AI-Powered Efficiency and Intuitive Design

  • January 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion, especially its AI assist feature. It saves me so much time because I don't have to dive through company data manually which could be outdated or not recent. With AI assist, I get the most recent and relevant information instantly, which is really efficient for me. I appreciate how intuitive Notion is; I have no issue logging on and using it right away. I also use it to create my own account page, allowing me to whiteboard my information for company review and track who has viewed or edited it. The audit trail is super helpful. I highly recommend Notion as a collaborative workspace for any company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is only as good as the information put into it. I think AI assist can improve by making sure the user input is coherent and not redundant because there's a lot of information in Notion. If we could clean up knowledge management better, Notion will excel in this space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion saves me from time-consuming research with its AI assist, ensuring I get the most up-to-date information quickly, which is vital for responding to customers and continuing my day efficiently.

Versatile Tool for Centralized Organization

  • January 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion because it helps me organize all my project work in one place, which solves the problem of categorizing and organizing. I enjoy the different types of functions Notion provides, like the Tasks section, project planner, job application tracker, and TO-DO list, among many other functions. Notion is valuable to me because it acts as a flexible, centralized 'second brain' that combines task management, documentation, and data tracking in one place, eliminating the need to jump between multiple, disconnected tools. I found the initial setup of Notion to be easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has several areas to be improved particularly regarding performance, offline access, and mobile usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my project work in one place, solving the issue of categorizing everything on a single platform. It acts as a flexible, centralized 'second brain' for task management, documentation, and data tracking, reducing the need to switch tools.

Flexible, Intuitive, But Security Needs Some Work

  • January 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for personal productivity, planning, creating a repository of resources, and collaboration. I love its clean design, easy-to-use UI, very good UX, and sharing features. The block-based structure provides flexibility, and I enjoy using specific blocks like the table/database which help me structure things well. I appreciate the multipurpose functionality like managing status, allotting due dates, and marking tasks done. The initial setup was pretty damn easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think pages need to have a finer, more granular security control on specific blocks (it is possible that these controls exist but I don't know about them, in which case there needs to be some educational content around that). In case of tables/databases, row-level security control would be great so I can share the page with specific people with filters applied based on their identity. Also, at scale, tables/databases can feel a bit jittery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to structure my thoughts, plan, create resource repositories, and collaborate with others. The block-based structure provides flexibility, and tables help me manage tasks like status, due dates, and marking completions effectively.
