Versatile and Continuously Evolving Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion because it offers an all-inclusive platform that consolidates my documents and databases effortlessly, saving me from hopping between tools like Google Docs and Airtable. Its low barrier to entry made setup a breeze, and its intuitive block architecture with nested pages is unmatched, allowing for extensive customization. The seamless integration with various platforms and the ability to easily connect information from Google Drive, Sheets, or social media significantly boosts my productivity. I'm impressed by the Notion team's commitment to continually adding valuable features, such as offline mode and AI enhancements, which ensures my subscription's worth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some feedback concerning bugs or areas needing improvement in Notion. These issues, while not specified in detail here, have been present, suggesting the product could benefit from further refinement. Additionally, the AI features, although promising, require more development to realize their full potential.

I use Notion to organize my information and connect various tools like Google Docs and Google Sheets, enhancing workflow management and clarity. It automates tasks and offers a workspace that accommodates personalization and AI features.

I appreciate that it functions within databases, allowing you to maintain several different, relevant trains of thought while only needing to input information once. This makes it easy to connect the dots between ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn’t intuitive to start off with, it took some time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often find myself overwhelmed by a lack of direction, especially since I wear many hats and have so much to accomplish as a one-person show. This tool helps me break everything down and keep track of all my tasks, making it much easier to manage everything on my own.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been amazing for me in terms of task management and information tracking. I have used many productivity tools in the past - and this is the one that “gets” me. I find that the AI integration is natural and well-thought-oit, unlike some similar services I have used that rolled out AI integration/tools that weren’t polished. I am consistently impressed with the quality of Notion and its updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I can find some of the interface to be overwhelming, but for the amount of talks and processes I can complete within Notion, I find this to be more than acceptable. Being able to do everything I need to with as few pieces of software as possible is important to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves a huge problem for me - it reduces time and energy switching between programs and orienting myself, which is invaluable to me as a neurodivergent business owner.
We've tried several and we have found the one.

I'm a creative person so having the ability to create my own working space that makes sense to me is pivital.
Other project managers do not give you the flexibility as Notion does.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing in more data in and opening the access to all of it is life changing. Adding AI to the mix has saved so much time as we take meeting notes, creating and fixing formulas. Also loving the Notion conference as well.

Notion has completely transformed how I organize both my work and personal life. It combines notes, tasks, databases, and collaboration tools in one flexible space, which means I no longer have to jump between apps. The customization options are endless! You can build simple to-do lists or entire company wikis with ease. It’s intuitive, powerful, and continually improving with thoughtful updates. Notion makes my ideas feel tangible and my workflow more intentional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Offline mode isn’t seamless—sometimes edits made offline don’t sync immediately or properly.
Formatting quirks can be frustrating when trying to make things pixel-perfect or when copying from other apps.
Mobile experience isn’t as smooth or flexible as desktop; harder to build or reorganize complex pages.
Limited automations compared to dedicated project-management tools (though integrations are improving).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information and disconnected tools. Instead of jumping between note apps, task managers, and shared drives, I can keep everything from strategy documents to daily checklists in one organized space. It’s helped me stay more aligned, reduce clutter, and focus on what really matters. The biggest benefit is clarity: I always know where things live and how they connect.
AI that just works right out of the box!
What do you like best about the product?
Notions AI tool is very intuitive, simplifying the creation of workspaces and databases for new users, whilst providing deep capability for more experienced users. Once linked to other tools and apps, the power of the AI tool to help find answers from past emails, meetings and discussions is exceptional! Once you determine the purpose of your Notion setup, implementing it is actually quite easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion has a bit of a steep learning curve. It has definitely improved over the past couple of years though, and the addition of Notion AI takes a lot of that pain away for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me centralise all my project work in a single place. By linking databases together, I can see how everything is connected, and easily find the information I need. The AI tool helps find answers for any of my current or past projects, providing references to the specific meeting recording or notes that I made to give me the full context if I ever need it.

Notion AI has completely transformed the way I study and learn. I’m currently in an apprenticeship program, and the meeting feature - where it listens, transcribes, and then summarizes everything discussed - has been a total game changer. I no longer have to worry about missing key points or frantically taking notes; I can stay fully present during discussions and review everything afterward with crystal-clear summaries. It’s honestly incredible and has elevated my entire learning process.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t love is that the AI Meeting Notes feature only works during live meetings. There have been times when I’ve had to catch up by watching class replays, and I’d love the ability to use the same transcription and summarization tools on previously recorded videos. Having that option would make the feature even more powerful and flexible.

Notion is helping me stay organized, focused, and fully engaged in my learning. The AI Meeting Notes feature, in particular, has eliminated the stress of trying to take perfect notes during live classes. It captures everything accurately, then provides clear, structured summaries I can review later, which has completely changed how I absorb and retain information. Beyond that, having everything stored in one place makes it so much easier to manage my coursework, track progress, and revisit key insights whenever I need them.
