There are ultimate workspace for teams and individual.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is basically a platform there we can combines multiple tools in one platform then we can manage task and combine database or other notes and east to customization and collaboration of products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically when we used multi pal tools in one platform then the notion is slow because of heavy database .we can not used in offline or new user is little complex for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for managing the all different AI tools in one platform that's easy to manage and design for organization.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, as I said in the title, the user-friendliness of Notion is so great that anyone can use it with ease. I have also been using Notion for a long time, and it's been a great experience. The best thing I like is the templates that they provide, as well as the whole community to share templates, and secondly, the freedom to create anything as needed from scratch. The adaptation and implementation of work via this becomes way better. And the frequency of working daily due to this, since it works as a to-do list, increases. The integrations are good, but there are several issues and privacy policies, due to which it becomes a little bit hard. Lastly, I haven't connected to their customer support yet cause the product is itself that great, that's why I haven't needed the customer support till today.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike could be a single thing that I was facing recently which was, If someone shares their private page to you then it creates a new workspace instead of adding it to the same. Otherwise it is a great app though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to put things together since I am a messy person, and writing all my work project management hardware form on paper will be worse in my case since I have a very bad memory. That's why Notion helps me to stack up all my to-dos, management of personal life and management of my agency and employees. Also, I am currently trying to use Notion in my AI agent integrations.

It is flexible all in one workspace for notes, tasks, and projects, Great for both personal productivity and team collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime is feels bit slow with larger workspace or heavy databases. Offline access could be improved, as it mostly works best with an internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notions helps me centralize all work in one place - task, document, and knowledge base. it save time. its perfect for planning.
Notion as a good way of centralising information
What do you like best about the product?
Its an excellent and robust way of storing and orgnanising information in regards to processes and customer information. Its quite easy to use and easy to integrate into existing environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that i can think of, as the Software provides everything we need in our organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a way of having a centralised Knowledge base for our business, if i need any sort of information about a customer or what applications or services they use, i can find it there.

Notion Makes it easy to organise all of the information you have that was previously stored in many different data sources
Implementing different types of notion pages for different types of data was really simple and if I ever had challenges these were addressed quickly by the customer support team.
Notion is now my go to tool and gets used almost every day, working with customers across their notion instances as well as have them working on ours is achieved in a few simple clicks

It is a little daunting at first and takes a little while to get used to how things work

Notion is the best tool for collaboration, we have been using it for many months and i can say that it is amazing. I can just assign task to the teamates and ask for updates too

One thing is that It is very costly and not suitable for small busienss owners

Versatile Tool for Comprehensive Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Notion is, allowing me to create different types of pages for various purposes. It is incredibly helpful for organizing my notes, managing big projects by breaking them into smaller tasks, and being able to easily track updates and take notes, which saves me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using Notion, it felt overwhelming due to the vast number of features and customization options. It took me some time to adapt and understand the setup.

the most important thing about using motion is that it is really easy to use and it have numerous features and it is really helpful for small business owners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's only one thing that is not upto the mark that if I am assignign the task to a person on my team, there is no option to give me a rating after the work is completed.

The main problems that notion is solving is that:
1. I can easily collaborate with my teamates and even i can assign tasks to them
2. The task that are assigned to the teamates can also have a deadline so that you can see when the task have to be done.
3. You can set the task priority and its a great features for the business owners

What do you like best about the product?
I love the lists that I can make for my diet plans, for my travel itinerary, for photo ops, I love that you can also copy pictures. And of course love the AI feature

It’s a bit expensive and don’t end up using it as much.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is generally ready to go out of the box for knowledge wiki as well as relational database work (the latter being where you can really dig into structuring your data). In general, I've mostly been an Airtable fan for its database side, but Notion is arguably better at more accessible knowledge management. It is simple and intuiive to link pages, notes, and databases into something that feels like my a knowledge hub without a ton of setup or background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, I'd have to say (and Notion is by no means alone in this) the the biggest downside is the pricing, It ramps up fast for teams, much like Airtable and others have become: very enterprise focused. Free self-hosted options like Docmost or Affine can come close in features, but they require dealing with all the setup and maintenance headaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the hassle of scattered notes and disconnected info especially in a world of (too many) options and platform sprawl. Ideas, tasks, and docs all link together which saves me time digging through files, emails, shares, etc and helps stay organized without overcomplicating things, especially compared to other more rigid setup tools or the maintenance grind and overhead of self-hosted tools.
