Empowering Drag-and-Drop Pages with Seamless Live Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful is how empowering it feels to be able to drag and drop features into what are essentially web pages—things that would have otherwise required coding knowledge. It’s also great being able to collaborate live with teammates. Having everything in one place helps us organize our thoughts and plan out our week more clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tool takes a while to think and doesn’t always return what we’re looking for. I also think it’s hard to integrate an AI tool into something like Notion, because people are often trying to accomplish a very specific task in a particular way—sometimes in ways Notion simply wasn’t built for—and the AI ends up trying to fill that gap. I expect some of this will resolve itself over time as Notion continues to roll out more and more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of how we store notes that the whole team would otherwise send by email, which isn’t conducive to making small edits and then resending. Instead, we can simply edit a Notion page together.

I like how Notion keeps us organized and allows us to share documents. It's super clean and easy to use with shortcuts, which make note-taking faster. Plus, the interface is really pretty. The initial setup of Notion was super easy and it only took a few days to get used to.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I copy and paste, it doesn't format properly. I would like integration with email so I can send out my notes in email format.

A Second Brain for Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion great for managing remote teams and it's amazing for any type of team. I love that it allows my team to go to a single source of information, which is the best that could have ever happened. I think Notion is easy to use and the interface is something I love. It's really a great product. The AI note taker option and the AI assistant for creating new databases are impressive and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the loading times could be better. The interface could potentially improve a little bit, like maybe the fonts could be a little bit bigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves most of my organizational problems, providing a dashboard for tasks, documentation, and SOPs. It's a second brain for my companies, with a great AI note taker and database assistant. It's ideal for managing remote teams, centralizing information for global access.
Data Management Made Easy with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's user-centric platform. It's simple enough for someone who doesn't know how to use technology like this. You just type in your request, give Notion a few seconds, and it confidently provides an output that meets our needs. It saves me and my team time by synthesizing and simplifying the data process. We no longer have to search through tons of data repositories to get the exact answer we want, which is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion has difficulty giving the exact response needed. This could be improved by adding more content to Notion, so relevant inputs would be found sooner and with greater accuracy. In terms of content, I don't believe the issue is with Notion. I believe the issue sits with companies adopting Notion and ensuring the relevant content and prior experience and knowledge are loaded into the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to handle data overload, quickly delivering correct responses and saving my team time by synthesizing outputs. It integrates with our tech stack, ensuring one source of truth, and the setup was straightforward.

Lack of formatting capabilities. Only being able to choose from preset text sizes makes it slightly less easy to read.

When kicking off projects, there used to be a collection of various google docs floating around. Now databases allow all to live in the same place, with access by others.

AI Integration Enhances Workflow, Needs Better Google Docs Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's AI writing assistant and how it helps with knowledge management at work. The AI meeting notes feature is incredibly helpful for daily use and keeping track of my agenda. It makes my workflow much more feasible. Setting up Notion was very easy, and I was able to plug everything in and ensure it was functional from a productivity standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way some of the team spaces interact with each other in Notion is awkward. It's not easy for me to put my meeting notes into a project and task list, even though the AI can do it easily. There's also some awkwardness with how documents work. Notion doesn't sync well with Google Docs at all, which causes complications when I try to plug my documents into Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me focus on business calls and provides follow-up notes, making it easy to track my agenda with its AI assistant and AI meeting notes. It enhances my workflow with knowledge management, making it more feasible.
