A Centralized, Powerful Tool That Keeps Everything Connected
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion centralizes information and makes it easily searchable by connecting with other tools like Slack, Jira, and its own internal databases. It’s incredibly versatile. I can use it to track and share tasks, record and summarize calls with clear action items, document processes, and collaborate seamlessly across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel a bit disorganized at times. It’s not always intuitive to figure out how to do certain things or where to find specific features, which can slow down productivity until you get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping information centralized by connecting with internal databases and being able to find information with a quick search. Also, recording calls and summarizing with action items.
Notion replaces apps
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a software platform that allows me to build what I need to manage my life and businesses. It is my second brain and my go-to resource for my digital life. It is the software version of the Lego’s that I played with as a child.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can sometimes become a black hole where my data exists but is lost in the dark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a project manager. It is the basis for my personal organizational process. Notion is a second brain. It helps me think about and organize the digital chaos of life in 2025.
My great experience with notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
As a student, I love using Notion because it’s the most flexible and organized note-taking tool I’ve ever used. It lets me keep all my class notes, assignments, and project ideas in one clean workspace, and I can easily link pages together to stay on top of everything. I really like how customizable it is — I can format notes with toggles, code blocks, and headers, or build full dashboards to track my classes and deadlines. The design is simple and aesthetic, which actually makes studying more enjoyable, and the fact that it syncs perfectly between my laptop and iPad makes it super convenient for taking notes anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I love Notion, there are a few things that can be frustrating. It can feel a bit slow or laggy at times, especially when switching between large pages or databases. The offline mode is also limited — if I don’t have internet access, I can’t always rely on it for taking or reviewing notes. Sometimes, I also find myself spending too much time customizing pages instead of actually studying, since there are so many options to design and organize things. Overall, it’s an amazing tool, but I wish it was a little faster and had a smoother offline experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of juggling multiple tools by combining notes, tasks, and project management into one simple workspace. As a student, it helps me keep all my class materials organized and connected — I can take lecture notes, track deadlines, and plan projects without switching apps. It’s flexible enough to fit any class or workflow, and the visual, clean layout keeps me focused. Overall, it helps me study more efficiently, stay consistent, and manage my time better.
Project Management in Notion for the WIN!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it easy for our small company to stay on top of all our projects from one dashboard. The whole team can see the details they need, and the leaders can see the overview they need. It's been the perfect solution for us. It's so easy to use. We use it every day to keep us organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more streamlined way to connect databases into one large multi-functional database. With recent updates, I can see the platform is already moving in that direction and I'm hopeful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our tasks and project materials are in one, easy-to-use place. It's making us more organized and much more efficient than before Notion.
