Notion for increased efficiency!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI search feature when I need to find an answer quickly that's been documented internally or a quick solution for a customer that I cannot solve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally Notion can be overwhelming to organize if there are many departments in your company that utilize the same platform such as weekly recurring agendas, notes from calls, or simply finding a document you made a while ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has become my company's centralized database for organizing information, typically this can get overwhelming with 300+ people operating on the same platform but the AI search feature has cut down the amount of time I spend looking for notes & information on a daily basis!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the difference places you can go for information and the AI notion is really helpful - putting all the information you need in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a little messy depending on how you set up a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to assist customers by helping me locate the right information for me to do my job. It also helps me to know information to my bussiness like internal policies.

I like how easy it is to use, search and build articles.

What do you dislike about the product?
It still requires a thorough review to confirm if the content shared is actually solid. Eventually it does not read the correct documentation, generating wrong responses. Overall, it is great, but it is not possible to rely solely in the info provided by Notion AI.

It helps me gather the right docs to provide solid answers.
I love it for general organization but cant bring myself to use smaller features

The fact that I can easily organize my space and make it personal

Certain high frequency use cases are still hard to use, such as indenting bullet points, adjusting spacing, or undoing certain things

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how easy it is to summarize and cross-reference documents. That's a lot of my job and it takes out so much of the manual effort, and it really saves time. I use it daily!

There's not much to dislike. It can be frustrating at times to format in pages, but the AI does an excellent job at anything I ask it.

Manual effort it takes to review documents, cross-reference and create Quality Assurance test cases from product specs.
Ease of Use and a Plethora of Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is very intuitive and has a ton of great features. Easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. No downsides i've noticed so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for both personal tasks and collaborative work. I use it as a personal to-do list for self project management, and as a Kanban board for the entire team to collaborate.

Notion is a simple and easy solution to complex notetaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion's AI plan, advertised to include Notion's AI features, does not contain all AI features -- e.g., Notion's AI Meeting Notes is locked to the more expensive Business Tier despite being an AI feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to easily access and format information I've gathered over a select period, it keeps me up to date on what I need to know through its easy and accessible notetaking system.
I have always enjoyed its simple appearance and UI.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion for its intuitive organization, making it easy to manage and label my leads efficiently. I find the all-in-one-page view convenient, enabling me to assign specific dates and receive notifications, keeping me on track. The AI integration is incredibly useful as it summarizes my notes instantly, highlighting important updates and streamlining my workflow.
