What do you like best about the product?
The organization and shared notes. It's the best for mapping out plans, notes, calendars, etc.

sometimes laggy which makes me like it a bit less

It would help me if we could organize all the pages we've ever createad into pastes, kind of like you'd do for google drive

What do you like best about the product?
It seems to me that Notion is very comprehensive, all-in-one, and intuitive, which makes it easy to use. Everything I want or try to do is usually already created. I enjoy the very good interconnections it allows and the ability to relate things on many levels. It includes many diverse solutions and all of them are of quality. It allows me to relate tasks, projects, activities, and problems from different teams and functionalities that no other tool I know of allows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more translation options and AI usage within the tool, I don't always find what I need in the search engine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with the organization of processes, tasks, and projects, and offers team visibility. I store and organize work guides effectively. Additionally, it allows for relating tasks and projects between different teams, at a level that no other tool I know offers.

I use Notion for many aspects such as life, creative work, planning, and writing. It solves the need for a clean, easy-to-intake tool that allows my mind to scatter in complex directions. It serves well in writing, organizing, and tracking execution, which is vital to me. I like the clean design and the ease of building interconnections and structures. I appreciate being able to hone the workspace from scratch to what my own mind needs. It works very well as a large-scale tool with focused attention for specific pieces. Setting it up was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think momentary action, speed of recording could be improved. It is harder to use in a snappy way, or for immediate list. The mobile app needs work to refine this workflow, to be easier. I think the formatting options could be expanded a little to accommodate different kinds of brains and attentions too.

I like how easy Notion is to use, and I appreciate the fact that I can use it on mobile and iPad as well. It allows me to easily share information with other team members, giving them access to pages and making everything clear. When all team members have the ability to create Notion pages it makes it difficult to keep track of what is up to date or outdated.
