Notion: The Intuitive Hub for HR Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is like my HR hub, which helps me with organizing fluxes, managing workflows, tracking tasks, onboarding, and documenting information. I really like the visual aspect because it's very intuitive and makes tracking things easy. The initial setup was very easy, and we can invite new hires just by a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it easy to get messy in Notion. Standardizing page structure across people or operations can be a challenge. I find it hard to learn how to connect Notion with other tools.

Its ease of use is something I appreciate, and the AI feature is incredibly useful because it makes finding information within the database so much easier. I also find it beneficial that I can ask one question, and it finds the answer in various places like nooks and Slack. The initial setup was really easy, and everybody on my team picked it up quite quickly.

Invaluable Knowledge Management and Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Notion in creating pages and introducing productivity systems like the ultimate brain. It works well with Notion AI, which I can use within my pages. The productivity systems keep me organized, and Notion AI helps me synthesize, brainstorm, and pull together different sources and pages to create different outputs. It's largely invaluable for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think connecting with other LLMs like Claude and ChatGPT to have a more robust connection that's easily able to source notes and things would be beneficial. Honestly, there's not a lot that needs improvement right off the bat as a lot of key things have been handled. I think it would be interesting to have agents independently run within Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for aggregating, synthesizing, and taking notes. It serves as my sandbox, catching all information from meetings and tasks. I love the flexibility, creating pages, and using Notion AI to organize, brainstorm, and generate outputs, which is invaluable for my productivity.

AI might be falling a bit behind. Additionally, although the initial setup was easy, it requires time for the learning curve.

Flexible, Intuitive and Powerful — Notion Keeps My Work Perfectly Organised
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is very flexible while still feeling structured. I use it daily to document processes, create credit policy proposals, compile analysis, and plan my work. I can handle all of these seamlessly because it offers rich text, databases, code, and more. It’s easy to organise a clear hierarchy of information and link related pages, which helps me maintain a clean, well-structured repository. The interface is extremely intuitive and can be set up in just a few simple steps. I’ve never had any issues using Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually I dont have much dislikes but I feel that while working with bigger databased the Notion starts lagging a bit. Some advanced database logic or complex workflow implementation had bit of learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me solve one key problem of having information scattered all over the place and disconnected workflows. Before Notion I had to maintain N number of documentation, policies, proposals using various other tools but now using Notion I have everything at a single place.
Also, I work mostly remotely with global team thus having a single common knowledge repository makes the async collaboration very seamless, everyone is able to access information, contribute, comment and track progress.

Revolutionized Document Sharing and AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion primarily for work, like sharing SOPs and event sheets. The Notion AI is a big help for me daily in creating documents for others, especially since how I work differs from corporate expectations. It's easy to share specific documents with people outside the organization without needing them to join the company. I really appreciate being able to share certain folders with third parties without giving them access to everything. We also have it connected with Google Drive, Slack, and a couple of other tools. Switching to Notion from Google Docs was a huge change for the better, and I'm highly satisfied with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my line of work, there is nothing more I could ask for from Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me create documents that bridge the gap between my work style and corporate expectations. It's easy to share specific documents without full access, and the AI is really useful.
Notion: The Go-To for Centralized Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for its ability to create wikis about anything, making it an all-in-one stop shop for onboarding and building team reference docs. I find agents incredibly helpful for managing mundane tasks, like reviewing the previous day's work and tracking what's been missed. It's very straightforward for me to use, especially because I was already familiar with it from another gig and my personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the formula logic. It's so dissimilar to Excel logic for me that it's just not intuitive. You have to have the docs at hand or be intuitive enough to use Notion AI to get some assistance with the flow. Getting better with more complex database tasks would be especially useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a central repository for documentation, supporting both technical and non-technical users better than GitHub. It's great for creating wikis for onboarding and agents help manage daily tasks by checking Slack channels, enhancing team accessibility and efficiency.
