Notion Boosts Meeting Productivity with Easy Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion really helpful for summarizing meetings and documenting my work. It acts as one surface area for everything, including meetings, documents, and tasks. I appreciate the fast link and context preservation it offers. Notion AI is very good, and I like the good collaboration model it provides. The initial setup was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the documentation can be improved. Confluence is better when compared to Notion. Also, the navigation and page/folder structure needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for my meetings and to document my work. It helps in summarizing meetings and recalling discussions. I like that it's one surface for everything—meetings, documents, tasks—plus, fast link and context preservation and a good collaboration model.
Incredible AI with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion AI, it's incredible. It knows everything, reasons extremely well, and creates net new pages that my colleagues love. I also use Notion for organizing my workspace and taking notes at work, and truly love it.

There was a learning curve for sure.

I love the AI features of Notion and the meeting transcription. The AI makes it easier because it makes it easy to create data tables, and the meeting transcription really helps summarize key points, takeaways, and next actionable steps from meetings.

Seamless Organization with an Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion for both work and personal use as it speeds up my workflow exponentially. I like its easy and intuitive user interface and how it handles databases with relations and rollups. I'm impressed with how fast its technology grows. For organization, I love how we can build an umpteen amount of different kinds of views, pulling from the same data but can be curated specifically for different audiences. The interface of Notion is much cleaner with a lot more capabilities than Microsoft Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time - the date function works great, but it's not so great at tracking the hours of the day. For example, when gathering travel details from team members, I asked them when their flights arrive and take off. From there, I want to determine how many nights they will be traveling so we can see for how long each person's hotel room should be for. However, if a person lands at 8pm on a Monday, but leaves at 8am on a Wednesday, because it's not a full 48 hours, a formula that has the difference between the two days/times only shows that it needs 1 hotel night. If I change that departure to Wednesday at 8pm, it then will register the difference of 2 nights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion speeds up my workflow exponentially with its easy and intuitive user interface. I love how I can build different views for various audiences from the same data, which enhances organization. Its technology also grows quickly.
Easy Formatting, Powerful Integrations, and Everything in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy the formatting is in Notion and its extensive integrations. It's great that I can have notes, images, PDFs embedded, and databases all on a single page. Whether I want to get super granular or just go for an overview, it's not hard to find information. Notion keeps everything in one place and makes sharing with clients easy. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. To get it exactly as you want it can take some finessing which can take some patience and curiosity, but I still consider that to be more of an asset than a henderence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps everything in one place, making it easy to share with clients. I can have notes, images, and databases all on a single page and switch between detailed views and overviews without losing track of information.
Streamlined Note-Taking with Powerful AI, But Pricing Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the AI component in Notion can design sheets for me and make what I'm writing clearer, which saves me a lot of time. It's really helpful for me, especially since finding the optimal format for my notes can be stressful and time-consuming. Notion helps make my notes look exactly how I want them to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm really frustrated because, as a student and an educator, I have access to Notion through the education plan, but it doesn't include the AI component. There's no option to just add it on for a smaller fee, so I have to pay for the entire business plan even though I would have access to most of it already just to get AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion saves me time writing and formatting notes by allowing AI to organize them, which is otherwise stressful and time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
I run my business with Notion. It does everything I need including lead tracking, calendar management and best of all meeting notes (which were the bane of my existence before). It is also a great knowledge and project management tool and eliminates the need for a lot of separate subscriptions so it is a great value as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a bit of a learning curve since it can do so many things but it is worth the effort, and way better to deal with than bloatware like Jira.

Lead tracking, project management, and knowledge base.
Unmatched Customizability and Efficiency Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Notion's aesthetic and customizability. It’s incredibly handy having the database views and automation features, which help me organize both work and personal projects efficiently. The use of databases, the AI assistant, and the calendar is just perfect for me to offload and access information whenever I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only wish is that I could reference multiple databases in one database or view within Notion. The goal here would be to combine into 1 clean view a work and personal life balance hub to not have to switch between the two.

Notion saves me brain bandwidth by storing all my work and personal data in databases, so I can access and recall information whenever I need it.
