It is a good platform for me to organize my notes.
What do you like best about the product?
It can be use on different devices. So that the notes I take on computer can be review on my phone or pad anywhere at anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to upload Markdown notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can store all my academic notes in Notion, and whenever I need to retrieve any of them, I simply ask the AI chatbots.
The Assistant I Didn't Know I Needed
What do you like best about the product?
When I first began using Notion, I found it a bit overwhelming because of the sheer number of possibilities it offered. However, after taking the time to really explore its features, I regretted not having started sooner. The AI tools have been especially helpful for me—they assist in keeping track of my work, organizing my thoughts, and building out platforms that simplify workflows for both my clients and myself. I look forward to continuing to use it and seeing where it can take me.

Knowing where to start can be overwhelming, but there are a lot of great resources to set you up for success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep track of my brainstorming and making communication easier between my clients and me.

So handy that all info is in a shareable view in the cloud - great for team updates

the laptop version is a lot easier to use than the mobile phone app, which does not have as many features

Having a workspace that is shareable for editing and constant updating of team news

I find the AI integration for Notion really cool for searching company resources. It is not always 100% perfect, however, it does help navigate to where I can find specific information.

Regular search and navigation is hit or miss and complex. It's not intuitive or user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the most customizable all-in-one software I have used, allowing me to create my own tools tailored to my needs. I especially appreciate the flexibility of the database and formula functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to note-taking, having support for math formulas is really important to me. I know that Notion pages already support markdown formatting, but if we could also enter math using something like

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very useful as a knowledge base, especially when managing a large number of documents. Notion AI is particularly impressive for locating specific pages, which can be challenging when you have to sort through hundreds or even thousands of files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle to locate documents, especially when I don't have AI assistance. Additionally, integrating with Notion MCP can be somewhat challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me store important documentation and serves as a knowledge sharing platform since our tech stack is very niche.

Notion is extremely easy to use with a clean and intuitive interface. The navigation is seamless, making it simple to organize tasks, notes, and projects. Its cross-device capabilities are excellent, allowing me to stay productive whether I’m on a laptop, tablet, or phone. The flexibility to customize pages and databases really makes it stand out as a powerful all-in-one tool.

While Notion is feature-rich, sometimes it can feel a little overwhelming for new users because of the sheer number of customization options. The offline mode also isn’t as strong as I’d like, and performance can lag slightly when working with very large databases or heavy pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me consolidate all my work in one place—project management, note-taking, documentation, and task tracking. Instead of switching between multiple apps, I can manage everything within Notion, which saves a lot of time and improves focus. Its collaboration features also make it easier to share updates with teammates and keep everyone aligned. The ability to customize workflows to fit my needs has boosted my productivity and reduced the chaos of managing different tools separately.
