What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great place to keep track of notes and documentation. It works well for creating a repository of solutions, guides, and knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is not always the most user friendly tool. It takes some substantial effort to use Notion effectively and more of a power user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving our need to keep documentation in one location that is searchable and able to grow with our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how this tool connects all my work and personal projects in a way that matches how my mind works. It’s not cluttered at all—just simple and straightforward. It truly feels like a map of my brain, and I use it every day at the core of my businesses. Since I manage a portfolio of work, I can easily switch between everything I need to handle. Getting started was incredibly easy, and sharing with my clients and partners was seamless. It integrates well with my entire tech stack and fits right into my workflow. Creating a new page is always simple, and I use it to keep notes on every conversation. I had to use the customer support recently and I appreciate the simple tutorials. Lately, the AI has become my go-to for organizing data and summarizing notes—it’s been a real game changer for my productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion's unique ability to facilitate rich text formatting and embed various elements like databases and images seamlessly. I find its search features incredibly useful for easy navigation. The AI integration drastically speeds up task and document setup, saving me significant time. Notion is a versatile tool for project management and organizing shared knowledge bases. I love its flexibility and the integration with other tools like email and Slack, making it an indispensable asset for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see Notion Mail and Notion Calendar become more mature products. There's just still some functionality in them that isn't ideal or doesn't feel fully thought through yet.

I use Notion to manage various team functions like CRM boards, organize project data, and collaborate effectively. It streamlines documentation and task creation with AI, allowing quick setup. Its integration with email and Slack enhances flexibility and operational efficiency.

I love the comprehensive functionality of Notion, as it combines multiple tools into one platform, which is highly beneficial for my work. Its simplicity and functionality make managing documents, projects, and traceability within my industry much easier. I also appreciate the effectiveness of the sync blocks, callout blocks, and at mentions to maintain a single source of truth. Additionally, Notion AI aids in improving my writing and formatting content, adding further value to its features.

I encountered a learning curve when starting to use Notion, as understanding the different tools like pages, databases, and mentions was initially challenging. Additionally, I feel that I haven't been able to utilize Notion AI to its full potential, despite its promising capabilities that I've seen in videos. This has been somewhat disappointing.

I find Notion helps keep traceability within items and provides a single source of truth, streamlining document drafting and project management in one place.

Notion does have a learning curve, especially at first. It takes time to understand how pages, databases, and templates work together. Once I got the structure and started customizing it to my workflow, everything clicked. The setup can feel overwhelming, but the flexibility and control it offers make the effort worth it.

Notion solves collaboration and note taking in one place. My team and I can brainstorm, plan, and share updates without switching between tools. Notes stay organized, everyone sees changes instantly, and nothing gets lost in emails or chats. It makes teamwork clear, fast, and easy to manage.

What I like best about Notion is how flexible it is for organizing information and collaborating with others. It allows me to manage projects, take notes, and track tasks all in one place, without needing multiple tools. The ability to link databases and create custom views makes it really easy to tailor workspaces to different workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about Notion is that it can feel a bit slow or laggy when working with large databases or multiple users editing at the same time. It’s incredibly powerful, but sometimes that flexibility comes with a bit of a performance trade-off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered or hard-to-find information within the company. By keeping everything organized and searchable in one workspace, it’s much easier to locate resources, reference past work, and stay aligned on ongoing projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how clean and organized the tool is. The customization options are limitless, and the templates are a great way for beginners like me to get started. Notion has helped me organize my contacts, clients, billing timesheets, projects, and Notion AI has helped me keep everything organized and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have experienced thus far has been that Notion and Notion Calendar cannot sync up automatically, but I believe that is being worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me run my startup consulting business. As a sole operator and employee, having some backup insight, writing recommendations, and support of my company operations has been amazing.
Notion is the best holistic workspace.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create my own workspace and create dashboards using AI within that personalized workspace where meeting notes can automatically log in those dashboards.

Takes time to learn, but like anything once you put in the effort to learn the software it is user friendly.

The meeting notetaker feature is huge! It allows me to be more present in my meetings and know I will have all the action items and followups in Notion

I feel like data bases could improve a bit and there could be a notion student specified mode for note taking hacks and active recall

I use notion everday for university and it is great for organising and keeping my notes I have no complain
