What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an exciting and useful methodology of organizing information when you're new to it. But at its core, it's meant to be a powerful all-in-one solution that handles the majority of an organization's business functions in one platform, while adding clarity, automating away manual work, and helping people find and act on information as easily as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Notion consultant at Docugrow, I'm a bit biased. That being said, Notion's power becomes very apparent when we get to more robust usages of it. Without going through that learning curve and integrating it with other tools, it does not stand out as much compared to other tools on the market with more specific and pre-built purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Notion prevents things from falling through the cracks, and streamlines work by serving as a centralized backend for all company data, resources, and projects
2. Notion helps automate away tedious manual work through its automations and custom agents AI features (Notion offers a rare pragmatic use for AI in a world of mostly underdeveloped, impractical, and unethical generative AI by focusing on more deterministic and agentic workflows)
3. Notion helps me design specific dashboards that best support the various members of my team and my clients' teams in their roles

What do you like best about the product?
The infinite amout of layers you can make to easily organize concepts and ideas together. Easily creating processes around organizing information for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes gets out of sync when working with a team, sometimes needing a refresh of a page or a complete reboot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me and my team to organize our projects into similar note sections allowing us to easily find information about our projects and ensure we aren't missing critical parts of the planning process.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ease of integration, and the number of features are amazing. The Notion AI new features are very user friendly, and I'm very excited for the future and for the upgrades the AI agents will be recieving. The customer support staff and system is sound. Also, my teams frequency of use is off the charts, we like using notion than any other system before. Also the connectivity throughout notion i.e. slack is super helpful. AI writing assistant and project managment too.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, the ease of implementation of notion ai on more complicated situations like automations is not available, which is hard for someone like me that has no coding experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool truly excels in organization and effectiveness. Its connectivity enables a wide range of automations. For instance, our huddle AI meeting notes are automatically added to a new Notion page, which is then converted into tasks on a Notion task calendar. As the AI agent gains even more access to these automations, I can see myself continuing to use this without hesitation.

Has a difficulty with extremely large datasets.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for both personal planning and work. The ability to share checklists and updates with coworkers and my partner facilitates effective collaboration. Notion's ready-made templates simplify setup, and having the app on my phone allows me to add tasks on the go easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of integration with Slack somewhat limiting, considering it is a tool we use extensively at work.

I use Notion for a dynamic checklist on the go, capturing ideas instantly, and at work for team collaboration and tracking tasks effortlessly.

I absolutely love Notion's ability to handle everything from calendars to task tracking. I would like Notion to be quicker in terms of speed. I feel it should have the speed of Obsidian and the functionality of Ignite.

I use Notion for organizing everything, from calendar management, mail integration, task, and project tracking, to using it as an information repository. It streamlines my tasks onto one platform, reducing the need to switch between different tools.

I love how Notion is incredibly user-friendly and organized, making it easy to use and recommend. The setup was straightforward and not difficult at all. I find the Notion AI feature particularly useful in providing assistance and making document operations quicker. The integration capabilities with platforms like Google and Slack are seamless, and I appreciate being able to conduct document searches efficiently. I find Notion makes finding and rewriting documents easier and faster, organizes everything logically, and assists with Notion AI when needed.
Time saving AI
What do you like best about the product?
The AI features make it so easy to create new documents. I use it weekly to create planning docs to track everything my team is working on. Within a few seconds, I have a database with all the tables and tracking I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Truly has been a game chnager in my day to day work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I especiually love the ability to track projects in a database. We use other tools as well but Notion allows me to chose exactly how and what I want to track.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion’s AI capabilities, which greatly simplify building sheets and client reports, ultimately saving me time. The seamless integration with tools like Google Drive and Typeform is remarkable. The tool’s collaborative nature is excellent, allowing team members to join as guests without license fees. Setting it up was effortless, and the ability to automate tasks makes it an all-in-one solution for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes using Notion can become a little bit confusing for team members in terms of where to add content or how to add different sheets and things. Also, the formulas can be somewhat complicated. It might be beneficial if the platform were made a bit simpler for better usability.

I use Notion's AI capabilities to save time on client reports, enhance project management, and remind me of client renewals while facilitating seamless team collaboration without extra licensing costs.
