It's really user friendly and easy to figure out even without tutorials.

-It syncs easily with Loom, Google Docs, etc.

-Just as easy to use on my phone as it is on my laptop
- There are a lot of free templates to choose from that make it easy to work if you're unfamiliar with buidling from scratch.

-Exported data looks weird; it doesn't always maintain the overall look and format.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of jumping between Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, Airtable, and such, Notion centralises everything and cuts down on time spent transferring data between operation systems.
I'm able to view my team's capacity, sales pipelines, content calendars, or client onboarding progress in one space.

The ability to be maleable enough to handle multiple languages!

To hold myself accountable to write in multiple languages to build the necessary writing skills.

It is good and dynamic, very easy to understand.

That I have everything within reach, chat, call, email, everything.

I don't have control over the recent messages and they get lost according to the reactivations I'm managing, that is, I can't control seeing only my chats that came in today.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a notetaking tool in replacement of Apple Notes and also use it as a project management and task management tool.

I wish it was easier to create recurring tasks. This is not out of the box functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for both personal and work-related tasks, primarily for documentation and managing databases, which simplifies how I organize information. I find the documentation aspect particularly valuable as it enhances the sharability of documents and speeds up the process of writing them. The templates feature in Notion is a standout; they are not only efficient but aesthetically pleasing, making the platform enjoyable to use. I appreciate the ease of use and the tangible results I achieve with Notion. Overall, it improves my workflow by ensuring I can efficiently document, share, and draft content with beautiful templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find Notion's speed to be lacking, which can occasionally disrupt my workflow. Additionally, when collaborating, the edit mode isn't as intuitive as I would like when suggesting edits. The initial setup wasn't easy, and there appears to be a significant onboarding challenge. Many users seem to be underutilizing Notion, especially if they don't use databases or templates. This can be particularly limiting considering the price point of Notion.

I really enjoy the ability to use a variety of pages for a variety types of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that I occasionally have issues with moving things around in my pages with ease.

Notion helps me organize information and allows me store different types of information all in one location. This definitely benefits me by allowing me to stay in one location rather than move from one place for a document and another place for another document.
Notion is the second brain I didn't know I needed!!

I like that you can make any page whatever you need it to be. A database, a webpage, a journal, a kanban...really whatever you can dream you can make!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do sometimes feel lost as every new thought seems to call for a new page, but once I get my structure down, I think that I will be able to implement it into my firm very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me get a resource or knowledge base together for my future team. I love having everything I need in one place. I also love the mail feature.
