Efficient, Customizable with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for finding collateral, marking material, and sales material to send over to clients. It helps me understand onboarding requirements and trainings, providing a good repository of information for me to leverage. I appreciate having an easy one-stop shop for all collateral onboarding material and sales-focused collateral, which is great for presenting. Notion allows for collaboration, updated progress on material, and enables our reps to learn our products better. I like how easy it is to search for collateral, how organized it can be, and how you can have a custom setup based on your company and the layout you’re used to. As a sales rep, I don’t have a ton of time, so being able to search for stuff and have it readily available makes my life a lot easier. It also allows me to request edits and work collaboratively with my marketing team. I like that it's a good tool and sits as an app on my Mac, which is nice because it’s not a browser I always have to keep open. The initial setup of Notion was very quick and simple, and our team was able to pick it up and run with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always think the searching could be just a little bit more improved. But I just say a little bit more, user friendliness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a one-stop shop for all collateral, onboarding, and sales materials, enabling collaboration and keeping reps up to date. It keeps materials organized and easy to find, making my life easier.
Customizable and User-Friendly Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for school and habit tracking. I like that Notion makes it fairly easy to have everything in one place with easy links to pages. I also like the databases and how customizable they are, and it's pretty user-friendly. Having it connected to my Google Calendar has been very helpful. I used to use Excel as an assignment tracker, but Notion seems to be better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be a drawing aspect as there's currently no way for me to handwrite my notes. Also, there should be an easier way to use the relative property. There was a bit of a learning curve initially. I would recommend more design options as it seems there are not a lot of choices available.

One of best systems to manage documentation I’ve used in my 15+ years of working in IT.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create new Notion docs and link them to my existing documents. The process feels straightforward and makes it simple to keep everything connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from a few occasional mishaps, I’ve been pretty happy with it overall. I don’t plan on switching anytime soon.

Notion: An Efficient Workspace for Managing Business Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
For us notion has been one of the most efficient workspaces that we use during my work management related challenges. This is the software that help us in managing all types of business challenges for optimum use of current resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using notion I always suffer similar type of problem again and again the worst part of this software is that there is no customer support available. All the challenges that we face while installing this tool and integrating it with our business. We have to do all the party by ourselves there is no customer support available for assistant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We almost use notion on a everyday basis the software has multiple range of business tools available. All the projects discussions and meetings are conducted with the help of notion only and the priority discussions are also highlighted on their to-do list through it's business analytics tools

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's flexibility the most because it lets me structure projects, notes, and documentation exactly how I want in a single, clean workspace. Its ability to adapt to many use cases without forcing a rigid workflow works especially well for how I organize and evolve my work over time. I most value Notion’s databases, templates, and linked pages because they make it easy to organize information, reuse structures, and keep related work connected in one place. The initial setup was very quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can lag with very large or complex pages, and advanced permissions and reporting features could be more robust for enterprise use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize projects, track tasks, and keep notes and documentation in one workspace, solving the problem of scattered information by centralizing everything.
Adapts to Our Workflow with Flexible Views for Team Management

It adapts our workflow, We have multiple views like Table, Board, Calendar and List, Good for team projects.

It is complex to use, Very limited offline access on desktop, Time tracking is not possible with notion.

It saves time and energy, It reduces repetitive questions, Teamwork is good with with notion, We can easily focus on important tasks.

It's very flexible to be modified/leveraged from project management and task tracking, to covering CRM needs.

Some editing elements are not super intuitive.
