Effortless Task Management with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I love its ease of use, live updates, and quality of life functions like auto-generating tables and lists with AI. It's great for organizing tasks and documentation and it creates a place where we can store and organize multiple documents while offering great ways to display data clearly and ensuring pages are connected. The initial setup was easy, just open it in the browser and go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editor cursor skips around or resets to the bottom of the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps my team store and organize multiple documents, displaying data clearly and connecting pages effortlessly.
Highly Flexible for Building Databases & Dashboards for Work
What do you like best about the product?
That you can pretty much create any type of database or dashboard for work. Thats its a pkm and a variety of other uses. Also notion lets you build whatever you need for your workstation.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are too many options. That it can be difficult to learn how to build specific workflows and formulas. sometimes it can take too much time to get everything the way you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a place to keep research notes and information i want to revisit later. It gives me a place to store prompts and other ideas and notes.
Notion as a project managements tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion lets me create useful checklist, planners, dashboards for me and for my projects.
I can also convert those elements to templates and share on my website as lead magnets.
There are also lots of templates that the users can inspire from: it is easy to implement.
There is a learning curve to set up your dashboard and pages, but after the initial setup it is really easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Page layout has limits and is not easily flexible.
I would have liked to be able to create folders and pins to classify my pages, it is hard to organize all the files that you have.

Notion is primarily helping me create lead magnets for my business.

Intuitive Interface, Great for Multitasking
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is easy to use, and I like how the interface is set up. It's very intuitive, allowing me to format layout and other aspects of each page quite easily. I've also had a lot of use from using Notion AI recently. I used it to write a report and structure its format, as well as generate ideas about the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the user experience could be simplified a little bit. There's a lot of different types of templates, which seem a little redundant to me. But that is just my personal preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize my thoughts and track progress on multiple goals with its Kanban board feature. It also assists in managing my thinking process while I solve problems.
Intuitive Collaboration Boosted by Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's easy-to-use UI and interface. We can easily write and make anything, and the usage of AI helps in creating small tools or useful utilities. It's great because we can share everything easily with friends or colleagues. Also, the integration with tools like Slack is very helpful. Setting up Notion was fantastic, very easy, and all my team members could get hands-on with it quickly. They are loving it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limited credits for using Notion AI, which I feel could be improved. The number of credits for using Notion AI should be increased for a free tier member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for collaborative work, creating a common directory, and generating good results with AI. Its integration with Slack and other tools makes it easier to use.
Smooth, Easy to Understand, and Better Than the Rest
What do you like best about the product?
It is smooth and easy to understand as well as Compared to others

Nothing as such but just sometimes it lags and provides wrong sum or count untill refreshed or relogin

Tracking the progress understand the priority and the tasks easily
Excellent multi-project project management app. Notion Database functionality and AI sets it apart.
What do you like best about the product?
I used the AI feature to create multiple projects and a combined Task tracking database for each project and an aggregated all Tasks view. This would have taken me more than an hour in other products, but I accomplished it in about 2 minutes of typing and ~5 minutes of letting the Notion AI instantiate the projects and task tracker.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome Screen capture app is not as good as Evernote's industry leading screen capture. A little more development and Notion's could equal Evernote's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple discrete business and personal projects. Each has its own set of knowledge and tasks. Mentally, I need to keep them separate and look at each project alone. Yet, I also need to see time-based view of all project tasks' status and due dates to manage my own and my team's work cadence.

Notion keep's everthing in one place such as notes, task , plans and documentation. making it easy to stay organised and collaborate with the team efficiently.

Notion helps me organize content workflows and marketing plans for the health checkup website in one place, which improves team coordination, makes tracking progress easier, and boosts overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Moving things from one to another is effortless, Very easy to customize, Easy to understand, Notes, tasks and calendars are available in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes more time designing pages, If not organized well, pages become messy, large projects may lag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything stays same as we make, Checklists shows progress clearly, Notes, tasks, plans and ideas in one place. Boards helps me see what is done and what is pending.
Intuitive and Well-Integrated, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion is intuitive and beautifully designed. It integrates well with our SaaS and makes organizing things like our database of wikis, notes, and employee handbook easier. Notion's AI during calls for note-taking helps reduce noise from the built-in call notes, and the initial setup was super easy. Overall, it's a great product, and we love it!

The pricing is a bit steep

I use Notion for our wiki database, note-taking, and organizing the employee handbook, with AI notes reducing call noise.
