The best tool I’ve used for habit tracking as well as To-do list also
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility is amazing — I’ve linked motivational quotes and mini journals for each habit, which makes the process more fun and meaningful.
What do you dislike about the product?
No native notification/reminder system — you have to use workarounds
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started using Notion to track habits like hydration, reading, and exercise and also for Marking to-do tasks. The best part is that I can visualize my progress and check everything off from one page.
User friendly documentation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it allows me to format my content with clear hierarchy and format of content. Using table inline makes it so easier to dynamically add, modify and remove content.
It is my go to tool for tracking and making reports used in my project.
The notion search is also very convenient, as I don't have to worry where which document is, and can just search with some vague things that I remember.
It is a very intuitive tool, I was able to use without much of help from outside and makes execution of my ideas faster, like I can create template and use it again and again.

I cannot download the document into a pdf or some other format for reference and sharing.

multi-type content documentation at one place - especially helpful for writing project reports and tracking projects.

Some features could work a lot better. Like task assignment could have the ability to set due date time etc within the parameters.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Notion AI for about 5 months now, and it’s honestly been a game-changer for how I work. It helps me draft content, organize my thoughts, brainstorm new ideas, and even search through my notes more effectively. The search function is a huge win—whether I’m looking for specific details or trying to connect different pieces of information, it finds exactly what I need quickly. Plus, it provides the source link in search results, making it easy to trace back to where the info came from. What I love most is how seamlessly it integrates with Notion. I often use ChatGPT or Claude models available.
What do you dislike about the product?
some users may find the mobile app a bit slower or less intuitive compared to the desktop version. But overall, it's a minor inconvenience.

Notion is solving a few key problems that I used to struggle with, especially around organization, content creation, and research. It helps me keep all my thoughts, tasks, and projects in one place, which used to be scattered across multiple apps. The integration of Notion AI has been a huge benefit—it saves me time by assisting with content drafting, idea generation, and structuring documents. The AI also makes searching for information within my notes super efficient. For search across org knowledge base, I can find it instantly and get the source link. This has streamlined my workflow and boosted productivity. Plus, having everything in one place letting me focus on what really matters.
Good for documentation, high price

It's easy to use and feature complete, making a perfect companion for documentation and basic project management. Problems are easy to solve

The cost of ownership is very high for what the tool offers and is not aligned with the competition: read-only occasional users within the same company need to pay the full price.

Notion is very flexible and can customize according to my need for specific purposes. You can call it the Lego of software. You can think of anything you can build with Notion.

Notion depends heavily on databases, so that makes it slow. That's frustrating sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a marketer and need to collect swipe files like designs, copy, etc., so I used to collect as screenshot on my PC and store in Google Drive. But Notion makes it so easy for me - I just build a database with gallery style view where I can collect my collection with a third-party Chrome extension, and it's also searchable, which is so useful in my day-to-day work.

Notion AI feels like having an assistant built into my workspace. I use it for writing content, summarizing meeting notes, and organizing tasks—it just saves so much time! The way it understands context and helps me clean up messy thoughts is amazing.

It’s helpful for quick drafts, but I often have to rework the content to make it sound more natural or specific.

Notion helps me keep everything organized in one place—notes, tasks, project plans, and documents. Before, I was juggling between different apps like Google Docs, Trello, and sticky notes. Now, I can do it all in Notion.
Comprehensive, maybe too much so
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very flexible in a lot of the feature options, great place for brainstorming, keeping track of tasks and items without needing a formal database.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're trying to do too much — the great features are the documentation/recordkeeping ones, anything beyond the core editing is half-baked and not very useful. The database table formulas could be a lot more intuitive, like their competitor Coda.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is fully remote, so having a hub for our resources is really handy.
Elegant, easy and collaborative: the best way to work
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, integrate and implement. My whole team uses it and we can update it simultaneously and see each other do small changes. The features are just the right amount and I love that now we can also have the email there

I would just love to have more design personalisation options and a way for people to see our documents in a more beautiful way so we could also share with clients

We have a lot of systems to set in place and information scattered all over the internet in folders and drives, now in notion we can have it all organised in a simple access place, looking pretty and intuitive for anyone on the team to find the information they need.

- The native support for mermaid help me demonstrate arch diagrams easily
