My favorite working tool

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has honestly made my life so much easier. It’s super simple to use, and setting it up for my projects and team didn’t take much effort at all. I end up using it every single day, whether it’s for planning, managing tasks, or just jotting down quick notes. The features are endless, but it never feels overwhelming, and it integrates really well with the other tools I already use. Anytime I’ve needed help, customer support and the community have been great. It’s definitely become my go-to workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI only gives you 2 free tries, i would like a better understanding of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Registering processes, comments and giving the company an AMAZIGN workflow :)

Useing Notion Ai to create our business brain

What do you like best about the product?
The clean UI and massive power. The tem also helps us make sure we had what we needed to scale in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could not import data to scale to the need to make an SVC that does like 1000 at a time; we had 20K to import. When you import a large file, it fails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re using Notion to centralize all of our customer insights into a single platform, giving us a clearer view of each customer’s journey. It’s becoming a hybrid of sales, project management, and onboarding, while also connecting directly into Notion AI. This allows us to ask powerful questions of our own data—such as how many customers are paying for a certain feature, how many have reported a specific problem, or how often a particular issue has been discussed.

By integrating call recordings and threading them into the platform, we’re creating what is essentially a living “brain” for our business. At any time, we can query this brain and immediately surface the insights we need to make better, faster decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to handle any sort of productivity need. I can use it for creating documents and writing as I go through my day, but also it's a great task management system with projects, tasks, and documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I put more and more information into it it tends to get a bit messy, however I think that's more of a me problem rather than the software not being able to organize well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my team connected as we use it for our project management and for documentation. Previously the team would just save everything in a one drive and it was a disaster.

Your one stop notebook

What do you like best about the product?
Notion serves as my note taking app. It's perfect for creating and grouping pages to help organise my thoughts. That combined with the Notion AI capability provides a seemless experience for both research and refinement. Being able to share pages such as my Product Management reading list is another great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of Notion AI compared to other services like ChatGPT, make it a little expensive - but I'm keeping my subscription as it provides convenience right now. This is something I'll review in terms of the way I work as AI evolves in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use notion for a wide range of problems. Primarily it's my note taker, where I can capture and reason with my thoughts and processes. I've also used it for Pair programming, getting it to generate code or review issues I've had with my code utilising Notion AI.

What do you like best about the product?
• Notion AI – I can ask it anything, and it pulls answers instantly, saving me the hassle of searching across our different apps.

• Meeting Recording & Summaries – Notion records my meetings and provides clear summaries, eliminating the need for manual note-taking.

• Collaboration – It makes working with teammates seamless, with shared pages, comments, and real-time updates all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
• The user interface can feel a bit clunky at times. While powerful, it’s not always the most intuitive, and navigating through pages and folders could be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• Centralizing knowledge – Instead of bouncing between multiple tools, I can find notes, tasks, and docs in one place.
• Saving time – With AI search and meeting summaries, I spend less time digging for information or writing notes.
• Boosting collaboration – Having one shared workspace makes it easier for my team to stay aligned and work together in real time.

Essential for Organizing Student Life

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how Notion has helped me organize my goals and keep track of my thoughts by turning them into actionable tabs. Its ability to store all my college notes and personal projects over the years in one place is invaluable. I love the AI summary feature, which makes reviewing my notes efficient and effective by allowing me to quickly skim through them. Additionally, I appreciate the diverse templates and the capability to nest pages within pages for complex document structuring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the setup of Notion initially challenging. It was difficult to get used to the way things worked, and I had to look up a lot of videos or search online to understand how to execute certain tasks. Although it became easy once I got the feel for it, the initial learning curve was steep and somewhat confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my goals and thoughts, simplifying my productivity and tasks. It keeps everything in one place, supporting my academic and personal projects by managing overwhelming information efficiently.

Notion + AI = IT Dream

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion (and its AI component) helps me make meaningful and useful guides that help my small IT team grow and learn together. Being able to collaborate on SOPs/Guides across a hybrid workforce is an absolute essential piece of today's world. Notion MAKES it happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly can't think of many "bad" things about Notion. If I had one thing I would prefer, it would be that imported old SOPs that we in Word format get distorted terribly. If the import feature could better support Word format, that would be great. Not a big deal otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It quickly became my IT team's bread and butter. We had no true knowledge base before; once we got Notion, it turned it around for us and became a daily staple.

Game Changer

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has completely transformed how we handle meeting notes and knowledge management. What used to feel like scattered, disconnected information is now centralized, searchable, and easy to turn into actionable insights. The AI Writing Assistant helps us capture and refine ideas quickly, while Enterprise Search means we spend less time digging for information and more time using it to drive results. It’s been a game-changer for productivity and team alignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep if you are newbie. The design and approach to the UI is distinctly different from how many are used to using these types of tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking, meeting management, and knowledge management.

A great all-in-one project management and documentation application

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable database-based pages where multiple views can be created from the same information. It makes managing projects while documentation them much easier. The AI search has been so great for finding information that exists in Notion and connected services but may not be organized well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for new users, and setting up new systems can be complex. Also, Notion's support used to be great, but it seems to be getting worse as the company grows larger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a large group of people synchronized by keeping information up-to-date in real time and making it easier for everyone to find it.
