The best tool for taking notes and preparing reports
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion as my primary note-taking platform, and I also use it for a lot of documentation and project tracking, among other things. It has a very clean user interface that is easy to navigate throughout the platform. Integrates with all essential productivity tools and files that allow data to be imported from other sources such as excel, csv, and Evernote. It also has a lot of customization options, so I can make my workspace to suit my needs. They do, however, have a large number of pre-made templates that can be used immediately and edited. Working with my team on the same project and sharing files, ideas, and more has been faster and easier with Notion. The customer service team at Notion is highly responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to complain about or dislike. However, there are some things that Notion should look into and update or fix, such as some of my teammates complaining about their security system because they don't use end-to-end encryption, and I've seen people storing a lot of sensitive data, such as health data, banking information, and more, which can be concerning. Apart from that, we have no issues with the notion; it works flawlessly across all of our devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with product development, marketing strategy, personal CRM, customer interviews, and writing requirements for the development team. In addition, I keep track of and update information about my team and activities. Since I began using it, it has proven to be an excellent companion. I don't have to go to other platforms to store CRM data or make lists because Notion takes care of everything. On Notion, team collaboration is fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
Where do I begin... Notion is so simple and easy to use that it's hard to pick just one "best" feature!
Based on my everyday workflow I can say that taking meeting, project, or other notes in this application is super fast and easy.
Once you master the '/' based command structure being able to style and organize your pages and folders is a breeze!

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found anything that I dislike about Notion so far.
If I can give any critique, it would be that I wish the "boards" feature would allow you to hide any cards that were over the count of say, 10. Otherwise as the number of cards grow in your board, so does the overall height of the board.

Overall the problems we are solving include:

The benefits are numerous, but overall increased organization, better notes, and better team interactions.

Notion saves the day and everything else
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly useful and has a wonderful, friendly user interface. I enjoy being able to collaborate with others and I can organize my notes in many ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app could be better and I think we should be able to accomplish more in the app. Maybe it could improve the slight bugs like highlighting and selecting text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to put my notes all in one place and collaborate in real time with my co-workers and clients.

It is amazingly customizable set of pages that for a whole sorkspace where you can manage your tasks, articles, reminders, and more

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the perfect combination for everything you want. In our team, we have tried tons of software to get organized, and Notion has been the one that has worked better for us. What I like the most about Notion is that it is open to using it as you prefer; it doesn't force you to use any methodology; it simply gives you the tools to use whatever you want. You can add texts, images, bullet lists, tables, databases, code, videos, files, and it also has integrations with some software such as drive, Figma, miro, maps, and some others. In other words, they have you the tools to build whatever you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned before, Notion works well for my team. Nonetheless, I think that for some types of personalities, having too many tools and options to use could be overwhelming; I believe that some people could prefer to have a more determined path to follow without that amount of freedom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us have a general overview of all the proyects we are working at the moment. If we want to have any specific information there are pages with the information broken down. We also use it as CRM and to have internal communication with our team regarding specific tasks inside the projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the different templates Notion provides. There is a Template to keep every aspect of my life organized. I also really like how you have the freedom to create your own templates and share them with friends, teammates, and coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Umm I don't like how you can't have different tables/setups on the same page. I also have a hard time being able to place items next to each other for some reason but other than once you get the hang of things it's pretty easy to navigate through the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like to use Notion for work, to keep my tasks organized. I like the Wiki template to keep everything work-related in one space, like notes for an upcoming meeting, tasks I need to get done by EOW, lead information to reach out to. Notion is the all-in-one space I like to use to keep my tasks, notes, questions, and ideas organized. I even use it for my personal life where I track habits, grocery lists, meal ideas, budgeting, and more!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a free plan which is what I use for personal organization and I have yet to run into any issues or roadblocks. But a paid plan is definitely suggested if you are going to be using it as a whole for an organization.
Amazing for organization without a lot of thought
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Notion is that I can just create my to do list very easily with what I need in it without really learning how to do so. It's very user friendly and intuitive, and I was able to just set things up without learning any formulas or things like that. I also love that I can easily create more views of my lists very easily as well. There's also a desktop and mobile app that pretty much functions the same!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it starts me off with some examples. It's a cool idea but now I have to individually remove everything and it's a little cluttered, yet I don't want to delete them because I wonder if I'm going to need them at some point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to be organized and a better solution for time management. I needed an easy way to see what's on my plate and check off when I completed a task. Notion really helps with it's beautiful layout and easy way to set up. The different views and sort/filtering really help as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have been looking for a way to manage your time and a perfect to do list, this is what you need. Also, if you want to manage other things like blog posts, inventory, other lists, this is perfect and easy to use. This is great for personal use to knock your goals out, and you can take Notion on the go with the mobile app.
The only Note Taking App I Use!
What do you like best about the product?
Creating, customizing, sharing notes is a breeze. I love all the customization options that make my notes fun instead of bland. My product department has a shared space we all use to collaborate. I check this space once a day; Notion makes it easy to track updates and see any edits without having to dig deep. The customization options are endless! It's always a joy to view coworkers' pages and see how they leverage the tool to create fun and unique notes. The UI is just a delight and always getting better. The design team behind Notion has done an excellent job. I have many more things I like about the product, and I find something new I like about it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance seems to be sometimes lacking. I'm not entirely sure if this is a problem with my internet or an issue with how the product loads, but it's something to note. Other than that, I haven't discovered anything that has negatively affected my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating, managing, organizing personal notes. Collaborating on notes with coworkers. Notion has helped me realize that notes don't have to be stale and boring!
Excellent, highly customizable product
What do you like best about the product?
The control. We have our whole company wiki in Notion and being able to arrange and reference databases and tables etc. is so useful. As content manager, I've built out a content calendar that's connected to writer briefs. It takes some time to set up, but the control I now get makes it so mich easier for managing content than any other tool I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little overbearing at first, because you basically have a blank canvas. But using templates and getting your hands dirty with the product helps overcome this and starts getting overtaken by the benefits pretty soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a company wiki—logging KPIs, company docs, etc. From a personal POV, I manage our content schedule/calendar and writer briefs. All this means we waste much less time on other options.
Great tool for HR onboarding and other intranet options
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and set up and permissions can be set to allow for specific access to certain parts of the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it works perfect for what our small company needs.

Easy way to share information about our company in an easy to use format.
