a truly offline function, especially on the phone. Another thing that would make Notion perfect would be the possibility of sharing just a bite of a database or linked database and the content shown on it. However, these are for me minor drawbacks compared to how useful it is

It has greatly improved my organization. I have many projects going at the same time and lots of material to review as reference, thus having everything organized in the same space makes it so much easier to work than using even just two apps

The fact that I cannot real-time chat with support from the mobile app.

As I said, it helps me to keep everything organized and do my planning. I even write my companies documentation there for each project :D
Easy and intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has a very intuitive interface. It is suitable to create internal knowledge systems even for small organizations which cannot allow expensive software and are in a a need of a tool that will let them create a company wiki in-house by non-professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is not exactly dislike, but I would widen the block space. I mean, you have the menu bar on the left, then an empty space then the blocks which we create and more empty space. In my opinion, these empty spaces could be reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a single place where all processes could be described and structured. Everything an employee needs could be placed there and found easily. It allows us much faster and more comfortable onboarding and ease the work of senior employees.
Best PM database tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to use. One can create documents and databases, and manage projects and page-wise access. The formatting options are to the point with fewer options so as to not waste time on decoration and keep the focus on the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the database table, the page-wise access is not well thought of. The views to the database should have customisation (column-files) available on the basis of where they can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us in managing the company wikis. It is also easy to work with a freelancer as we can give them guest access and later move their pages to the relevant space in our workspace.
