Awesome Organizational App
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion! It offers endless customisability and flexibility. It's helped me delete a few apps and notes, by combining them all into into one on Notion. I can track everything: schedules, tasks, grocery lists, habits, goals, books/articles, and more. There are endless possibilities, it allows me to create a system that works for me.
I can keep track of everything: work, travel, hobbies, ideas, web clippings, books, movies, you name it, Notion has a place for it (or you can make a place).

What do you dislike about the product?
Steeo learning curve. The customisability is a double-edged sword. You can get carried away and lost designing your system. It can be quite complex, so don't get distracted by working on your system rather than your actual work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, project tracking, and organization. It is the best productivity app I have ever used. The key for me is to delete all the default stuff and start with a blank page and add stuff as you need it. Notion offers a ton of stuff and most of it I don't need so I have a really good workflow with just the bullet points, numbers, and copy and pasting diagrams into it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Delete the starting pages it gives you and satrt from scratch. Don't get distracted by the different templates, first create what you need and then add cool templates later.
Notion - An amazing tool to organize your tasks, as well as documentation
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot to like about Notion. The Clean UI, the streamless search across the whole workspace, ease of linking and mentioning things.
I use Notion for task management for myself as well as my team and documenting our work as well; and we've found it to be a really powerful tool for the same

What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of dislikes, there arent too many. Sometimes there are a few bugs, like for example right now, the move option for pages isn't working too greatly. Also, a few features take a long time to develop after multiple requests are submitted, like the toggle headings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We majorly use Notion for work management and documenting development as well as results. Notion has allowed us to have a unified way of making tasks, providing updates on them, and use the same updates as documentation for later reference. This helps in keeping things de-cluttered, and still having everything connected.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before on-boarding your team onto Notion, do a pilot run with a small bunch. Test out the different features, set up the right layouts and views etc for things you wish to roll out to the whole team. This will be greatly helpful in the longer run.
Notion for Individual and Team Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly versatile - from individual notetaking to team collaboration across databases and project management at scale, Notion can be adapted to the needs of your team. Notion takes the best of cloud-based collaborative document writing and builds around it a suite of tools allowing for a vast array of applications. For me the most impressive aspect is how simply they are able to keep the interface while allowing for an ever-expanding list of options such as databases, kanban, and other project management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really very little to dislike, especially given the rate at which Notion's developers have been turning out improvements, fixes, and updates. I would prefer a bit cleaner login/credentialing across devices as I will be logged out from time to time, but this is a minor frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion equips my collaboration within and across teams at my institution, and i personally use it to manage the Center I direct. This allows me to handle all project management, external sharing of resources, and collaborative document creation. It is the closest thing i've ever come across to a one-stop solution.
Great for sharing project updates and for making simple landing pages.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use. There is so much flexibility setting up pages. It is easy to make things look really nice. Managing permissions is a breeze too. I like how you can make different views of the same dataset.
Embeds are king! It is so easy to embed other tools and sites.

What do you dislike about the product?
The database functionality just doesn't feel great. In conjunction with Notion I use Airtable for a lot of things. The database features of Notion just feel clunky compared to Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most landing pages. Whenever I have a situation where I need to get data to a cohort of people I will setup a page for just that cohort. The simplicity of Notion allows me to handle all the details without needing to involve our web folks.
We also have built out our standard operating procedures for our program in Notion.

New standard for a single workplace solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's su[er flexible and seems to really be able to do the job of a bunch of different tools. Not only does it serve as a database but can work as a project management tool, as a complex business process automation solution, and a lot more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is pretty steep. It is very slow compared to more simple tools. If I need to write something down it's way easier to open a new google doc. Formating is not too intuitive at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use at as a database and to create simple PM tools for the small teams, essentially instead of Trello. We became way more productive and we'll be even more so when the whole team become adapted to the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You'll be able to get immense benefits out of it but don't fool yourself that proficiency would come naturally. Invest in training.

The main problem that we are trying to solve with the help of Notion is project management and collaboration among different teams. Notion has proved to be of great utility in this regard.
Slick looking note taking application
What do you like best about the product?
The notion can be best described as a smooth note-taking application. It offers a great set of templates for not taking the different needs. I use Notion personally and professionally. It is used primarily to dump ideas during the brainstorming sessions and create a rough sketch before we need to work on any project, and it does a great job on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some issues maintaining the correct formatting while pasting a massive amount of data. One more thing is I love to dump items in the notion, but it seems to struggle a bit when there is a lot of data. It might be the reason that they restrict the pasting of massive data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, Notion's UI is smooth. It feels premium. Hence brainstorming ideas here make more sense before moving everything to the confluence page. We do a lot of thought driving during the brainstorming sessions, and Notions help us organize thoughts by having multiple pages and subpages for each idea.

the notion application gives access to each type of work. The most impressive things are the pre-designed templates and import features. Also the web page creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing of the Notion that can't be used or is annoying. Each and every feature is amazing and useful. It would be great if we can have the team member feature free of cost.

There are lots of problems that are solved by Notion, It helps me manage my tasks and help me to keep an eye on my daily activities, it reminds me about all my pending works and priorities them, It helps me optimize my personal as well as professional life. Customer Success Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like to share notes and workflow in Notion. You can also share it with a college or friend who can edit the files as well. So I use with a college to share Blog posts for our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about, it is more likely your daily note-book to write things and share ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We share our writings through Notion, so we can see what blog post will be the next, we can edit, leave a comment as a quick note. We can also create task list to see what we need to check first.

Not much to say at this moment
Amazing tool for organizing your life
What do you like best about the product?
Customization options are limitless. You can create pages and links inside every section, or you can embed links and create plans for almost everything. If you want to organize your work and life, you should use Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated sometimes; you need to read some guides to get the best benefit from the application. If you can successfully complete tutorials, it will get easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, I am working in a newly transformed company from Start-up so; I need to track my workload (creating to-do lists, information, feedbacks). Second, I am getting some online courses, so it is helpful for notetaking and embedding some links. Third, I use it for my personal errands like shopping lists and travel plans so, I am not missing anything in my life.
