A useful multipurpose tool
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot of flexibility in it's use. We use it for internal documentation, note taking and project information. The database feature is powerful, as well as forms. I really enjoy that you can customise each page with a banner and icon - it makes it a bit more fun than other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a way to archive certain pages or areas to restrict it from search, as when using it as a company, it's difficult to manage what is out of date content without fully deleting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to find information relevant to my role and keep up to date with any internal projects.

It was my 1st instance of using A.I. and it helped us document running our business

While generally easy to us, it felt overwhelming at times. There are just so many things you can do. This is great for long term, when you have laerned about everything.

Help you with multiple, minimal, customizable, and super flexible for use in your daily life activities and it has clean interface

It feels like kind of slow it takes much more time to build and but if you just want to write stuff it might feel like overkill

Help you with writing google Docs plus combines all those in one like taking notes, tasks, plans ans spreadsheets most of the system are aren't flexible

My All on One Productivity App Goes to Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is my go-to app for notes taking, project management, tasks. What makes it best is the ability to create your own page, where you can have anything fed and managed. I used it day-to-day basis and is very easy to use. My notion is integrated with my notion calendar from which I get meeting notification for particular date. Over the years I myself have my own page, which is completely customized for my day to day works. The free version itself is sufficient for everything to do in notion, except the AI thing, for which I use other AI websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
TBH, there's nothing I dislike about notion. The notion developers are right on address all the issues and keep it as stable as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves a lot of problems, actually. To me it solves my project management problems. I also have a list of perfumes I have, so that is sorted. Books I have read, to read and reading in progress, that's solved as well.
As a UI/UX Designer, I have extensively leveraged Notion as a core tool for design documentation.

Notion can feel sluggish and overwhelming for complex or large-scale projects, especially when handling heavy databases or collaborating in real-time.

It replaces multiple disconnected tools by unifying notes, tasks, and databases in one place.It streamlined my design workflow, kept everything organized, and made team collaboration effortless.
