Great Tool to Share Information

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create a space to create resources for guides, manuals and policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms system and database system is very clunky to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is creating a centralized space where staff can go to in order to find information about our organization, who's who and our different policies and procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
Its customizable yet minimalistic interface lets one be creative about their workspaces and makes it right for each user
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a bit more fonts and ways to change the spacing when exporting a page as a PDF
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am bad with writing and analyzing. With Notion AI, I am able to analyze texts easier. It also helps me solve problems like in calculus and chemistry.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is similar to the notes app in my phone. It's super easy to format things and link back to new pages I make.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit overwhelming knowing where to go to find things. Our company uses it as a company wide database, so I find myself almost always going to the search tool to navigate to things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion gives me a place to takes notes about different accounts. I like that we have Notion AI to summarize calls transcripts that are imported from Gong. My company has a lot of industry niche information, so the knowledge base helps me quickly answer questions without having to ping an expert.

Loving Notion AI and it's capabilities across different products

What do you like best about the product?
The Notion AI tool has changed the way I view Notion. I'm able to ask it questions and it will search across our various information sources and quite often give me real answers to the questions I'm asking. It searches notion and slack, I think other places as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has become a bit of a dumping ground of docs in our organization. And a lot of old, outdated and incomplete documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to research about things in our org and get quick answers.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect Notion to Google Drive & Slack has been a stellar feature. I can find information quickly from group chats, slides, etc. This streamlines finding information faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI fails to specialize in one specific thing, which makes it confusing to describe the value prop of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding information very quickly across multiple sources (e.g., Slack, Google Suite)

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has quickly become an essential part of the way I manage projects and collaborate with my team. One of its biggest strengths is how it helps break down complex information into clear, digestible summaries—something that’s been invaluable when communicating with external stakeholders who don’t need every detail but still require context and clarity.

On the project management side, Notion AI streamlines task planning and tracking. I can outline a high-level roadmap, then ask the AI to break it into actionable steps, which saves time and ensures nothing gets overlooked. It’s particularly helpful for generating status updates or creating concise progress reports tailored to different audiences.

For my team’s internal workspace, Notion AI has made organisation much easier. From automatically generating meeting notes and to-do lists to suggesting ways to structure our documents, it reduces clutter and ensures our shared space stays both accessible and efficient. Instead of spending time on formatting or rewriting, we can focus on the actual work.

Overall, Notion AI acts like a smart assistant—helping me manage projects more effectively, communicate more clearly with stakeholders, and keep my team’s workspace structured and collaborative.

Notion can improve it's functionality as I can sometimes find it quite annoying to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing repetitive questions – Instead of answering the same queries multiple times, I can direct colleagues to well-organized Notion pages, where AI helps keep content clear and up to date.

Breaking down information – Colleagues often need simplified or summarized answers. Notion AI automatically condenses detailed project notes into easy-to-digest summaries, so I don’t have to re-explain things.

Creating clarity for external stakeholders – When different teams ask for context, AI can reframe our information in a way that suits their perspective, saving me from tailoring explanations each time.

Turning documents into answers – By enhancing our shared workspace with AI-generated FAQs, summaries, and action lists, colleagues can find what they need on their own without waiting for me to respond.

Maintaining a single source of truth – Instead of scattering answers across Slack, emails, and meetings, Notion AI helps organize knowledge in one place—making it easy for colleagues to self-serve.

What do you like best about the product?
Databases are amazing, I love how many things can be integrated into them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the notion search, but everyone I know hates it (skill issue)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of disparate streams of info that I need to parse through within my role, and Notion is perfect for tying together slack, gong, gsuite into one collaborative space. Now my boss gets updates whenever I work on an opportunity, which are all templatized!

What do you like best about the product?
It offers both organization and customization to great lengths. I find it most useful for documenting knowledge and then being able to share that knowledge across pages and with other users!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, particularly because it has so much customization available. I havent been able to utilize all of them yet, but do like to know that there are options there. It will just take a while to get the hang of it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers a one-stop shop for all things knowledge related. I use it daily to search for key pieces of information that would otherwise be lost in an email, a notepad, or elsewhwre. It is also well integrated with calendar and other platforms which is useful.

I also use it to store my own notes for reference. It has great capabilities for customizing the way you organize your notes and ways to integrate several documents/pages together.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using notion to organize documentation quickly using different emojis, statuses, tables, and pages. Additionally, using Notion AI, I am able to quickly gather internal context to make quick informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search functionality (not using Notion AI) is not very accurate. I have trouble searching for and locating specific pages that I know exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me as a product manager quickly document and search for information. I use Notion to create documentation for technical documents such as acceptance criteria and assumptions for jira tickets. I am able to gather technical approaches, assumptions, and previous issues to make informed decisions.
