Flexible All-in-One Workspace That Boosts Productivity

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility—it can be customized to fit almost any workflow, whether it’s note-taking, project management, or documentation. I appreciate how it combines multiple tools (docs, databases, task tracking) into a single workspace, which reduces the need to switch between apps. The clean interface makes it easy to organize information, and the ability to create templates helps save time on repetitive tasks. Overall, it’s a powerful yet intuitive tool for both personal and team productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can sometimes feel slow, especially when working with large databases or complex pages. The offline functionality is also limited, which can be frustrating if you don’t have a stable internet connection. Additionally, while its flexibility is a strength, it can become overwhelming for new users due to the lack of structure out of the box. There are also some limitations in advanced automation and integrations compared to more specialized tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information and tool overload by bringing notes, tasks, documentation, and databases into a single unified workspace. Instead of switching between multiple apps, everything can be organized and accessed in one place.

This benefits me by improving productivity and clarity—I can track work, manage projects, and document processes more efficiently. It also makes collaboration easier, as teams can share and update information in real time. Overall, it helps streamline workflows, reduce context switching, and keep everything structured and easy to find.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for both personal life and business because it simplifies everything and helps me keep everything in one spot. I find it great for tracking logs of my workout, my macros, and various goals, as well as trip planning and life organization. For business, it's become the main hub, pretty much replacing Google Docs for collaboration. I really like the database feature for its organization and simplicity. Notion AI is also fantastic for expediting the building aspects and auto-populating databases. It keeps all my notes organized and allows for data organization, like creating graphs for macro tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a bit more formatting and a bit more graph features. I personally really like a pretty Notion pages and I think I can get pretty close currently, but I’d like it to be a little simpler and have a bit more depth to it. I also think it’s really easy to lose pages when you’re collaborating across so many so any improved organization across all the different pages you’ve been shared would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to simplify everything, keeping everything organized in one spot. For business, it replaced Google Docs for collaboration. The database feature organizes notes and the AI expedites Notion building.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notation is its ability to centralize everything. Instead of jumping between different platforms for notes, tasks, tracking, and documentation, I can build a custom workspace that brings it all together. The linked databases and custom views make it incredibly easy to stay organized and keep everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The steep learning curve makes initial setup time-consuming, and performance often lags when navigating large, complex database or when using mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of information fermentation by consolidating disparate noted, project guidance, and task tracking into one central hub. This benefits me by providing a customisable “single source of truth” that streamlines my freelance workflow and keeps complex technical documentation organised in one place.
