What do you like best about the product?
I have been incredibly impressed by Notion's level of organization, ease of use, and the collaboration it enables. The Notion AI tool is phenomenal for quickly searching company resources, allowing me to find answers quickly without relying on others. I also love how you can organize it and collaborate with teammates on shared documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say if it's being nitpicky, the Notion AI tool is a little slow to respond, but I also recognize that it's searching through all of our knowledge base and documents. Depending on how we have those things organized, may be a self-inflicted wound.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion helps me find answers quickly and expedites my work process without relying on others. I love the organization and collaboration features for shared docs, making teamwork efficient.
Streamlined Project Management but Needs Performance Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly useful for project management for so many reasons, not least of which being because all project assets can live in one platform, which helps Notion AI have immediate access to all the context about the project, saving me time. I love how Notion allows me to work seamlessly on various projects across different industries. Notion AI is fantastic at automating repetitive tasks and assisting me in thinking strategically about all aspects of my projects. I can accomplish more quickly by automating with Agents, and having a thought partner with all the context helps me make informed decisions fast. That's hugely valuable to me. The initial setup was easy for me due to my experience, but now with Notion AI it's even easier. It does a great job advising on setup based on parameters I set in chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion gets slow, even if my environment isn't that full in terms of databases or content on pages. Sometimes tabs will go blank and need to be refreshed. Very recently, Notion AI has been giving me errors in chat and I need to log out and back into my account to get it working again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize project assets, eliminating redundant platform switching. Notion AI automates repetitive tasks and assists with strategic thinking, allowing for rapid, informed decision-making. This efficiency lets me deliver more value to businesses with less effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to manage workflows and keep information for my staff, which has been really helpful. It allows me to step away from the business knowing it will continue to run smoothly without constant interruptions from staff with questions. The system provides very clear processes for my team, so they don't need me all day, and I can focus on the larger picture things for the business. I find it easy to set up general workflows, and it's been useful as a note taker in combination with Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess my biggest struggle with Notion is imagining how to set out the page. Sometimes the database is like, it would be good if in a database, you could have different sort of things. Like, instead of them just being different views, they can be sort of different things, so one database can sort of be one project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion lets me step away, knowing the business runs without me. It provides clear systems for staff, so they don't need constant help, allowing me to focus on bigger picture tasks.

I love using Notion for managing and organizing all sorts of tasks at work, like handling information, projects, and schedules, as well as some personal projects. What really stands out to me is the AI assistant, which is a game changer. It helps me capture and organize large amounts of information in one place, draft documents and policies, and create social media posts. I don't have to manually build anything because the AI assistant does it for me. It helps me turn ideas into reality quickly and effectively, saving heaps of time and making my results better than if I had done it alone. The initial setup of Notion was easy too, thanks to the AI assistant.

I find the phone app a little harder to use just because it is a bit cramped for space. AI could be a little faster for my liking.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized I can become with Notion. I use it to organize all my personal stuff like daily trackers and to-do lists. I also appreciate that there's a way to rewrite things using AI, which helps make my content more correct in English or other languages. I can organize my writing very nicely with different features like heading one to six and using markdown language on my tabs. The ability to create multiple folders, different boards, and even pages within pages inside my projects is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel in Notion if you allow more of the features in pro on the free tier, that might be useful for a new user.

I use Notion to organize personal tasks like daily tracker and to-do list. It lets me create projects to share as websites and organize writing with markdown, headings, and AI tools for rewriting content accurately.

All-in-One Organizational Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion is easy to use. The design and template are extremely intuitive, which is great. I can easily organize it into private spaces, team spaces, and shared spaces, which is one of my favorite features. It keeps all my different things tracked separately, and I can star and mark them as favorites. This really helps me out on a daily basis because I don't have to scroll to search for the document I was working on. I appreciate how I can have all things in one place now, rather than using Google Docs, Google Sheets, or different tool trackers, which reduces my task of switching tabs. Additionally, it provides a lot of variance in one place without restricting me to a particular type of platform design or software. Any kind of work I need to get done, I can easily do it here.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the calendar could be improved a little bit. I would like to have a calendar where I can write in specific for the day, and I can see it as well instead of it being just put down as a task and then have to go ahead and open the task. A really good feature would be to have a calendar where I can see every single task listed under the date or in the blog instead of having to go in and open the whole task sheet.

Notion helps me consolidate everything in one place. It reduces the need to switch between tools like Google Docs and Sheets, and supports versatility for different tasks.
