Exceptional All-in-One Solution for Project Management

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the visual aspect of Notion, the fact that everything is in a database and that I can have different views depending on the information I want to highlight. I also appreciate the collaborative work with specific views for each person. It's truly exceptional. The emojis and colors are really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The logging speed in databases when we have a lot of data is a bit slow sometimes. Also, I don't like the fact that I can't open multiple Notion spaces at the same time. For example, I need to work on my consulting space and my client space simultaneously, but I can't manage to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track my tasks, projects, and to-do list. It's very visual, which helps me a lot, especially with colors and emojis to differentiate the types of projects and budgets. Everything is at a glance.

Notion: One-Stop Solution for Personal and Professional Efficiency

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for everything from handling operations at my Data Consulting Agency to personal projects like building a house and organizing a wedding. I love that it allows having everything in one place, which makes it easy to spec and follow projects. The UI is frictionless—you're always zero clicks away from entering data, working, or commenting, and the user experience is top-notch. The ability to template once the format is defined saves a lot of time. Notion AI is super valuable for retrieving context from everything related to a client or project in just one click, and it's extremely well-connected to tools like Google Drive and Slack. The new layout feature in databases is another highlight, as it allows me to pin variables and organize information without clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion introduced Row Level Security Permissions last year, and while it's a good first step, the feature is still lacking depth. I'm also waiting for Column Level Security which should arrive soon (Q1 2026 I think).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to have everything in one place for easy project tracking. It saves a lot of time by allowing simple format changes and automation, enabling us to template and automate with Notion AI.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Notion feels. I don't have to find rigid templates. I can find templates that kind of work, and then I can mold them into my needs. The setup was super easy because I had experience working on Notion for the last few years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having the ability for different databases to talk to each other would be great. I'm not fully aware if Notion has that feature.

Flexibility without Limits, but with a Learning Curve

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of Notion, as it allows me to "do whatever I want" with the pages and the database. I can adapt everything to my team's needs instead of following a rigid structure like Jira's. I find this adaptability really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given that what I like is flexibility, there are some points that fall short. For example, there is a lack of color configurations, changing some type of layout, and not being able to prioritize a task board in a more visual way. Additionally, I think the learning curve of Notion is quite steep because there are a lot of things to understand, which can make it a bit difficult when I onboard a new person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize all the work and documentation for the team.

Notion as Our All-in-One Workspace for Efficient Team Collaboration

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how it brings everything into one place: notes, tasks, databases, project tracking, and team documentation. It’s flexible, easy to customize, and helps keep our day-to-day work organized and transparent, making collaboration smoother and much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can sometimes feel a bit slow when working with large databases or complex pages. Also, with so many customization options, it can take time to set things up properly and keep everything consistently organized across a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of having information and workflows scattered across multiple tools. It centralizes our documentation, project management, task tracking, and internal knowledge base in a single platform. This reduces friction, avoids duplication, and makes it much easier to find information quickly. As a result, our team works more efficiently, collaboration is smoother, and we have better visibility over ongoing projects and priorities.

Fluid Integration and Speed

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is super fast and allows for easy retrieval of documents. I particularly appreciate the AI module we just added, which is currently being tested. It helps to find poorly classified or forgotten documents and can extract a summary from a document when a specific question is asked. The integration with other tools, especially via Slack, is also a significant advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the formatting of certain documents has many shortcuts, and I know there are a whole bunch of resources available for training. But when starting from scratch, it might be a bit complicated to know how to create a table with lots of different filters, lots of different display conditions. But again, it's because the resource hasn't been consulted, I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to structure teams, centralize resources, and save time. The ease of integration, especially with Slack, allows for the quick creation and access to numerous files. AI helps to find forgotten or poorly organized documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of AI into the tool recently. Notion has become my second brain. By connecting it to Notion Mail and Calendar, it is even more boosted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really encountered any friction with the tool so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, in my daily life, it allows me to lay out everything I have in my head, consolidate it, structure it to then have a simplified and clearer vision. It helps me personally and in my business.
