My one in all app
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is fantastic—it's easy to use and has become the central hub for managing both my business and personal life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The icon and spacing could be cleaner, but aside from that, everything else is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of this product stands out to me. I appreciate how everything is arranged, making it easier to navigate and use.
Transforms Operations, Boosts Productivity Tremendously
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and malleable Notion is, allowing us to easily build databases and structure information to suit our needs. Notion's ability to help us stay organized across multiple ventures is invaluable, offering relational pairing and mapping that connects team spaces efficiently. The database sets and the good API enhance our project tracking, boosting productivity significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Notion lacks a true syncing mechanism for emails like ClickUp. There's no seamless integration to allow full email threads directly within Notion. Attempting to customize this feature in Notion seems time-consuming and, frankly, I haven't explored it thoroughly due to the complexity involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion keeps us organized across multiple ventures with its efficient database relationship mapping, enhancing team collaboration and overall productivity.
Best tool ever, kudos to the team for building this all in one tool
What do you like best about the product?
use it everyday for our content planning, super easy to use. Whatevery you dont find, the marketplace has creators offering templates for it. You can build an entire database, a second brain sort of to help you navigate everyday tasks.

can get overwhelming at times, but that's coz I am an advanced user... Great for normal every day uses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing is bad about notion, what you dont find natvely, the marketplace has available...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Incredible AI Agents that are accessible for general knowledge work and at an affordable rate!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been able to cut out almost 25% of my busy work since Notion 3.0 was released!
Being able to automate tasks like:
- Content creation
- Entire project management plans
- Research and reporting
- Proposals and contracting, as well as automating follow-ups
Absolutely love Notion AI in the FORMULAS feature, this is next level and makes formulas accessible to someone like me who has always sucked at that part.
It is so easy to integrate into the big AI tools out there, and the training possibility is formidable!
I use Notion AI daily now in everything I do, and it's made it so much easier to use Notion, maintain it and keep it usable on the daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
The security concerns worry me a bit - no E2EE is the biggest complaint from my clients, though I don't think that will help much with AI security issues either way.
Please stop trying to let Notion Mail be run by AI - my emails is the one place I'd prefer deterministic logic-based formulas and automations rather than AI. Please put that into Notion Mail to make it super useful.
Please include VOICE mode and actual recordings in transcriptions (let's replace my notetaker please)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more busy work!
Notion AI has given me power to create whatever I can think of.
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how Notion allows me to simply describe what I want to create, and then it takes care of building it for me. Whether it's setting up database structures, pages, tables, or different views, Notion handles it all. Previously, I used ChatGPT for similar tasks, which was helpful, but it couldn't actually construct the databases or make adjustments to them afterward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the AI responds by providing links to documentation instead of giving a direct answer. I would rather receive complete answers within the chat itself, so I don't have to take the extra step of following a link to find the information I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI solves my problem of organizing the database properties in a way that I can take full advantage of the data stored. It allows me to articulate what I want to build and guide me through, implementing those things that I decide are valuable.
second brain
What do you like best about the product?
I find that the table view is the most effective way to organise data. It really helps keep everything structured and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting it up initially can feel overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a whiteboard model for a page would truly be a game changer.
Likely Best Note-Taking App
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion for what feels like ages. I first started with it back in 10th grade, and now, after nearly five years, I'm approaching the end of my undergraduate studies. Throughout this time, Notion has consistently been easy for me to use. I appreciate being able to organize my tasks, notes, and trackers all on separate pages, making everything accessible whenever I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a fan of the way certain basic features are restricted behind a paywall, though I understand that it’s probably necessary for a business to function well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has made taking notes in class much easier for me, thanks to its clean and straightforward formatting. I find it convenient to review my notes, as I can easily scroll through and read each section header.
The versatile workspace that feels like a digital Swiss Army knife
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out to me about Notion is its remarkable flexibility and customizability.
Using it feels like having a set of digital Legos at your disposal, allowing you to construct exactly what you need; whether that's a note, a project tracker, a team wiki, or a calendar; all within a single platform.
I love using the quick action menu (/) . I also appreciate the real-time collaboration features, which make it easy to work with my team regardless of our locations.
I really value being able to consolidate several different apps into just this one.

What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, it’s not perfect. The learning curve can be a bit steep, especially if you’re new to this kind of all-in-one tool.
I sometimes get slowed down by the fact there’s no offline mode, so I really need internet access to get my work done. Also, with large databases or heavy projects, the app can lag a bit, which tests patience. I wish there were more fine-grained permissions for sharing pages; right now, sometimes it’s tricky to control exactly who can edit or just comment.
And the mobile app, while decent, sometimes feels like a smaller version of the desktop that could be more tailored for on-the-go

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has been a lifesaver for keeping my ideas, projects, and team work all in one spot. Instead of juggling separate tools for notes, tasks, calendars, and docs, I have everything centralized.
It lets me create systems tailored to my workflow rather than forcing me into a rigid structure.
For collaboration, it’s priceless sharing docs, commenting, and co-editing without version headaches is huge.
It also helps bring transparency, tracking progress and deadlines in a way that keeps projects moving smoothly. Basically, it turns chaos into clarity, and that’s a huge productivity win for me

What do you dislike about the product?
steep learning curve if youre making things from scratch, can be annoying for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion directly solves the problem of "app sprawl" and mental clutter in my personal life. Before, my goals were in one app, my reading list in another, my project tasks in a third, and my notes were in random text files. Notion provides a single, unified place for all of that to live. CANT LOVE IT MORE
