What do you like best about the product?
The features are truly amazing. I particularly appreciate the database management, which proves to be very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to select the language and subtitles of videos in MKV format. Not having an AI agent available at all times on your phone. Or being forced to return to the homepage to access the agent on the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this service to manage my personal life by centralizing all my notes and archiving my data. It helps me better organize my daily life.

Honestly nothing. It has really gien me everything that I need to keep my business organized. Notion AI is integrated so well and gives me the ability to manage my business and creates tools for me to stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
During Teams meetings, I appreciate how the platform provides a summary afterwards and offers a list of actionable steps that are highly accurate. The AI integrated into this tool is impressively well designed and truly enhances my experience. As a result of these things, I find I use Notion daily to enhance my productivity. It has been a breeze getting it integrated into my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version comes across as clunky and laggy, which can disrupt the flow of my ideas. As someone who enjoys thinking, writing, and building no matter where I am, this really affects my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is great for recapping meetings and helping me improve my writing. I can jot down a quick idea, and it expands on it for me, giving me a solid starting point that I can then refine further.

A little concerned that they’re trying to do too much between mail and calendar as well. Depending how well the Notion AI can connect this piece, it will be incredible.

The only aspect I find challenging is that it can feel overwhelming for new users and employees during onboarding, simply because there is so much available to access.

I love using Notion for its exceptional organizational abilities, especially for managing college tasks. The interface becomes intuitive with practice, making it a great tool for organizing schoolwork, classes, and spreadsheets. I also find incorporating different databases really helpful, and I rely on the seamless integration with Google Calendar. The Notion AI and organization aspects make it a product I'd purchase again.

I found the learning curve for Notion to be quite challenging at first. It took me a while to fully grasp how to use it effectively, and I had to resort to watching numerous tutorials to get comfortable with the interface. I would appreciate having more tutorials to make the initial learning process easier.

I find Notion organizes my schoolwork, tracking grades and tasks. The calendar keeps me on schedule, enhancing my ability to manage classes and meetings effortlessly.

I really enjoy the characters and the way you can assign them different personalities and tasks. I've been experimenting with it for about a week now. Previously, I had a Notion subscription, but I cancelled it after losing my job. Now that I'm venturing into entrepreneurship and need a tool to help me keep my thoughts and databases organized and clear, I've returned to Notion. I was also curious to try out the new features I saw during their event shared virtually. Setting everything up has been straightforward, and the platform responds intuitively to my needs, which I appreciate since I often lose track of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's just me, but I recall Notion AI being more impressive at writing in the past. I used to think it was comparable to Claude (but with amazing database organization features). I can't quite remember what specific task led me to this impression, but recently, while reading something it generated, I ended up turning to another AI for brainstorming because I wanted better results. It's not a major issue, but it did stand out to me. Overall, there's very little, if anything, that I truly dislike about Notion AI.

I had a massive, disorganized collection of pages and ideas that I wanted to experiment with for content creation and tracking my progress. I asked Notion AI to help me consolidate and organize everything, and it managed to sort everything into two main categories. It also created a sort of table of contents and even offered some clever suggestions on its own, which I decided to use—and they turned out to be really cool!
